La lance à combustible (14) est entourée par un tube extérieur (16) muni d'au moins une deuxième ouverture de sortie (20) pour un deuxième combustible, les premières ouvertures de sortie (18) étant orientées radialement et la deuxième ouverture de sortie (20) étant orientée axialement. Entre la lance à combustible (14) et le côté intérieur de la chambre de prémélange (6) est formée une section transversale d'écoulement (Q) et sur la lance à combustible (14) est agencé un certain nombre de générateurs de tourbillons (22) qui réduisent la section transversale d'écoulement (Q) orientée transversalement à la direction d'écoulement (S). Au moins un des générateurs de tourbillons (22) est agencé en amont des premières ouvertures de sortie (18) et en aval de la seconde ouverture de sortie (20), et la chambre de prémélange (6) présente une section transversale (50) et une extrémité (52), la distance entre les premières ouvertures de sortie (18) et l'extrémité (52) de la chambre de prémélange (6) étant au moins trois fois plus grande que la section transversale (50) de la chambre de prémélange (6). L'invention concerne par ailleurs une turbine à gaz (4) munie dudit brûleur (2). L'invention concerne par ailleurs un injecteur de combustible (10).
