Claims (14)

  1. Procédé pour le laminage d'une matière en laminage (2), dans lequel
    - la matière en laminage (2) est guidée en alternance dans deux directions de laminage opposées l'une à l'autre à travers une fente de laminage (17) entre deux cylindres de travail (23, 24) d'une cage de laminoir réversible (3),
    - dans une zone de contact dans laquelle la matière en laminage (2) repose sur les cylindres de travail (23, 24), un lubrifiant (21) pour la lubrification de la zone de contact est introduit,
    - et un réfrigérant (22) est appliqué sur les cylindres de travail (23, 24) ou/et sur la matière en laminage (2), dans lequel
    - le lubrifiant (21) est distribué en un mélange (20) avec un gaz porteur, dans lequel le mélange (20) est pulvérisé sur les cylindres de travail (23, 24) ou/et sur la matière en laminage (2) exclusivement sur un côté sortie d'une passe de laminage sur lequel la matière en laminage (2) sort de la fente de laminage (17),
    - et le réfrigérant (22) est distribué sur les cylindres de travail (23, 24) ou/et sur la matière en laminage (2) exclusivement sur un côté entrée d'une passe de laminage sur lequel la matière en laminage (2) entre dans la fente de laminage (17).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le lubrifiant (21) est une huile lubrifiante.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel de l'eau est utilisée en tant que réfrigérant (22).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel une émulsion réfrigérante est utilisée en tant que réfrigérant (22) .
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le réfrigérant (22) contient au moins un émulsifiant qui améliore une adhérence du lubrifiant (21) aux cylindres de travail (23, 24) ou/et à la matière en laminage (2).
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le mélange (20) du lubrifiant (21) et du gaz porteur est pulvérisé sur les cylindres de travail (23, 24) ou/et sur la matière en laminage (2) uniquement lors du passage de la matière en laminage (2) à travers la fente de laminage (17) dans l'une des deux directions de laminage.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel le mélange (20) du lubrifiant (21) et du gaz porteur est pulvérisé sur les cylindres de travail (23, 24) ou/et sur la matière en laminage (2) lors du passage de la matière en laminage (2) à travers la fente de laminage (17) dans les deux directions de laminage.
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel, lors du passage pour la première fois de la matière en laminage (2) à travers la fente de laminage (17), une tête de matière en laminage de la matière en laminage (2), qui est guidée en tant que première zone de la matière en laminage (2) à travers la fente de laminage (17), est guidée à travers la fente de laminage (17) avec une vitesse plus faible que la zone restante de la matière en laminage (2).
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, dans lequel, lors du passage pour la première fois de la tête de matière en laminage à travers la fente de laminage (17), aucun réfrigérant (22) n'est distribué sur les cylindres de travail (23, 24) ou/et sur la matière en laminage (2).
  10. Dispositif de laminage (1) pour la mise en œuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, le dispositif de laminage (1) comportant
    - une cage de laminoir réversible (3) avec deux cylindres de travail (23, 24),
    - au moins une rampe de pulvérisation (5 à 8) qui est conçue pour pulvériser le mélange (20) du lubrifiant (21) et du gaz porteur sur un cylindre de travail (23, 24) ou/et sur la matière en laminage (2),
    - au moins une rampe de réfrigération (9 à 12) qui est conçue pour distribuer le réfrigérant (22) sur un cylindre de travail (23, 24) ou/et sur la matière en laminage (2),
    - une unité de commande (27) qui est conçue pour commander chaque rampe de pulvérisation (5 à 8) et chaque rampe de réfrigération (9 à 12) de telle sorte que le mélange (20) du lubrifiant (21) et du gaz porteur soit distribué exclusivement sur un côté sortie d'une passe de laminage et que le réfrigérant (22) soit distribué exclusivement sur un côté entrée d'une passe de laminage.
  11. Dispositif de laminage (1) selon la revendication 10, dans lequel toutes les rampes de pulvérisation (5, 6) sont disposées sur le même côté de la cage de laminoir réversible (3) .
  12. Dispositif de laminage (1) selon la revendication 10 ou 11, dans lequel sur au moins un côté de la cage de laminoir réversible (3) sont disposées au moins une rampe de pulvérisation (5 à 8) et au moins une rampe de réfrigération (9 à 12).
  13. Dispositif de laminage (1) selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, dans lequel, sur au moins un côté de la cage de laminoir réversible (3), au moins une rampe de pulvérisation (5, 7) est disposée au-dessus d'un plan de matière en laminage (19), dans lequel est guidée la matière en laminage (2), et au moins une rampe de pulvérisation (6, 8) est disposée au-dessous du plan de matière en laminage (19).
  14. Dispositif de laminage (1) selon l'une des revendications 10 à 13, dans lequel, sur au moins un côté de la cage de laminoir réversible (3), au moins une rampe de réfrigération (9, 11) est disposée au-dessus d'un plan de matière en laminage (19), dans lequel est guidée la matière en laminage (2), et au moins une rampe de réfrigération (10, 12) est disposée au-dessous du plan de matière en laminage (19).
