Die Erfindung betrifft eine maschinelle Anordnung zum Bearbeiten von plattenartigen Werkstücken, insbesondere von Blechen,

  • mit einer Bearbeitungsstation, an welcher ein Werkstück bearbeitbar und dadurch aus dem Werkstück ein Bearbeitungsprodukt erzeugbar ist,
  • mit einer Werkstückauflage, zur Lagerung des Werkstücks während der Werkstückbearbeitung und des Bearbeitungsprodukts nach der Werkstückbearbeitung, wobei die Werkstückauflage seitlich nebeneinander angeordnete Auflagenteile aufweist, von denen einer als entladeseitiger Auflagenteil und ein anderer als weiterer Auflagenteil vorgesehen ist und die bei Anordnung auf einem gemeinsamen Niveau in horizontaler Richtung im Wesentlichen miteinander fluchten,
  • mit einer für das Werkstück und für das Bearbeitungsprodukt vorgesehenen Bewegungsvorrichtung, an welcher das Werkstück und das Bearbeitungsprodukt lösbar festlegbar sind und mittels derer das an der Bewegungsvorrichtung festgelegte Werkstück und das an der Bewegungsvorrichtung festgelegte Bearbeitungsprodukt über die Werkstückauflage bewegbar sind sowie

Ist das Bearbeitungsprodukt an dem Greifer der Be- und Entladevorrichtung fixiert, verfährt die Werkstückauflage der Stanzmaschine zurück in ihre Ausgangsposition.   9. Mechanical arrangement according to claim 7 or claim 8, characterised in that the transfer position of the handling device (9) is arranged below the unloading position of the handling device (9).
  10. Mechanical arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the handling device (9) is constructed as a loading and unloading device and the unloading-side support component (5) of the workpiece support (3) is provided at the same time as a loading-side support component (5) and consequently as a loading-side and unloading-side support component (5) of the workpiece support (3), wherein the handling device (9) has a workpiece retention device (17), by means of which a workpiece (12) which is intended to be processed can be releasably secured to the handling device (9) in such a manner that the workpiece (12) which is secured by means of the retention device (17) to the handling device (9) is arranged at the lower side of the handling device (9) remote from the product support (23) of the handling device (9), wherein the handling device (9) for loading the loading-side and unloading-side support component (5) can be moved together with the workpiece (12) which is arranged at the lower side of the handling device (9) into a loading position, in which the handling device (9) with the workpiece (12) engages over the loading-side and unloading-side support-component (5), and wherein the workpiece (12) can be moved by the handling device (9) which has been moved into the loading position onto the loading-side and unloading-side support component (5).
  11. Mechanical arrangement according to claim 10, characterised in that the handling device (9) is arranged in the loading position in such a manner that the workpiece (12) which is secured to the handling device (9) and which is arranged at the lower side of the handling device (9) can be transferred with a horizontal transfer movement to the movement device (13).
  12. Mechanical arrangement according to claim 10 or claim 11, characterised in that the workpiece retention device (17) of the handling device (9), preferably counter to the action of a restoring force, permits movements of in the workpiece plane when the workpiece (12) is secured by means of the workpiece retention device (17) to the handling device (9).
  13. Mechanical arrangement according to any one of claims 10 to 12, characterised in that there is provided an auxiliary loading means, by means of which the workpiece (12) can be transferred from the handling device (9) which has been moved into the loading position to the movement device (13).
  14. Mechanical arrangement according to any one of claims 10 to 13, characterised in that a workpiece deposit location (11) for at least one workpiece (12) which is intended to be processed is provided and in that the handling device (9) can be moved into a receiving position, in which a workpiece (12) which is intended to be processed can be received by the handling device (9) from the workpiece deposit location (11) by the workpiece (12) being releasably secured to the handling device (9) by means of the workpiece retention device (17) of the handling device (9).
  15. Mechanical arrangement according to claim 7 and claim 14, characterised in that the receiving position of the handling device (9) is arranged below the transfer position of the handling device (9).
  16. Method for handling a processing product (22) which has been produced on a processing station (2) of a mechanical arrangement (1) for processing plate-like workpieces, in particular metal sheets, from a workpiece (12),
    • wherein the processing product (22) is supported on a workpiece support (3) which has support components which are arranged laterally beside each other and of which one is provided as an unloading-side support component (5) and another is provided as an additional support component (6), and which, when arranged on a common level, are substantially in alignment with each other in a horizontal direction,
    • wherein the processing product (22) is releasably secured to a movement device (13), to which the workpiece (12) was also releasably secured, and the processing product (22) which is secured to the movement device (13) is moved by means of the movement device (13) over the workpiece support (3), and
    • wherein the processing product (22) is unloaded from the workpiece support (3) by means of a handling device (9),
    characterised in that
    the unloading-side support component (5) of the workpiece support (3) is lowered to an unloading level with respect to to the common level and relative to the additional support component (6),
    in that, in order to unload the processing product (22) from the workpiece support (3), the handling device (9) is moved into an unloading position, in which the handling device (9) engages over the unloading-side support component (5) which has been lowered to the unloading level, wherein the handling device (9) which has been moved into the unloading position is arranged with a product support (23) which is provided on the handling device (9) laterally beside the additional support component (6) and in this instance in a vertical direction with respect to the additional support component (6) in such a manner that the processing product (22) which is supported on the additional support component (6) can be moved by means of the movement device (13) onto the product support (23) of the handling device (9) and in that the processing product (22) is moved by means of the movement device (13) from the additional support component (6) onto the product support (23) of the handling device (9).
  17. Method according to claim 16, characterised in that a workpiece (12) which is intended to be processed is secured by means of a workpiece retention device (17) to the handling device (9) in such a manner that the workpiece (12) is arranged at the lower side of the handling device (9) remote from the product support (23) of the handling device (9), in that the handling device (9) is moved together with the workpiece (12) which is arranged at the lower side of the handling device (9) into a loading position, in which the handling device (9) with the workpiece (12) engages over the unloading-side support component (5) which is provided at the same time as a loading-side and consequently as a loading-side and unloading-side support component (5), and in that the workpiece (12) is moved by the handling device (9) which has been moved into the loading position onto the loading-side and unloading-side support component (5).
