- Procédé d'application d'une huile lubrifiante (5) lors du laminage d'un produit à laminer (1) métallique plat dans une cage de laminoir (2),- dans lequel l'huile lubrifiante (5) est pulvérisée sur le produit à laminer (1) et/ou au moins un cylindre (3, 4) de la cage de laminoir (2) au moyen de plusieurs buses de pulvérisation (7) disposées les unes à côté des autres,- dans lequel une quantité respective d'huile lubrifiante (5) est amenée respectivement à une chambre de mélange (8) d'une buse de pulvérisation (7) par respectivement plusieurs orifices d'entrée d'huile (9),- dans lequel de l'air comprimé (11) est amené à la chambre de mélange (8) respective par respectivement au moins un orifice d'entrée d'air (10),- dans lequel l'huile lubrifiante (5) est atomisée au moyen de l'air comprimé (11) dans la chambre de mélange (8) respective pour obtenir un aérosol et est pulvérisée sur le produit à laminer (1) et/ou l'au moins un cylindre (3, 4) de la cage de laminoir (2) par respectivement au moins une sortie de buse (12),- dans lequel les buses de pulvérisation (7) sont réalisées cylindriques, de sorte qu'elles présentent un axe longitudinal (13) respectif,- dans lequel les sorties de buse (12) sont situées à l'une des extrémités axiales de la buse de pulvérisation (7) respective,- dans lequel le respectivement au moins un orifice d'entrée d'air (10) est situé à l'autre extrémité axiale de la buse de pulvérisation (7) respective, et- dans lequel, en se référant respectivement à une des buses de pulvérisation (7), un des orifices d'entrée d'huile (9), vu dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal (13), se trouve sur une position axiale (z) définie et au moins un autre des orifices d'entrée d'huile (9), vu dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal (13), se trouve à la même position axiale (z).

caractérisé en ce que les orifices d'entrée d'huile (9) ont un diamètre (d2) qui est compris entre 0,1 mm et 1,0 mm, notamment entre 0,4 mm et 0,6 mm. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que les sorties de buse (12) sont réalisées respectivement en forme de fente. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que les sorties de buse (12) présentent par rapport au produit à laminer (1) et/ou à l'au moins un cylindre (3, 4) sur lequel l'huile lubrifiante (5) est pulvérisée une distance (a1) qui est comprise entre 100 mm et 400 mm, notamment entre 150 mm et 300 mm. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que les buses de pulvérisation (7) présentent les unes par rapport aux autres une distance (a2) qui est comprise entre 50 mm et 300 mm, notamment entre 100 mm et 200 mm. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que l'huile lubrifiante (5) pulvérisée sur le produit à laminer (1) et/ou l'au moins un cylindre (3, 4) par respectivement une des buses de pulvérisation (7) est pulvérisée sur une zone partielle (16) respective du produit à laminer (1) et/ou de l'au moins un cylindre (3, 4), et en ce que les zones partielles (16) associées à des buses de pulvérisation (7) directement contigües présentent un degré de chevauchement qui est compris entre 0% et 50%. - Dispositif pour l'application d'une huile lubrifiante (5) sur un produit à laminer (1) métallique plat et/ou au moins un cylindre (3, 4) d'une cage de laminoir (2) lors du laminage du produit à laminer (1) dans la cage de laminoir (2),- dans lequel le dispositif comprend une rampe de pulvérisation (6) qui s'étend parallèlement à un axe de rotation (3') de l'au moins un cylindre (3, 4) de la cage de laminoir (2) et sur lequel plusieurs buses de pulvérisation (7) sont disposées les unes à côté des autres,- dans lequel les buses de pulvérisation (7) comportent respectivement une chambre de mélange (8) à laquelle une quantité respective d'huile lubrifiante (5) est amenée par respectivement plusieurs orifices d'entrée d'huile (9),- dans lequel la chambre de mélange (8) respective est pourvue à chaque fois d'au moins un orifice d'entrée d'air (10) par lequel de l'air comprimé (11) est amené à la chambre de mélange (8) respective,- dans lequel les buses de pulvérisation (7) sont pourvues respectivement d'au moins une sortie de buse (12) par laquelle l'huile lubrifiante (5) atomisée dans la chambre de mélange (8) respective pour obtenir un aérosol est pulvérisée sur le produit à laminer (1) et/ou l'au moins un cylindre (3, 4) de la cage de laminoir (2),- dans lequel les buses de pulvérisation (7) sont réalisées cylindriques, de sorte qu'elles présentent un axe longitudinal (13) respectif,- dans lequel les sorties de buse (12) sont situées à l'une des extrémités axiales de la buse de pulvérisation (7) respective,- dans lequel, le respectivement au moins un orifice d'entrée d'air (10) est situé à l'autre extrémité axiale de la buse de pulvérisation (7) respective et, en se référant respectivement à une des buses de pulvérisation (7), un des orifices d'entrée d'huile (9), vu dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal (13), se trouve sur une position axiale (z) définie et au moins un autre des orifices d'entrée d'huile (9), vu dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal (13), se trouve à la même position axiale (z).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 13,
caractérisé en ce que les orifices d'entrée d'huile (9) qui se trouvent à la position axiale (z) définie sont uniformément répartis autour de l'axe longitudinal (13), en considérant son pourtour. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 13 et 14,
caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un orifice d'entrée d'air (10) a un diamètre (d1) qui est compris entre 0,01 mm et 5 mm, de préférence entre 3 mm et 5 mm, notamment d'au moins 4 mm. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 13 à 15,
caractérisé en ce que les orifices d'entrée d'huile (9) ont un diamètre (d2) qui est compris entre 0,1 mm et 1,0 mm, notamment entre 0,4 mm et 0,6 mm. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 13 à 16,
caractérisé en ce que les sorties de buse (12) sont réalisées respectivement en forme de fente. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 13 à 17,
caractérisé en ce que les sorties de buse (12) présentent par rapport au produit à laminer (1) et/ou à l'au moins un cylindre (3, 4) sur lequel l'huile lubrifiante (5) est pulvérisée une distance (a1) qui est comprise entre 100 mm et 400 mm, notamment entre 150 mm et 300 mm. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 13 à 18,
caractérisé en ce que les buses de pulvérisation (7) présentent les unes par rapport aux autres une distance (a2) qui est comprise entre 50 mm et 300 mm, notamment entre 100 mm et 200 mm. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 13 à 19,
caractérisé en ce que l'huile lubrifiante (5) pulvérisée sur le produit à laminer (1) et/ou l'au moins un cylindre (3, 4) par respectivement une des buses de pulvérisation (7) est pulvérisée sur une zone partielle (16) respective du produit à laminer (1) et/ou de l'au moins un cylindre (3, 4), et en ce que les zones partielles (16) associées à des buses de pulvérisation (7) directement contigües présentent un degré de chevauchement qui est compris entre 0% et 50%.
