Claims (4)

  1. Verpackung für Lebensmittel, insbesondere für Snacks, aus Pappe hergestellt, geformt aus einer Schale [1] mit einem Boden [2], zwei Seitenwänden [3a, 3b], einer Vorderwand [3c] und einer Rückwand [3d], die vom Boden [2] nach oben stehen, mit einem Trennwandteil [4] aus Karton, das aus einer ersten Position, in der das Trennwandteil [4] flach auf dem Boden [2] liegt, in eine zweite Position, in der das Trennwandteil [4] nach oben steht, bedienbar ist, so dass es das Tablett in ein Fach für feste Lebensmittel [6] oder Snacks und in ein Fach für nicht-feste Lebensmittel [7], wie beispielsweise eine Sauce oder Mayonnaise, unterteilt, wobei das Trennwandteil [4] aus einem plattenförmigen Teil [8] mit einer Unterkante [9], zwei Seitenkanten [10, 11] und eine Oberkante [12] gebildet wird, wobei das Teil [8] an seiner Unterkante [9] am Boden [2] befestigt ist und entlang dieser Befestigung aus der ersten Position in die zweite Position klappbar ist, wobei ein Verbindungsstreifen [18] bereitgestellt ist, welcher mit einem ersten äußeren Ende [19] mit einer Seitenwand [3a, 3b] verbunden ist und mit einem zweiten äußeren Ende [20] mit einer Seitenkante [10, 11] des Trennwandteils [4, 8] zur Bildung einer Abdichtung zwischen der Seitenkante [10, 11] und der Seitenwand [3a, 3b] verbunden ist, während das Trennwandteil [4, 8] und der Verbindungsstreifen [18] ein oder mehrere Faltteile umfassen, deren Falteile durch ein Bewegen des Trennwandteils [4, 8] von der ersten Position in die zweite Position und wieder zurück, gegeneinander und voneinander weg gefaltetet werden können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass -
    der Boden [2] innerhalb des Fachs für nicht-feste Lebensmittel [7] und die Vorderwand [3c] auf der Innenseite mit einer zusätzlichen Innenabdeckung aus Pappe [17, 37, 38, 50] versehen sind,
    oder
    dass der Boden [2] und die Seitenwände [3a, 3b] innerhalb des Fachs für nicht-feste Lebensmittel [7] und die Vorderwand [3c] auf der Innenseite mit einer zusätzlichen Innenabdeckung aus Pappe [17, 37, 38, 50, 61, 62] versehen sind.
  2. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Stück planares Material in sechs Faltteile [22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27] entlang fünf parallelen horizontalen Faltlinien unterteilt wird, wobei ein erstes Faltteil [22] durch zwei Faltlinien unterteilt wird in einen Rückwandabschnitt [28] und zwei Befestigungsabschnitte [29, 30], die zu beiden Seiten des Rückwandabschnitts [28] vorgesehen sind, wobei ein zweites Faltteil [23] durch zwei parallele vertikale Faltlinien in einen Bodenabschnitt [31] und zwei Seitenwandabschnitten [32, 33] unterteilt wird, die auf beiden Seiten des Bodenabschnitts [31] vorgesehen sind, wobei ein drittes Faltteil [24] durch zwei Faltlinien in einen Vorderwandteil [34] und zwei Befestigungsabschnitte [35, 36] geteilt ist, wobei ein viertes Faltteil [25] zur Bildung eines inneren Vorderwandteils [37] vorgesehen ist, wobei ein fünftes Faltteil [26] durch zwei parallele vertikale Faltlinien in einen inneren Bodenabschnitt [38] und zwei Befestigungsabschnitte [39, 40] geteilt ist, die auf beiden Seiten des inneren Bodenabschnitts vorgesehen sind, und wobei ein sechstes Faltteil [27] durch zwei vertikale Faltlinien in einem Trennwandteilabschnitt [41] und zwei Abdeckungsabschnitte [42, 43] geteilt ist, die auf beiden Seiten des Trennwandabschnitts [41] vorgesehen sind, wobei der Trennwandteilabschnitt [41] durch zwei Faltlinien in einem mittleren Trennwandteilabschnitt [41a] und zwei seitliche Trennwandteilabschnitte [41b, 41c] unterteilt ist, die auf beiden Seiten des mittleren Trennwandteilabschnitts [41a] vorgesehen sind, und ferner beide Abdeckungsabschnitte [42, 43] durch eine Faltlinie in einen Befestigungsabschnitt [42a, 43a] und einen Abdeckteilabschnitt [42b, 43b] unterteilt sind, wonach der Vorderwandabschnitt [34] und/oder der innere Bodenabschnitt [38] sowie die Befestigungsabschnitte [29, 30, 35, 36, 39, 40, 42a, 43a] mit Klebstoff versehen werden, woraufhin der innere Vorderwandabschnitt [37] auf den Vorderwandabschnitt [34] gefaltet wird, wonach das innere Bodenteil [38] auf das Bodenteil [31] gelegt wird, die Befestigungsabschnitte [39, 40] des fünften Faltteils [26] an die Seitenwandprofile [32, 33] geklebt werden und die Befestigungsabschnitte [42a, 43a] der Abdeckungsabschnitte [42, 43] auf die Seitenwandabschnitte [32, 33] geklebt werden, wonach die Seitenwände [32, 33], der Vorderwandabschnitt [24] und der Rückwandabschnitt [28] gegenüber dem Bodenabschnitt [31] nach oben gefaltet werden und die Befestigungsabschnitte [29, 30, 35, 36], die auf dem Vorderwandabschnitt [34] und dem Rückwandabschnitt [28] vorgesehen sind, mit den Seitenwänden [32, 33] verklebt werden.

Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Stück planares Material in sechs Faltteile [22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27] entlang fünf paralleler horizontaler Faltlinien unterteilt wird, wobei ein erstes Faltteil [22] durch zwei Faltlinien in einen Rückwandabschnitt [28] und zwei Befestigungsabschnitte [29, 30] unterteilt wird, die auf beiden Seiten des Rückwandabschnitts [28] vorgesehen sind, wobei ein zweites Faltteil [23] durch zwei parallele vertikale Faltlinien in einen Bodenabschnitt [31] und zwei Seitenwandabschnitte [32, 33] unterteilt wird, die auf beiden Seiten des Bodenabschnitts [31] vorgesehen sind, wobei ein drittes Faltteil [24] durch zwei Faltlinien in einen Vorderwandabschnitt [34] und zwei Befestigungsabschnitte [35, 36] unterteilt wird, die auf beiden Seiten des Vorderwandabschnitts [34] vorgesehen sind, wobei ein viertes Faltteil [25] zur Bildung eines inneren Vorderwandabschnitts [37] bestimmt ist, wobei ein fünftes Faltteil [26] und ein sechstes Faltteil [27] zusammen durch zwei parallele vertikale Faltlinien in einen inneren Bodenabschnitt [38] und entsprechend einen Trennwandabschnitt [41], sowie ein Materialstück [60] unterteilt wird, das auf beiden Seiten des inneren Bodenabschnitts [38] und des Trennwandabschnitts [41] vorgesehen ist, wobei der Trennwandteilabschnitt [41] durch zwei Faltlinien in einen mittleren Trennwandteilabschnitt [41a] und zwei seitliche Trennwandteilabschnitte [41b, 41c] unterteilt wird, die auf beiden Seiten des mittleren Trennwandteilabschnitts [41a] vorgesehen sind, und ferner jedes Materialstück [60] durch eine Faltlinie in einen Befestigungsabschnitt [61, 62] und einen Abdeckungsteilabschnitt [42b, 43b] unterteilt wird, woraufhin der Vorderwandabschnitt [34] und/oder der innere Bodenabschnitt [38] sowie die Befestigungsabschnitte [29, 30, 35, 36, 61, 62] mit Klebstoff versehen werden, wonach der innere Vorderwandabschnitt [37] auf den Vorderwandabschnitt [34] gefaltet wird, wonach der innere Bodenabschnitt [38] auf den Bodenabschnitt [31] plaziert wird, die Befestigungsabschnitte [61, 62] der Materialstücke [60] werden auf die Seitenwandabschnitte [32, 33] geklebt, wonach die Seitenwände [32, 33], der Vorderwandabschnitt [34] und der Rückwandabschnitt [28] gegenüber dem Bodenabschnitt [31] nach oben gefaltet und die Befestigungsabschnitte [29, 30, 35; 36], die auf dem Vorderwandabschnitt [34] und dem Rückwandabschnitt [28] vorgesehen sind, an die Seitenwände [32, 33] geklebt werden.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Faltlinien, die zwischen dem Vorderwandabschnitt [34] und den Befestigungsabschnitten [35, 36], die sich an beiden Seiten des Vorderwandabschnitts befinden, vorgesehen sind und die Faltlinien, die zwischen dem Rückwandabschnitt [28] und den Befestigungsabschnitten [29, 30], die sich auf beiden Seiten des Rückwandabschnitts befinden, vorgesehen sind, sich verjüngen, so dass diese Faltlinien, von den horizontalen Faltlinien zwischen diesen Abschnitten und dem Bodenabschnitt [31] aus betrachtet, voneinander wegstreben.
