Claims (3)

  1. WIEDERBEFÜLLEN VERHINDERNDER AUSGIESSER FÜR FLASCHE, der am Hals der Flasche anzubringen und mit einer den Inhalt derselben auf optimale Weise dosierenden, geformten Tülle (3) und mit einem Einwegventil versehen ist, welches das Wiederbefüllen verhindert, bestehend aus einem äußeren ringförmigen Körper, in dem eine Kunststoff- oder Glaskugel (5) schwimmt, die beim Ausgießen (Flasche geneigt) an einem oberen Deckel gehalten wird, der mit Öffnungen zum Auslassen der Flüssigkeit versehen ist, während die Kugel in Ruhestellung (Flasche senkrecht) hingegen an der unteren Basis anliegt und das Loch für den Durchfluss der Flüssigkeit von der Flasche zum Ausgießer blockiert, wobei der das Wiederbefüllen verhindernde Ausgießer (10) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass er aus einem ringförmigen äußeren Körper (1) besteht, der durch Druck eingefügt und auf dem Loch des Flaschenhalses gehalten wird, und aus einem inneren zylindrischen Körper (2), der koaxial mit dem Körper (1) angeordnet, an den beiden Enden offen und mit einer oberen, tropffreien Tülle (3) und einem Gehäuse (4) versehen ist, welches die Kugel (5) mit wiederbefüllungsverhindernder Funktion enthält, wobei die beiden Körper (1, 2) gegenseitig durch einen umlaufenden Aufreißstreifen (20) gehalten werden, der zwischen der inneren Seitenwand (11) des Körpers (1) und der äußeren Seitenwand (12) des Körpers (2) angeordnet ist.
  2. WIEDERBEFÜLLEN VERHINDERNDER AUSGIESSER FÜR FLASCHE nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der umlaufende Aufreißstreifen (20) im unteren Teil der beiden Körper (1, 2) angeordnet ist.
  3. WIEDERBEFÜLLEN VERHINDERNDER AUSGIESSER FÜR FLASCHE nach den vorstehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufreißstreifen (20) einen Abschnitt reduzierter Dicke aufweist, um unter normalen Bedingungen noch das Zurückhalten der beiden Körper (1, 2) zu ermöglichen und gleichzeitig eine Mindestbruchfestigkeit aufzuweisen, um auch bei einem sehr schwachen Brechvorgang leicht und vollständig zu brechen.
