Claims (17)

  1. Agencement mécanique pour l'usinage de pièces du genre plaques, en particuliers de tôles,
    - avec un poste d'usinage (2), sur lequel une pièce (12) peut être usinée et un produit d'usinage (22) peut ainsi être produit à partir de la pièce (12),
    - avec un support de pièce (3) pour supporter la pièce (12) pendant l'usinage de la pièce et pour supporter le produit d'usinage (22) à la suite de l'usinage de la pièce, sachant que le support de pièce (3) présente des parties de support (5, 6) disposées latéralement l'une à côté de l'autre, dont une est prévue comme partie de support (5) côté déchargement et une autre comme partie de support supplémentaire (6) et qui, lorsqu'elles sont disposées à un niveau commun, sont sensiblement alignées en direction horizontale par leur côté supérieur,
    - avec un dispositif de déplacement (13) prévu pour la pièce (12) et pour le produit d'usinage (22), dispositif sur lequel la pièce (12) et le produit d'usinage (22) peuvent être fixés de manière amovible et au moyen duquel la pièce (12) fixée sur le dispositif de déplacement (13) et le produit d'usinage (22) fixé sur le dispositif de déplacement (13) peuvent être déplacés sur le support de pièce (3),
    - et avec un dispositif de manutention (9) pour décharger du support de pièce (3) le produit d'usinage (22),
    caractérisé en ce que la partie de support (5) côté déchargement du support de pièce (3) est réglable en hauteur et, par réglage en hauteur, peut être abaissée par rapport au niveau commun et relativement à la partie de support supplémentaire (6) à un niveau de déchargement,
    en ce que, afin de décharger du support de pièce (3) le produit d'usinage (22), le dispositif de manutention (9) peut être déplacé dans une position de déchargement dans laquelle le dispositif de manutention (9) s'étend au-dessus la partie de support (5) côté déchargement abaissée au niveau de déchargement,
    et en ce que le dispositif de manutention (9) pour le produit d'usinage (22) présente un support de produit (23) qui, lorsque le dispositif de manutention (9) est déplacé dans la position de déchargement, est disposé latéralement à côté de la partie de support supplémentaire (6) et ce faisant de telle sorte en direction verticale par rapport à la partie de support supplémentaire (6) que le produit d'usinage (22) supporté sur la partie de support supplémentaire (6) peut, au moyen du dispositif de déplacement (13), être déplacé sur le support de produit (23) du dispositif de manutention (9).
  2. Agencement mécanique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie de support (5) côté déchargement du support de pièce (3) peut être abaissée au niveau de déchargement au moyen du dispositif de manutention (9).
  3. Agencement mécanique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie de support (5) côté déchargement du support de pièce (3) peut être abaissée au niveau de déchargement à l'encontre de l'action d'une force de rappel.
  4. Agencement mécanique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une aide au déchargement (19), au moyen de laquelle le produit d'usinage (22) déplacé sur le support de produit (23) du dispositif de manutention (9) peut être éloigné du dispositif de déplacement (13).
  5. Agencement mécanique selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'aide au déchargement (19) est prévue sur le dispositif de manutention (9).
  6. Agencement mécanique selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de fixation en position, au moyen duquel le produit d'usinage (22) déplacé sur le support de produit (23) du dispositif de manutention (9) peut être fixé en position sur le dispositif de manutention (9).
  7. Agencement mécanique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de manutention (9) peut être déplacé dans une position de transfert conjointement avec le produit d'usinage (22) disposé sur le support de produit (23), et en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de transfert (20), au moyen duquel, à partir de la position de transfert du dispositif de manutention (9), le produit d'usinage (22) peut être transféré du support de produit (23) du dispositif de manutention (9) sur un récepteur de produit (10).
  8. Agencement mécanique selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu comme dispositif de transfert (20) un dispositif de raclage au moyen duquel le produit d'usinage (22) peut être évacué par raclage du support de produit (23) du dispositif de manutention (9) sur le récepteur de produit (10).
  9. Agencement mécanique selon la revendication 7 ou la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la position de transfert du dispositif de manutention (9) est disposée en dessous de la position de déchargement du dispositif de manutention (9).
  10. Agencement mécanique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de manutention (9) est réalisé sous forme de dispositif de chargement et de déchargement, et la partie de support (5) côté déchargement du support de pièce (3) est prévue en même temps comme partie de support (5) côté chargement et donc comme partie de support (5) côté chargement et côté déchargement du support de pièce (3), sachant que le dispositif de manutention (9) présente un dispositif (17) de maintien de pièce, au moyen duquel une pièce (12) à usiner peut être fixée de manière amovible sur le dispositif de manutention (9) de telle sorte que la pièce (12) fixée sur le dispositif de manutention (9) au moyen du dispositif de maintien (17) est disposée sur le côté inférieur, éloigné du support de produit (23) du dispositif de manutention (9), du dispositif de manutention (9), sachant que le dispositif de manutention (9) peut, afin de charger la partie de support (5) côté chargement et côté déchargement, être déplacé conjointement avec la pièce (12) disposée sur le côté inférieur du dispositif de manutention (9) dans une position de chargement dans laquelle le dispositif de manutention (9) muni de la pièce (12) s'étend au-dessus la partie de support (5) côté chargement et côté déchargement, et sachant que la pièce (12) peut être déplacée du dispositif de manutention (9) déplacé dans la position de chargement sur la partie de support (5) côté chargement et côté déchargement.
  11. Agencement mécanique selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de manutention (9) est, dans la position de chargement, disposé de telle sorte que la pièce (12), fixée sur le dispositif de manutention (9) et disposée sur le côté inférieur du dispositif de manutention (9), peut être transférée sur le dispositif de déplacement (13) par un mouvement de transfert horizontal.
  12. Agencement mécanique selon la revendication 10 ou la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (17) de maintien de pièce du dispositif de manutention (9) autorise, de préférence à l'encontre de l'action d'une force de rappel, des mouvements de la pièce (12), fixée au moyen du dispositif (17) de maintien de pièce sur le dispositif de manutention (9), dans le plan de la pièce.
  13. Agencement mécanique selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une aide au chargement, au moyen de laquelle la pièce (12) peut être transférée, du dispositif de manutention (9) déplacé dans la position de chargement, sur le dispositif de déplacement (13).
  14. Agencement mécanique selon l'une des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un récepteur de pièce (11) pour au moins une pièce (12) à usiner, et en ce que le dispositif de manutention (9) peut être déplacé dans une position de réception dans laquelle une pièce (12) à usiner peut, au moyen du dispositif de manutention (9), être reçue par le récepteur de pièce (11) par le fait que la pièce (12) peut, au moyen du dispositif (17) de maintien de pièce du dispositif de manutention (9), être fixée de manière amovible sur ce dernier.
  15. Agencement mécanique selon la revendication 7 et la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que la position de réception du dispositif de manutention (9) est disposée en dessous de la position de transfert du dispositif de manutention (9).
  16. Procédé de manutention d'un produit d'usinage (22) qui a été produit à partir d'une pièce (12) sur un poste d'usinage (2) d'un agencement mécanique (1) pour l'usinage de pièces du genre plaques, en particuliers de tôles,
    sachant que le produit d'usinage (22) est supporté sur un support de pièce (3) qui présente des parties de support disposées latéralement l'une à côté de l'autre, dont une est prévue comme partie de support (5) côté déchargement et une autre comme partie de support supplémentaire (6) et qui, lorsqu'elles sont disposées à un niveau commun, sont sensiblement alignées en direction horizontale,
    sachant que le produit d'usinage (22) est fixé de manière amovible sur un dispositif de déplacement (13) sur lequel la pièce (12) était elle aussi fixée de manière amovible, et le produit d'usinage (22) fixé sur le dispositif de déplacement (13) est, au moyen du dispositif de déplacement (13), déplacé sur le support de pièce (3).
    et sachant que le produit d'usinage (22) est déchargé du support de pièce (3) au moyen d'un dispositif de manutention (9),
    caractérisé en ce que la partie de support (5) côté déchargement du support de pièce (3) est abaissée par rapport au niveau commun et relativement à la partie de support supplémentaire (6) à un niveau de déchargement,
    en ce que, afin de décharger du support de pièce (3) le produit d'usinage (22), le dispositif de manutention (9) est déplacé dans une position de déchargement dans laquelle le dispositif de manutention (9) s'étend au-dessus la partie de support (5) côté déchargement abaissée au niveau de déchargement, sachant que le dispositif de manutention (9) déplacé dans la position de déchargement est, par un support de produit (23) prévu sur le dispositif de manutention (9), disposé latéralement à côté de la partie de support supplémentaire (6) et ce faisant de telle sorte en direction verticale par rapport à la partie de support supplémentaire (6) que le produit d'usinage (22) supporté sur la partie de support supplémentaire (6) peut, au moyen du dispositif de déplacement (13), être déplacé sur le support de produit (23) du dispositif de manutention (9),
    et en ce que le produit d'usinage (22) est, au moyen du dispositif de déplacement (13), déplacé de la partie de support supplémentaire (6) sur le support de produit (23) du dispositif de manutention (9).
  17. Procédé selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce qu'une pièce (12) à usiner est, au moyen d'un dispositif (17) de maintien de pièce, fixée sur le dispositif de manutention (9) de telle sorte que la pièce (12) est disposée sur le côté inférieur, éloigné du support de produit (23) du dispositif de manutention (9), du dispositif de manutention (9), que le dispositif de manutention (9) est déplacé conjointement avec la pièce (12) disposée sur le côté inférieur du dispositif de manutention (9) dans une position de chargement dans laquelle le dispositif de manutention (9) muni de la pièce (12) s'étend au-dessus la partie de support (5) côté déchargement prévue en même temps comme partie de support (5) côté chargement et donc comme partie de support (5) côté chargement et côté déchargement, et que la pièce (12) est déplacée du dispositif de manutention (9) déplacé dans la position de chargement sur la partie de support (5) côté chargement et côté déchargement.
