Claims (15)

  1. Méthode implémentée par un système de protection pour conteneurs d'un distributeur ATM comprenant un coffre-fort et qui est constitué par les étapes suivantes:
    a) Une pluralité de conteneurs possédant des moyens pour neutraliser des valeurs (200) sont liés électroniquement à au moins un dispositif de protection pour les conteneurs du distributeur ATM (10);
    b) Ladite pluralité de conteneurs ayant des moyens pour neutraliser des valeurs (200) et ledit au moins un dispositif de protection pour des conteneurs de distributeurs ATM (10) sont programmés pour maintenir au moins un état opérationnel qui diffère l'un par rapport à l'autre;
    c) Ledit au moins un dispositif de protection pour des conteneurs du distributeur ATM (10) ne change son état opérationnel, déverrouillant un verrou (20), que s'il reçoit des messages pour modifier l'état opérationnel de tous lesdits conteneurs qui ont des moyens pour neutraliser des valeurs (200) auxquels il est connecté électroniquement.
    La méthode est caractérisée comme suit:
    Chaque message pour modifier concerne une modification d'un état opérationnel où tous les moyens de neutralisation du conteneur correspondant sont débranchés et le dispositif de protection est encore configuré pour, lors d'une ouverture valide d'une porte du coffre-fort, démarrer l'état opérationnel en modifiant l'instruction des conteneurs ayant des moyens pour neutraliser des valeurs et, lorsque tous les conteneurs ayant des moyens pour neutraliser des valeurs ont répondu à l'instruction avec succès, le dispositif de protection déverrouille le verrou et, par la suite, autorise l'accès pour la manutention des conteneurs qui possèdent des moyens pour neutraliser des valeurs.
  2. Méthode selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que les informations concernant chaque conteneur ayant des moyens pour neutraliser des valeurs (200) et de chaque dispositif de protection pour des conteneurs du distributeur ATM (10) sont fournies localement et en temps réel sur un écran tactile (30) ou bien au moyen d'un ordinateur de l'ATM (100).
  3. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chaque conteneur ayant des moyens pour neutraliser des valeurs (200) et chaque dispositif de protection pour des conteneurs du distributeur ATM (10) sont accessibles à travers du réseau de communication au moyen d'un nombre d'identification.
  4. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'état opérationnel de chaque conteneur ayant moyens pour neutraliser des valeurs (200) est un parmi les suivants:
    a) un état auquel il n'est pas permis de manipuler ledit conteneur, tandis que tous les moyens de neutralisation de chaque conteneur et tous les moyens pour détecter une intrusion soient branchés;
    b) un état auquel il est permis de manipuler et d'ouvrir ledit conteneur, tandis que tous les moyens de neutralisation de chaque conteneur sont débranchés;
    c) un état auquel il est permis de manipuler ledit conteneur, suivant des règles et respectant des temps sans ouvrir le conteneur tandis que tous les moyens de neutralisation de chaque conteneur soient branchés et qu'une partie des moyens de détection d'intrusion soit branchée;
    et l'état opérationnel de chaque dispositif de protection pour des conteneurs du distributeur ATM (10) consiste en ouvrir, ce qui correspond au déverrouillage du verrou (20), ou bien en fermer, ce qui corresponds au verrouillage du verrou (20)
  5. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chaque ensemble d'au moins un dispositif de protection pour des conteneurs du distributeur ATM (10) e une pluralité de conteneurs ayant des moyens pour neutraliser des valeurs (200) sont connectés électroniquement à au moins un ATM différent (400).
  6. Méthode selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que dans une pluralité de dispositifs de protection connectés à différents distributeurs ATM chaque dispositif de protection pour des conteneurs du distributeur ATM (10) ne change son état opérationnel, déverrouillant un verrou (20), que quand l'information de changement d'état est reçue additionnellement depuis le au moins un autre dispositif de protection pour des conteneurs du distributeur ATM (10) qui est connecté électroniquement audit au moins un ATM différent (400).
  7. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la connexion électronique parmi chaque dispositif de protection pour des conteneurs du distributeur ATM (10), chaque conteneur ayant des moyens pour neutraliser des valeurs (200) et un écran tactile pour l'introduction des instructions, ou bien un ordinateur de l'ATM, est implémenté par un réseau de communication à travers d'un bus à fil ou sans fil, par des moyens de communication à la fréquence radio ou à l'infrarouge.
  8. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que tous les événements des états opérationnels antérieurs de chaque conteneur ayant des moyens pour neutraliser des valeurs (200) et du dispositif de protection pour des conteneurs du distributeur ATM (10), référencés avec des informations sur le jour et l'heure et avec un numéro d'identification, sont emmagasinés dans la mémoire d'une boîte noire.
  9. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'information relative à la localisation de chaque conteneur ayant des moyens pour neutraliser des valeurs (200), référencée par le numéro d'identification, est présentée sur un écran tactile (30) ou bien par l'ordinateur de l'ATM.
  10. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la modification d'un état opérationnel exige l'introduction des informations reconnues pour l'ouverture ou bien d'un code personnel sur l'écran tactile (30).
  11. Dispositif de protection pour des conteneurs d'un distributeur ATM (10) ayant un coffre-fort, propre à être localisé sur le front d'un distributeur en avant de l'ATM, par lequel le dispositif de protection comprends:
    a) des moyens de communication propres à établir la connexion à une pluralité de conteneurs ayant des moyens pour neutraliser des valeurs (200) et un ordinateur d'ATM (100);
    b) un microprocesseur;
    c) des moyens pour détecter une intrusion;
    d) une barrière physique et un verrou (20) contrôlé para le microprocesseur
    où le dispositif de protection est programmé pour modifier l'état opérationnel, ne déverrouillant le verrou (20) que lorsque des messages de modification de l'état opérationnel sont reçues de tous les conteneurs ayant des moyens pour neutraliser des valeurs (200), de ladite pluralité de conteneurs, auxquels le dispositif de protection est connecté électroniquement, caractérisé en ce que chaque message de modification est relative à une modification concernant l'état opérationnel, auquel tous les moyens de neutralisation do conteneur correspondant sont débranchés, et
    le dispositif de protection est encore configuré pour, lorsque la porte du coffre-fort est validement ouverte, initialiser l'instruction de modification de l'état opérationnel des conteneurs ayant des moyens pour neutraliser des valeurs et, quand tous les conteneurs ayant des moyens pour neutraliser des valeurs ont répondu, avec succès, à l'instruction, le dispositif de protection déverrouille le verrou e, par conséquent, autorise l'accès pour la manutention des conteneurs ayant des moyens pour neutraliser des valeurs.
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, additionnellement:
    a) Un écran tactile (30);
    b) Le microprocesseur intégré à une plaque électronique (40);
    c) Une boîte noire propre à emmagasiner toute l'information concernant tous les événements des derniers états opérationnels de chaque conteneur ayant des moyens pour neutraliser des valeurs (200) et du dispositif de protection pour des conteneurs du distributeur ATM (10), référencés avec les informations respectives au jour et à l'heure;
    d) Un accumulateur pour l'alimentation ininterrompue de courant électrique (60).
  13. Dispositif de protection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11-12, caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour détecter une intrusion comprennent un capteur d'intrusion/manipulation, des instructions pour des capteurs extérieurs et des capteurs à:
    a) Mouvement tridimensionnel selon les axes X, Y e Z;
    b) Impact;
    c) Température;
    d) Position du verrou (20);
    e) Alimentation électrique au verrou (20).
  14. Dispositif de protection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11-13, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de communications constituent des moyens de communication par bus à fil, ou sans fil, à l'infrarouge ou à la fréquence radio.
  15. Système de protection d'un ATM caractérisé en ce qu'il contient au moins deux dispositifs de protection pour des conteneurs du distributeur ATM (10) d'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 14, chacun d'eux étant intégré dans un ATM différent.
