Stand der TechnikState of the art

Containers with devices for subdividing the interior are known. They are used to set up a container as needed so that stored or transported goods in the container, for example, can be separated, supported or protected from each other.
In particular, partitions are known which are wholly or partly removable, so that the container can be used as needed with or without subdivision. Such containers contain, for example, on their side walls a vertical, over the entire height of the side wall extending groove into which partitions from the opening of the container can be pushed. For this purpose, elements with the groove corresponding profile are attached to the end faces of the partitions. The groove extends over the entire height of the side wall to ensure sufficient fixation of a partition wall. When cleaning such containers, dirt or other residues easily remain at the lower end of such a groove. This is a problem especially in food containers.
EP1845024 discloses, for example, a compartmentalizing device for a container consisting of divider walls and abutment elements, the abutment elements serving to fix the divider walls to the sidewalls of the container. The contact elements become elastic at the end faces of the divider walls stored. The divider walls are held securely by means of spring tongues on the contact elements in the container.
EP1982926 discloses a storage and transport container, which can be divided by means of partitions and bulkhead holders. For this purpose, the partitions are first equipped with the partition wall mounts. The brackets have on their front sides latching cams, which are snapped into corresponding holes in the side walls of the container.
CH705452 discloses an insert for a container consisting of partitions, which are inserted crosswise by means of slots. To guide the edges of the slots during insertion, the partitions on parallel webs. In addition, projecting elements are provided at the lower edges of the partition walls, which fit into corresponding recesses in the bottom plate of the container, whereby the partitions are non-slip fixed on the bottom plate.
JP2004268978 discloses a container having grooves extending over the entire height of its sidewalls and each having a T- or dovetail shape and a partition which is insertable into these grooves in positive engagement. The partition has a straight element as a connection between the end face of the partition and a T-shaped contour of the partition.
US2008 / 128428 discloses a container with guide elements projecting from the side wall, which extend over the entire height of the side wall and has a dovetail shape in an upper region and is straight in a lower region to the bottom of the container.
DE 89 13 760 U1 discloses a container having a groove extending over part of the sidewall height, the groove being dovetailed in an upper part and rectangular in a lower part.

Beschreibung der ErfindungDescription of the invention

It is the object of the present invention to provide a container for goods, which has a device for subdivision, which ensures both a stable classification and is easy and inexpensive to produce. This object is achieved by a container according to claim 1. In addition, it is an object of the present invention to provide a partition for installation in a container for the purpose of subdividing its interior.

The device for dividing the interior of a container ensured by the undercut of the groove and the correspondingly form-fitting shaped end face of the partition a sufficiently strong connection of the partition with the container wall and support the partition, although the groove over a reduced length over part of the height of the Sidewall of the container consists.
A container with the inventive device for subdivision is simple and therefore inexpensive to produce, since it only requires two different parts, the container with the groove and the partition with the shaped end face, both of which can be produced by an injection molding process. It accounts for small additional items as transition parts for attachment of the partition wall to the container wall as described in the prior art. By combining only two parts, a quick and efficient insertion and removal is possible. In addition, no tools are necessary for the use and release of the partitions.
A container with the inventive device is particularly easy and reliable cleanable, since the groove extends over only a portion of the height of the container wall and ends at a partial height above the container bottom. Dirt and water can be removed from the groove without residue.
The container according to the invention can be used both with and without dividing walls, wherein, when used without partitions, no elements protrude from which goods get caught or a packaging person could get injured.
Due to the absence of protruding elements, the inner volume of the container is also optimized for use without partitions.

According to the invention, a quadrangular container on opposite side walls each have a groove with a two-sided, symmetrical undercut and a partition whose two end faces have a bilaterally projecting, symmetrical shape, which is positively inserted into the groove. The two-sided and symmetrical groove and front side of the partition allows a simplified production and a simple insertion of the partition, since the partition can be used regardless of their orientation. According to the invention, the groove is in a first, upper region adjacent to the upper edge of the side wall of the container and a second, lower region, which is lower compared to the first region and extends from the first region in the direction of the container bottom. The first, upper region of the groove is formed with a rectangular cross-section and without undercut and the second, lower region with an undercut. Preferably, the transition from the first to the second region along the length of the groove is formed with a sloping wall, so that the transition is gradual. This embodiment simplifies the insertion of the dividing wall end faces into the groove, without the dividing wall having to be precisely fitted into the groove with an undercut. Instead, the dividing wall can first be inserted into the first region of the groove and then pushed down, being guided by the inclined walls into the second region of the groove with an undercut.
According to the invention, the container connects a straight element (11) in extension of the partition wall (5) the end face (6) of the partition wall (5) with the dovetail-shaped contour (8).
According to the invention also have the end faces of the partition to an element, whereby the width of the end face is greater than the thickness of the partition, wherein the element rests after insertion of the partition in grooves of the container on the side walls of the container.

In one embodiment, the container at the bottom of the interior facing surface in a region directly below the groove in each case a depression. In addition, the partition at its lower edge on an extension which is shaped according to the recess and spaced according to the position of the recess in the container bottom of the end face of the partition. As a result of this positioning, the extension can be inserted in a form-fitting manner into the recess when the dividing wall is inserted into the container.

In a further embodiment, each groove has at its base a recess or an opening, wherein each end face of the partition has a rounded extension at a height which when inserting the partition into the groove and at the stop of the partition on the container bottom in the said Opening or depression comes to rest. This allows snapping the partition in the side wall of the container and prevents a partition from falling out of the container should the container be turned over. However, the rounded shape of the extension allows the partition to be removed from the groove while applying light manual force.

In a further embodiment, the partitions each have one or more slots extending from the lower edge or upper edge over part of their height. This allows a crossed nesting of partitions perpendicular to each other and dividing the container into smaller sections.

Ausführungsbeispiele der ErfindungEmbodiments of the invention

FIGS. 1 and 2 show a container 1 with a bottom 2 and surrounding side walls 3. According to the invention, the side walls 3 at their upper edges 3 'grooves 4, which are arranged in pairs in opposite side walls 3. The grooves 4 extend from the upper edge 3 'toward the bottom 2, but only over part of the height of the side wall 3, for example over a quarter of the height. In the embodiment shown two mutually perpendicular partitions 5 are fixed to the side walls 3 by their lateral end faces 6 are inserted into the grooves 4. The partitions 5 each have slots 7, which extend over part of the height of the partitions and by means of which the two mutually perpendicular partitions 5 are inserted into each other. The partitions 5 can be positioned arbitrarily and in any number according to the grooves and slots in the container. At the bottom 2 of the container recesses 20 are arranged, which are each removed from the lower edge of a side wall 3, but are positioned directly below a groove 4.
FIG. 3 shows an example of a partition wall 5 according to the invention, on the two lateral end faces 6 of which a protruding contour 8 is arranged which extends from its upper edge 6 'in the direction of the lower edge 6 ", but only over part of the height of the partition wall Contour 8 is at most the height of a groove 4 on the side wall 3 of the container first
At the lower edge 6 "of the partition 5, a protruding extension 9 is arranged in the vicinity of the two end faces 6, which extends away from the lower edge 6".
FIG. 4 shows in more detail the end face 6 of a partition wall 5, in particular the projecting contour 8 on the front side 6 and the extension 9 on the lower edge 6 " a side wall 3 fits, as in FIG. 8 is shown. The front side 6 is also slightly wider compared to the thickness of the side wall by an element 12.
FIGS. 7 and 9 It is formed symmetrically by having on both sides of a center line M parallel to the upper edge 5 'each have a projecting, dovetail-shaped contour 8'. In addition, the contour 8 has a straight element 11, which connects the end face 6 and the dovetail-shaped contour 8 'as an extension of the dividing wall 5'. For the purpose of reinforcing the element 11, this element is ribbed, for example. The end face 6 also has elements 12, so that they compared to the thickness d of the partition. 5 widened is formed. The front side 6 of the partition is also conceivable and executable without the elements 12.
FIG. 5 shows a groove 4 in a side wall 3 of the container FIG. 2 and the introduced therein partition 5 with protruding contour 8 on the front side 6. This is positively inserted in the groove 4, wherein the end face abut with lateral elements 12 on the side wall 3. The lateral elements 12 extend over the entire length of the end face 6 of the partition 5. In the figure, the first, upper and the second, lower portion of the groove are clearly visible. The upper, the upper edge 3 'adjacent region has a rectangular shape with straight, perpendicular to the side wall 3 extending side walls 18. From the side walls 18 extend obliquely downwardly extending walls 17 which form the transition from the upper region to the lower region of the groove 4 , The lower portion of the groove has a narrow opening into which the element 11 of the contour 8 in accordance FIG. 6 fits.

FIG. 6 shows the groove 4 without inserted partition to better recognize the shape of the groove. Moreover, in the FIG. 6 shown disposed in the bottom 2 recess 20 which is located directly below the groove 4 in the bottom and spaced from the lower edge of the side wall. If a dividing wall 5 is inserted into the groove 4 and pushed down to the bottom 2 of the container, the projection 9 can be latched into the recess 20 at the lower edge 6 "of the dividing wall 5. This additionally strengthens the position and shape of the dividing wall in the container and prevents lateral bending of the partition.
FIG. 6 shows the upper portion of the groove near the upper edge 3 ', which is rectangular with perpendicular to the side wall 3 extending side walls 18 is formed. From the rectangular shape of the groove extending obliquely downwardly extending side wall 17 to a narrower portion 19 of the groove whose width of the width of the element 11 in FIG. 7 equivalent. This is also in the Figures 5 and 8th shown, according to which the groove 4 in the upper region near the upper edge 3 'has a rectangular shape 18. The rectangular shape 18 is used for easier insertion of the contour 8 of the partition in the groove 4, so that the simultaneous positive connection of the contours 8 at the two end faces 6 a partition 5 in the grooves 4 of opposite side walls 3 is easier to reach. FIG. 6 also shows the lower portion of the groove 4 with side walls 15 which extend at an angle to the side wall 3 and the dovetail shape of the contour 8 correspond to the partition wall 5. The side walls 15 in the lower region of the groove are therefore not located directly on the upper edge 3 'of the side wall but only a short distance below the upper edge 3'.
The side walls 15 form in the illustrated embodiment, the two-sided undercut of the groove, which is present in this case only in the lower area.
In other possible embodiments, the side walls 15 may also extend over the entire length of the groove, ie up to the upper edge 3 'of the side wall 3. In such a case, the groove has no upper, rectangular area as shown in the figures.
In a further possible embodiment, the side wall 15 may also be present only on one side, wherein the contour on the end face of the partition wall must be formed accordingly.
In a further possible embodiment, the side wall 15 can also run parallel to the side wall 3 instead of at an angle. In such a case, the undercut would be T-shaped. Also in these cases, the undercut may be formed over the lower region or over the entire length of the groove.
