Claims (10)
- Dispositif d'impression d'un fût à bière pression, comprenant : un établi (1) ;
un appareil à poussée hydraulique (2) monté sur l'établi (1) ;
un appareil servant à imprimer l'extérieur d'un fût à bière (3) monté sur l'établi (1) ; et
une matrice extérieure (62) imprimant un côté extérieur du fût à bière (5) étant prévue sur un châssis de raccordement (31), l'appareil à poussée hydraulique (2) commande la matrice extérieure (62) sur le châssis de raccordement (31) pour se déplacer linéairement le long de la direction suivant l'axe des abscisses ;
caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend de plus un appareil servant à imprimer l'intérieur du fût à bière (4) monté sur l'établi (1) ;
dans lequel l'appareil servant à imprimer l'intérieur du fût à bière (4) comprend un siège de disque rotatif (41) tournant le long d'un axe Z, dans lequel le siège de disque rotatif (41) peut monter le fût à bière (5), et la matrice intérieure (61), imprimant un côté intérieur du fût à bière (5), est montée sur le côté périphérique du siège de disque rotatif (41), l'appareil servant à imprimer l'extérieur d'un fût à bière (3) comprend un châssis de raccordement (31) se déplaçant linéairement le long d'une direction suivant l'axe des ordonnées, la matrice extérieure (62) se déplaçant linéairement le long d'une direction suivant l'axe des abscisses permettant à la matrice extérieure (62) et à la matrice intérieure (61) de correspondre à la cloison du fût à bière (5) pour l'impression. - Dispositif d'impression d'un fût à bière pression selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'appareil à poussée hydraulique comprend un cylindre hydraulique (21), une crémaillère de montage du cylindre hydraulique (22), un premier rail de guidage (23) et un châssis mobile (24) ; le cylindre hydraulique (21) est monté sur l'établi (1) à travers une crémaillère de montage du cylindre hydraulique (22), le premier rail de guidage (23) est posé sur la surface de l'établi (1), le châssis mobile (24) est monté sur le premier rail de guidage (23) en se déplaçant linéairement le long d'une direction suivant l'axe des abscisses grâce à une tige de poussée du cylindre hydraulique (21).
- Dispositif d'impression d'un fût à bière pression selon la revendication 2, dans lequel l'appareil servant à imprimer l'extérieur d'un fût à bière comprend de plus un servomoteur (32) suivant l'axe des ordonnées, une vis (33) et un second rail de guidage (34) ; le servomoteur (32) suivant l'axe des ordonnées, la vis (33) et le second rail de guidage
(34) sont montés sur le châssis mobile (24), et le servomoteur (32) suivant l'axe des ordonnées entraîne la vis (33) pour tourner, une extrémité du châssis de raccordement (31) est montée de façon coulissante sur le second rail de guidage le long de l'axe des ordonnées, et l'autre extrémité est raccordée en spirale à la vis. - Dispositif d'impression d'un fût à bière pression selon la revendication 3, dans lequel l'appareil servant à imprimer l'intérieur d'un fût à bière comprend de plus un servomoteur (42) suivant l'axe Z et un palier (43) ; le palier est monté sur l'établi (1), le siège de disque rotatif (41) est monté à l'intérieur du palier (43) et le servomoteur (42) suivant l'axe Z est disposé en correspondance du fond de l'établi (1) pour actionner le siège de disque rotatif (41) en rotation sur le palier (43) en utilisant l'axe Z comme la ligne d'axe.
- Dispositif d'impression d'un fût à bière pression selon les revendications 1 ou 4, dans lequel les matrice intérieure (61) et matrice extérieure (62) comprennent au moins une matrice (63), une matrice individuelle (63) de la matrice intérieure (61) correspond à une matrice individuelle (63) de la matrice extérieure (62) pour former une paire de composants de matrice imprimant un caractère unique ; la matrice (63) est montée, respectivement, sur le plan de l'axe des ordonnées du châssis de raccordement (31) et la surface périphérique du siège de disque rotatif (41) lorsque la matrice (63) du châssis de raccordement (31) imprime sur la matrice (63) du siège de disque rotatif (41) le long de la direction suivant l'axe des abscisses, l'impression d'une seule matrice est terminée.
- Dispositif d'impression d'un fût à bière pression selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la surface périphérique du siège de disque rotatif (41) et le plan suivant l'axe des ordonnées du châssis de raccordement (31) sont pourvus d'au moins une rainure à queue d'aronde de dimension identique (44, 36), chaque matrice (63) ayant la même dimension, l'arrière de la matrice (63) est monté par encliquetage à l'intérieur de la rainure en queue d'aronde (44) pour permettre à la matrice (63) d'être montée, respectivement, sur le plan suivant l'axe des ordonnées du châssis de raccordement (31) et la surface périphérique du siège de disque rotatif (41).
- Dispositif d'impression d'un fût à bière pression selon la revendication 5, dans lequel lorsque l'axe des abscisses et le diamètre du siège de disque rotatif (41) sont alignés, la matrice (63) du châssis de raccordement (31) et le siège de disque rotatif (41) sur l'alignement peuvent être imprimés normalement.
- Procédé d'impression d'un fût à bière pression avec un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 7, comprenant les étapes suivantes :1) monter et aligner une pluralité de composants de matrice d'un seul caractère correspondant à un logo sur le plan suivant l'axe des ordonnées, respectivement, d'un châssis de raccordement et d'une surface périphérique d'un siège de disque rotatif ;2) installer un fût à bière allongé et soudé à un siège de disque rotatif pour faire correspondre l'intérieur du fût à bière à la matrice de la structure à matrice convexe dans le composant de matrice, et l'extérieur du fût à bière correspond à la matrice de la structure de matrice concave dans le composant de matrice, dans lequel la matrice de la première structure de matrice concave et la matrice de la première structure de matrice convexe sont en position d'impression ;3) réaliser un déplacement le long de l'axe des abscisses à travers le châssis de raccordement pour mettre en contact la matrice de la première structure de matrice concave avec la cloison latérale du fût à bière et la faire correspondre avec la matrice de la première structure de matrice convexe pour imprimer le premier caractère du logo sur la cloison latérale du fût à bière, puis le châssis de raccordement se déplace le long de la direction opposée à l'axe des abscisses pour permettre l'impression de la matrice de la première structure de matrice convexe pour se séparer de la matrice de la première structure de matrice concave ;4) après séparation, déplacer les châssis de raccordement le long de l'axe des ordonnées pour permettre le déplacement de la matrice de la structure de matrice concave suivante en position d'impression, et le siège du disque rotatif pivote le long de l'axe Z pour permettre la rotation du fût à bière et de la matrice de la structure de matrice convexe suivante en position d'impression, puis imprimer selon le procédé de l'étape 3 ;5) imprimer les caractères restants selon le procédé de l'étape 4 pour terminer l'impression du logo.
- Procédé d'impression d'un fût à bière pression selon la revendication 8, dans lequel, si les caractères et les séquences des composants de matrice sont identiques aux précédents de l'étape 1, conserver les mêmes composants de matrice et remplacer les composants de matrice par des caractères et des séquences différents.
- Procédé d'impression d'un fût à bière pression selon la revendication 8, dans lequel, lorsque le châssis de raccordement se déplace le long de l'axe des abscisses pour séparer la matrice de la structure de matrice concave de la matrice de la structure de matrice convexe, la cloison latérale du fût à bière est toujours imprimée sur et serrée avec la matrice de la structure de matrice convexe, pour permettre au siège de disque rotatif d'actionner en rotation le fût à bière le long de l'axe Z.
