Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Seifendose. The present invention relates to a soap box.
In view of the fact that the use of liquid soap has recently decreased and that of soap bars has increased again from the perspective of sustainability, namely to avoid packaging waste and to protect natural resources, the present invention is aimed at providing a particularly practical soap box. In this respect, particular focus is placed on good protection of the bar of soap against (local) softening or dissolving and at the same time ease of handling.
The object specified above is achieved by the soap box specified in claim 1. This is constructed in three parts, in that it has a pot-shaped insert with a peripheral wall and a perforated bottom, a first cap and a second cap, the first cap being connected to a first connecting section of the insert by means of a non-rotatable plug connection and the second cap being connected by means of a rotary connection are connectable to a second connecting portion of the insert. The insert defines, delimited by the perforated base and the peripheral wall, an interior space that serves to accommodate the bar of soap and can be closed by one of the two caps. On the side of the perforated bottom of the insert that faces away from the interior space, there is a receiving space for dripping water that is delimited by the other cap. What is essential for the soap box according to the invention, in connection with the other features that are characteristic of this, is that the two caps—independently of one another—can be connected to the insert in different ways; a first of the caps can be connected to a first connection section of the insert by means of a non-rotatable plug connection, whereas the other, second cap by means of a rotary connection - this is preferably designed as a screw connection, although a bayonet connection can also be considered, for example - to a second connection section of the insert Use can be connected. Thus, intuitively, immediately understandable for everyone and in a simple way, the soap box can be easily handled in the sense that the interior of the soap box becomes accessible through a first movement (particularly pulling apart) of the two caps relative to one another, namely to remove the bar of soap, whereas with a different, second movement (namely twisting) of the two caps relative to one another, the receiving space for dripping water becomes accessible, in particular in order to pour off or pour off the latter.
The good handling of the soap box benefits from the fact that each of the two opening processes (opening the interior or the space for receiving dripping water) can be performed by a specific, individual movement of the two caps relative to one another. Either way, the user grasps one of the caps with both of their hands. Only these therefore need to be prepared for the user's hands to be grasped, for example by means of a non-slip surface design. The service life of the bar of soap benefits not only from the fact that the interior of the soap box, which is used to store the bar of soap, is separated from the space for receiving dripping water by the perforated base, which means that the bar of soap is better protected from dripping water than in the case of the status of the soap presented at the outset Technology, ie in the case of soap cans with a base having nubs or rib-like projections. The intuitively easy emptying of the drained water receiving space by removing the associated cap, while the bar of soap is safely stored in the interior of the soap case closed by the other cap, results in gentle, ie as dry as possible, storage of the bar of soap when the soap case is closed. As Another aspect of easy handling of the soap box is that the bar of soap can be presented to the user not only lying in the interior of the soap box, but also - with the soap box or insert turned upside down - also on the side of the perforated base facing the drip water receiving space of use lying. The insert - with or without the cap closing the interior - can be used as a soap holder presenting the bar of soap, on which the bar of soap dries well and from which it can be removed particularly easily for use, even with wet hands. When using the soap box according to the invention in this way, if the cap closing the interior is placed on the insert, water dripping from the piece of soap lying on the perforated base collects in this cap. Contamination of the surface (washbasin, etc.) by dripping soapy water is excluded.
The intuitive operation of the soap box according to the invention is supported if, according to a first preferred development of the invention, the second cap - which can be connected to the insert via a rotary connection - is assigned to the drip water receiving space and the first - which can be connected to the insert via a non-rotatable plug connection Cap the interior of the soap box used to hold the bar of soap. In this development, the first connection section is thus typically on the wall of the insert, i. H. provided at the bottom open end portion of the insert.
Another preferred development of the soap box according to the invention is characterized in that the first cap and the second cap touch each other circumferentially in their respective connection end position with the insert. In particular, the two caps can abut one another in this sense in the area of opposite annular end faces. In this way, a good seal between the two caps can be achieved with simple means—possibly using a separate annular seal or an elastically flexible support on the annular end face of at least one of the two caps. In this way, dripping water cannot escape from the soap box, regardless of its position.
According to yet another preferred development of the invention, the base of the insert is designed to be curved toward its interior (or the interior of the soap box). Not only does this favor the fact that the bar of soap stored in the interior of the soap case is difficult to reach for dripping water, which was collected in the dripping water receiving space, even when the soap case is moving. This design of the base of the insert also accommodates the above-mentioned additional usability of the insert as a soap holder; because the bar of soap lies securely in the trough formed by the curved bottom of the insert.
According to yet another preferred development of the invention, the wall of the insert has at least one opening in the area of the connection section provided there. Such a breakthrough allows that, in order for the piece of soap received in the interior of the soap box to dry, the cap closing the interior space does not have to be completely removed from the insert, but that already with an intermediate position of the cap in question, namely by lifting it slightly the drying of the bar of soap favoring ventilation of the interior of the soap box.
Yet another preferred further development of the soap box according to the invention is characterized in that the cap assigned to the interior of the soap box and which can be connected to the open end region of the insert has a rib or knob structure on the inner face. Even when the soap case is upside down and the dripping water has thus (at least partially) gotten from the dripping water receiving space into the interior, the piece of soap does not lie in the latter.

The
