Die vorliegende Anmeldung betrifft einen Behälter (1), insbesondere zur Aufnahme von Taschentüchern, umfassend mindestens ein Gehäuse (2), das zumindest in einem Schließzustand des Behälters (1) einen Innenraum (3) einfasst, sowie mindestens einen Einsatzbehälter (4), der in dem Innenraum (3) des Gehäuses (2) positionierbar oder positioniert ist, wobei das Gehäuse (2) von mindestens zwei Gehäuseteilen (5, 6) gebildet ist, die derart relativ zueinander beweglich sind, dass der Behälter (1) zwischen seinem Schließzustand und einem Offenzustand überführbar ist, wobei in dem Offenzustand des Behälters (1) der Innenraum (3) von einer Umgebung her zugänglich ist, sodass zumindest der Einsatzbehälter (4) in den Innenraum (3) einsetzbar oder aus dem Innenraum (3) heraus entnehmbar ist, wobei der Innenraum (3) des Gehäuses (2) mittels mindestens eines Trennelements (7) in mindestens zwei Teilräume unterteilt ist, und wobei das Gehäuse (2) mindestens eine Gehäuseöffnung (8, 9) aufweist, durch die hindurch ein Gegenstand von der Umgebung in den Innenraum (3) oder umgekehrt führbar ist, und zwar selbst dann, wenn sich der Behälter (1) in seinem Schließzustand befindet.
