  • the fitting mechanism internally comprises electrical and mechanical elements allowing the electrical equipment to perform its function as socket or switch.
  • the hubcap has a form (electrical plug receiving well or switch button) that allows the user to use the electrical equipment.
  • the apparatus support has the function of blocking the fitting mechanism in an electrical box.
  • the present invention proposes to improve the aforementioned architecture of the electrical equipment, so that it allows the installation of a lighting mechanism in a conventional airtight electrical box.
  • said fitting mechanism comprises a power supply unit and a printed circuit which supports in at least one lighting component
  • the equipment support comprises a closure plate which at least partially closes the opening of the frame and which interposes between the power supply unit. and the printed circuit in such a way that said blanking plate is in contact with at least a portion of the rear face of the printed circuit.
  • the solution is to evacuate the heat not from the back of the equipment mechanism, but from the front, the inner side of the room illuminated by the lighting mechanism.
  • the equipment support which will have the function of dissipating heat from its closure plate to its frame, then to the interior of the illuminated room.
  • This solution also makes it possible to contribute to the heating of the illuminated room and to remain in the normal heating conditions of the lighting components, to the benefit of the service life of the latter.
  • an electrical apparatus 1 to be engaged from the rear in an electrical box 100 and to be bordered at the front by a trim plate 200.
  • front and rear will be used relative to the direction of the gaze of the installer to the wall in which the electrical box 100 is located.
  • the front of an element would designate the side of that element that is facing down and the back would point to the side of that element that is facing up.
  • inside and outside will also be used relative to the center of the element under consideration.
  • this element would be a cube
