Abstract
Textil für die Herstellung von Sportbekleidung, beladen mit zerbrechlichen Mikrokapseln aus Polyurethan, wobei das Textil eine Maschenware aus einem Nylon-Elastan-Gemisch ist, und die Mikrokapseln so beschaffen sind, dass sie bei mechanischer Krafteinwirkung zerbrechen und ihren Inhalt im Textil freisetzen, wobei der Inhalt eine Hautpflegezusammensetzung umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mikrokapseln eine Bruchspannung von 50 bis 150 µN und einen Durchmesser von 5 bis 15 µm haben.
Description
TEXTIL FÜR SPORTBEKLEIDUNG MIT VERBESSERTEN EIGENSCHAFTEN
GEBIET DER ERFINDUNG
[001] Die Erfindung betrifft Textilien für die Herstellung von Sportbekleidung mit verbesserten Eigenschaften, insbesondere mit verbessertem Sonnenschutz, verbessertem Tragekomfort und mit Hautpflegeeigenschaften. Die Herstellung von Sportbekleidung mit verbesserten Eigenschaften ist ebenfalls Teil der vorliegenden Erfindung. STAND DER TECHNIK
[002] Textilien, die besonders geeignet sind für Sportbekleidung, sind bekannt.
[003] Insbesondere Bekleidung für die Ausübung Freizeitsport an der frischen Luft sollte dem Träger Sonnenschutz bieten, da bei sportlicher Aktivität auf die Haute aufgetragene Sonnenschutzcremes, -lotionen, -gele oder Ähnliches durch Reibung oder Schweißbildung abkommen können und so Ihren Schutz gegen UV- Strahlung des Sonnenlichts nicht oder nur ungenügend entfalten können.
[004] Die US 2013/0209744 A1 offenbart ein Verbundtextil aus mindestens drei Schichten, bestehend aus einer äußeren Elastanschicht, einer mittleren Schaumschicht und einer inneren Kunstleder- oder Nylonschicht. Das Herstellungsverfahren ist kompliziert und das erhaltene Verbundtextil schwer und nicht für Sportbekleidung geeignet.
[005] Des Weiteren wird Sportbekleidung beim Ausüben sportlicher
Aktivität auf Grund von Schweißbildung leicht feucht. Für den Tragekomfort hautnah getragener Textilien ist es ausschlaggebend, inwieweit sie ihre wärmeisolierende Wirkung auch dann behalten, wenn sie beispielsweise durch starkes Schwitzen des Trägers am Körper feucht geworden sind. Textilien, die in diesem Fall sehr stark und lange anhaltend in ihrer Wärmeisolation absinken, führen nach körperlicher Anstrengung zu einer lokalen Unterkühlung, die vom Träger nicht nur als unangenehm empfunden werden kann, sondern die unter Umständen auch gesundheitsschädigend wirken kann.
[006] Des Weiteren sind Textilien bekannt, die durch Freisetzung hautpflegender Wirkstoffe positive Auswirkungen auf die Haut haben können.
[007] Die DE 20 2013 005 558 U1 offenbart eine mit einem Wirkstoff getränkte elastische Socke. Dabei kann die Tränkung durch Tauchen, Sprühen oder
Aufrollen erfolgen. Dabei wird durch einfaches Tragen der Socke ein Wirkstoff auf den Fuß aufgebracht.
[008] Die WO 2010/006442 A1 offenbart mit Mikropartikeln beladene
Textilien, wobei die Mikropartikel aus einem mit einem Wirkstoff getränkten organischen Trägermaterial sowie einem Oberflächenmittel und einem Bindemittel bestehen. Bei Reibung erodieren die Mikropartikel und setzen so den Wirkstoff nach und nach frei.
[009] Die WO 2005/005712 A2 offenbart Zusammensetzungen für das Auftragen von mit Wirkstoffen versetzten Mikrokapseln auf Textilien. Dabei werden die Wirkstoffe bei Tragen der Textilien nach und nach freigesetzt, indem sie durch die Schalen der Mikrokapseln diffundieren.
[010] Die DE 20 2007 013 384 U1 offenbart Wäsche und
Miederwaren, auf die verschieden große hautstraffenden Wirkstoff enthaltende Mikrokapseln „geklebt" sind. Die Mikrokapseln sollen bei Bewegung und Wärme aufplatzen und den Wirkstoff freigeben.
[011] Es ist eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, Textilien für
Sportbekleidung bereitzustellen, die gleichzeitig guten UV-Schutz bieten, die in feuchtem Zustand ihre wärmeisolierende Wirkung beibehalten, bzw. schnell austrocknen, und aus denen Wirkstoffe über längere Zeit und zuverlässig freigesetzt werden können.
KURZBESCHREIBUNG DER ERFINDUNG
[012] In einem Aspekt stellt die Erfindung ein Textil bereit, welches mit zerbrechlichen Mikrokapseln aus Polyurethan beladen ist, wobei das Textil eine Maschenware aus einem Nylon-Elastan-Gemisch ist, und die Mikrokapseln so beschaffen sind, dass sie bei mechanischer Krafteinwirkung zerbrechen und ihren Inhalt im Textil freisetzen, und wobei der Inhalt der Mikrokapseln eine Hautpflegezusammensetzung umfasst. Die Mikrokapseln haben dabei bevorzugt eine Bruchspannung zwischen 50 und 150 μΝ, sowie einen Durchmesser zwischen 5 und 15 μηη.
[013] Der Erfindung liegt die Idee zugrunde, dass mit der vorstehenden Zusammensetzung der Maschenware einerseits guter Schutz vor UV- beziehungsweise Sonnenlicht erhalten wird, und gleichzeitig der Tragekomfort durch eine geringe Trocknungszeit und damit einhergehender geringer Verlust der Wärmeisolierung erhöht wird. Gleichzeitig wird mit den vorstehend beschriebenen Mikrokapseln eine langfristige und gleichmäßige Einwirkung der
Hautpflegezusammensetzung erreicht. So wird ein besonders effektives Wirken auf und in der Haut ermöglicht und die Haut nachhaltig verbessert. Aufgrund der Beschaffenheit der Mikrokapseln in Bruchspannung und Durchmesser in den erfindungsgemäßen Bereichen wird vorteilhaft und überraschenderweise erreicht, dass der Wirkstoff über viele Trage- und Waschvorgänge vorhanden bleibt und nur nach und nach beim Tragen an die Haut abgegeben wird. Dies ermöglicht eine lange Verwendung des erfindungsgemäßen Textils. Die vorstehend beschriebenen erfindungsgemäßen Mikrokapseln ermöglichen vorteilhafterweise eine stabile Freisetzungsrate des Wirkstoffs, so dass die Freigabe des Wirkstoffs relativ gut festgelegt und über einen Zeitraum angemessen dosiert und vor allem gleichmäßig verteilt werden kann. Vorteilhaft erfolgt eine Hautpflege durch Tragen von Bekleidung, die aus einem Textil hergestellt ist, welches mit Mikrokapseln gemäß Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung beladen ist, die eine Hautpflegezusammensetzung enthalten. Bevorzugt ist der Inhalt der Mikrokapseln lipophil.
[014] In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthalten die
Mikrokapseln als aktive Substanz wenigstens eine der folgenden: Aloe Vera (CAS 85507-69-3) und/oder Mandelöl (CAS 8007-69-0). Vorteilhaft wird durch die durch die erfindungsgemäßen Mikrokapseln erreichte dauerhafte Einwirkung von Aloe Vera und/oder Mandelöl eine besonders gute Hautpflege erreicht.
[015] Bevorzugt beträgt der Gehalt von Aloe Vera von 0, 1 bis
100 μg/cm2 Textil, beispielsweise von 0, 1 bis 10 μg/cm2 Textil. Bevorzugt beträgt der Gehalt von Mandelöl 0,1 bis 500 μg/cm2 Textil, beispielsweise von 1 bis 100 μg/cm2 Textil. In diesen Gehaltsbereichen der unterschiedlichen Bestandteile hat sich eine besonders gute Hautpflege gezeigt, aber die Erfindung ist nicht auf diese Bereiche begrenzt.
[016] In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform besteht die
Hautpflegezusammensetzung aus mindestens einem Triglycerid. Vorteilhaft wird so erreicht, dass sich die Hautpflegewirkstoffe besonders gut lösen und in die Haut einziehen können. Die ein oder mehreren Triglyceride können ausgewählt sein aus von Caprylsäure und/oder Caprinsäure abgeleiteten Triglyceriden, wie CAS- Nummer 65381 -09-1 / 73398-61 -5.
[017] In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthält das erfindungsgemäße Textil von 15 bis 25 Gew.-% Elastan. In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthält das erfindungsgemäße Textil von 75 bis
85 Gew.-% Nylon. Vorteilhaft wird ein besonders angenehmes Tragen ermöglicht. Ferner unterstützt ein solches Gemisch eine mechanische Straffung der Haut.
[018] In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform hat das erfindungsgemäße Textil ein Flächengewicht von 150 bis 250 g/m2. Vorteilhaft daran ist, dass bei solchen Flächengewichten der UV-Schutz ausgeprägt ist, während gleichzeitig das Tragen zum Sporttreiben angenehm ist, und das Textil eine ausreichend kurze Trocknungszeit erhält, um den Tragekomfort sicherzustellen.
[019] In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform hat das erfindungsgemäße Textil ein einen Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) von 40 oder größer. Dadurch wird die vom Textil bedeckte Haut beim Sport entsprechend vor
UV-Strahlung geschützt.
[020] In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform hat das erfindungsgemäße Textil eine Trocknungszeit nach BPI 1.3:2009-01 von 30 Minuten oder geringer. Durch die kurze Trocknungszeit wird sichergestellt, dass beim Sport die aus dem Textil hergestellte Sportbekleidung ihre wärmneisolierenden nicht oder nur geringfügig einbüßt. Dadurch wird der Tragekomfort sichergestellt und mögliche gesundheitliche Einschränkungen durch Auskühlen der Haut beim Sport werden vermieden.
[021] In einem weiteren Aspekt bezieht sich die Erfindung auf
Sportbekleidung und weitere Gegenstände, die aus dem erfindungsgemäßen Textil hergestellt sind. Insbesondere betreffen Aspekte der vorliegenden Erfindung elastische Sportbekleidung aus einem Textil, welche beim Tragen eine Kompression auf die Haut ausüben kann.

Verwendung eines Textils und/oder von Sportbekleidung, die aus dem erfindungsgemäßen Textil hergestellt ist, zum Verbessern von UV-Schutz, Kälteschutz und/oder Erscheinungsbild der Haut.
[023] Die vorstehend beschriebenen Ausführungsformen können beliebig miteinander und mit den vorstehend beschriebenen Aspekten kombiniert werden, um erfindungsgemäße Vorteile zu erreichen.
KURZBESCHREIBUNG DER FIGUREN
[024] Die Erfindung wird nun mit Bezug auf bevorzugte Ausführungsformen davon anhand der anliegenden Figuren beispielhaft beschrieben.

AUSFÜHRLICHE BESCHREIBUNG DER ERFINDUNG
[026] Gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung werden Textilien bereitgestellt, die UV-Schutz der Haut bieten, Tragekomfort erhöhen und Wirkstoffe freisetzen.
[027] Erfindungsgemäß können die Textilien einen Elastan-Anteil von
15% bis 25% haben, beispielsweise von 18 bis 22%, wie zum Beispiel etwa 20% Erfindungsgemäß können die Textilien einen Nylon-Anteil von 75% bis 85% haben, beispielsweise von 78 bis 82%, wie zum Beispiel etwa 80%. In einigen Ausführungsformen können weitere faserige Stoffe, wie zum Beispiel natürliche oder Kunstfasern in kleinen Mengen vorhanden sein, ohne dabei die Eigenschaften des Produkts wesentlich zu beeinflussen.
[028] In einer Ausführungsform können die erfindungsgemäßen
Textilien ein Flächengewicht von 150 bis 250 g/m2 haben. Entsprechend den Anforderungen können schwerere Textilien verbesserte UV-Schutz-Eigenschaften haben, während leichtere Textilien verbesserte Trocknungszeiten haben können. Die erfindungsgemäßen Textilien können ein Flächengewicht von 160 bis 240 g/m2 aufweisen, beispielsweise von 180 bis 220 g/m2, wie zum Beispiel etwa 190 g/m2 oder etwa 200 g/m2.
[029] In einer Ausführungsform können die erfindungsgemäßen Textilien einen Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) von 40 oder größer haben. Wie hierin beschrieben, wird der UPF nach UV Standard 810 gemessen. In einer Ausführungsform kann der UPF entsprechen 50 oder höher betragen, oder 60 oder höher, wie zum Beispiel etwa 70 oder etwa 80.
[030] In einer Ausführungsform können die erfindungsgemäßen Textilien eine Trocknungszeit von 30 Minuten oder geringer haben. Die Trocknungszeit wird berechnet nach BPI 1.3:2009-01 , wie von der Deutschen
Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH vorgegeben, und wie beschrieben auf https://www.vumpu.com/de/document/view/9451551/deutsche-akkreditierungsstelle- gmbh-anlaqe-zur-dakks/15. Durch die geringe Trocknungszeit wird der Tragekomfort verbessert, da das Auskühlen bei Schwitzen während des Sports verhindert wird. Entsprechend kann gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung die Trocknungszeit nach BPI 1 .3:2009-01 in Ausführungsformen 25 Minuten oder geringer sein, wie beispielsweise 22 Minuten oder geringer, zum Beispiel etwa 21 Minuten oder etwa 18 Minuten. Dies kann teilweise dadurch ermöglicht werden, dass die erfindungsgemäßen Textilien ein geringes Wasserrückhaltevermögen aufweisen. Gleichzeitig kann der Tragekomfort dadurch weiter verbessert werden, dass die Wärmeisolation des feuchten Textils verbessert wird.
[031] Des Weiteren sind die Textilien mit wirkstofffreisetzenden
Mikrokapseln aus Polyurethan beladen. Fig. 1 zeigt eine Elektronenmikroskop- Aufnahme eines erfindungsgemäßen Textils, bei dem die Mikrokapseln gut erkennbar sind.
[032] Bevorzugt bestehen die Mikrokapseln aus Polyurethan, hergestellt durch Polymerisierung von Toluol-2,4-diisocyanat mit Polyolen. Das Herstellungsverfahren kann so ausgelegt sein, dass Polyurethan-Mikrokapseln erhalten werden, die einen Durchmesser von 5 bis 15 μηη und eine Bruchspannung zwischen 50 und 150 μΝ aufweisen. Die Herstellung der Mikrokapseln sowie deren Beladung mit Inhaltsstoffen und das Auftragen auf Textil sind dem zuständigen Fachmann bekannt. Beispielsweise werden die Mikrokapseln als wässrige Emulsion zusammen mit einem zweiten Polyurethan als Bindemittel auf das Textil aufgetragen, wodurch sich das Bindemittel kovalent an die Mikrokapseln und die Textilfasern bindet, und so die Mikrokapseln auf das Textil auflädt. In einer solchen Emulsion befinden sich beispielsweise 20 bis 30 Gew.-% von Caprylsäure und/oder Caprinsäure abgeleitete Triglyceride, 1 bis 6 Gew.-% eines Wirkstoffkombination, sowie Wasser, Polymer und Konservierungsmittel. Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen eine im erfindungsgemäßen Textil vorhandene Mikrokapsel vor und nach ihrem Zerbrechen.
[033] Die Bruchfestigkeit der Mikrokapseln kann durch achsensymmetrische Deformierung gemessen werden, mit Hilfe optischer Mikroskopie. Die mechanische Deformation wird mit einem Nanolndenter an einem Rasterkraftmikroskop durchgeführt. Prüfkopf ist ein kugelförmiger Saphir, dessen Größe (800 μηη im Durchmesser) eine quasi-planare Kontaktfläche mit den deutlich kleineren Kapseln (Durchmesser bspw. 1 1 μηη) ermöglicht. Die Mikrokapseln selbst sind auf einem transparenten Glasträger immobilisiert.
[034] Bevorzugt weist der Kapselinhalt Mandelöl und Aloe Vera auf.
Der Aloe Vera-Gehalt kann bevorzugt zwischen 0,1 und 1 Gew.-% liegen und der Mandelölgehalt kann bevorzugt zwischen 1 und 5 Gew.-% liegen.
[035] Die Mikrokapseln enthalten des Weiteren eine Hautpflegezusammensetzung, wie zum Beispiel ein oder mehrere Triglyceride, wie zum Beispiel von Caprylsäure und/oder Caprinsäure abgeleitete Triglyceride (CAS- Nummern 538-23-8 / 65381 -09-1 / 73398-61-5). Weitere dem Fachmann bekannte Hautpflegekomponenten, wie zum Beispiel Coenzym Ubichinon, Avokadoöl, Dexpanthenol, Glyceryl-Glucose, Cucumis-Sativus-Saft, Tocophenol, Tocopherylacetat, Maisöl, Jojobaöl oder Gemische davon mögen in den Mikrokapseln enthalten sein.
[036] Es hat sich gezeigt, dass durch 6- bis 8-stündiges Tragen von an der Haut anliegender Sportbekleidung aus dem erfindungsgemäßen Textil 15% bis 25% der Ausgangskonzentration Wirkstoffe aus dem Textil frei gesetzt werden kann. Durch Übertragung auf die Haut kann beispielsweise der Gehalt von von Caprylsäure und/oder Caprinsäure abgeleiteten Triglyceriden um 200% bis 300% gesteigert werden.
[037] Des Weiteren hat sich gezeigt, dass die Freisetzung der in den
Mikrokapseln enthaltenen Wirkstoffe auch nach Hand- oder Maschinenwäsche eines aus dem erfindungsgemäßen Textil hergestellten Bekleidungsstücks anhält. Insbesondere konnte, wie in den Tabelle I gezeigt, selbst nach 25 bis 30 Waschgängen noch eine Freisetzung von Mandelöl festgestellt werden.

[038] Die in Tabelle I gezeigten Daten betreffen Textiiproben erfindungsgemäßer Ausführungsformen mit einem ursprünglichen Gehalt Mandelöl von 5 μg/cm2 Textil. Die Proben hatten ein mittleres Gewicht von 1 ,280 g bei einer
Größe von ca. 50 cm2 (Fa. Karl Schröder KG) und wurden in einer handelsüblichen Waschmaschine mit handelsüblichem Waschmittel mit Standard-Waschgängen gewaschen und anschließend mit Aceton extrahiert, zentrifugiert und per HPLC-MS/MS analysiert. Fig. 2 zeigt entsprechend eine Elektronenmikroskop- Aufnahme eines erfindungsgemäß mit Mikrokapseln beladenen Textils nach 30 Waschgängen, wobei der auf dem Textil verbleibende Wirkstoff zu erkennen ist.
[039] Bevorzugte Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung betreffen Sportbekleidung und andere Textilgegenstände zum Tragen auf der Haut zur Verbesserung der Hautelastizität, sowie zum Schutz vor UV-Strahlung und Auskühlung der Haut. Diese Bekleidung oder Gegenstände können aus dem oben beschriebenen erfindungsgemäßen Textil bestehen, wie zum Beispiel aus einem Nylon/Elastan-Gemisch, beispielsweise mit einem Nylon-Anteil von etwa 75 bis 85% und einem Elastan-Anteil von etwa 15 bis 25%, wie beispielsweise einem Nylon- Anteil von etwa 78% und einem Elastan-Anteil von etwa 22%, oder einem Nylon- Anteil von etwa 80% und einem Elastan-Anteil von etwa 20%, oder einem Nylon- Anteil von etwa 82% und einem Elastan-Anteil von etwa 18%.
[040] Mögliche Bekleidungsstücke aus dem erfindungsgemäßen
Textil umfassen Hosen, lange und kurze Unterhosen, Slips, Panties, Unterhemden, Leibchen, Sport-BHs, Tops, Bodysuits, Badeanzüge und -hosen, Sporttrikots, Radfahrerhosen, Leotards, Muskelshirts, Socken, Strümpfe, Strumpfhosen, Beinkleider, Leggings, T-Shirts, Thermoshirts, Thermounterwäsche, Miederwaren, Ober- und Unterarmstulpen (Ärmlinge), Beinwärmer, Beinlinge, Gamaschen, Halsstulpen, Pyjamas, Korsetts, Schlafbrillen, Gesichtsmasken, Handschuhe und Ähnliches. Andere Textilgegenstände aus dem erfindungsgemäßen Textil umfassen Verbände, Stützverbände, Schutzverbände, Umschläge, Bandagen, Stützbandagen, Schweißbänder und Wickeltücher.
[041] Durch Verwendung des erfindungsgemäßen wirkstofffreisetzenden Textils können zusätzliche Effekte erzielt werden, beispielsweise wenn die freigesetzten Wirkstoffe eine Hautpflegekomponente und/oder Q-10 und/oder Mandelöl und/oder Aloe Vera und/oder Menthol enthalten. Weiterhin können in den Kapseln, je nach gewünschten zusätzlichen Wirkungen folgende Wirkstoffe, jeweils allein oder in Kombination vorhanden sein: Vitamin C, Koffein, Carnitin, Carotin, Avokadoöl, Dexpanthenol, Glyceryl-Glucose, Cucumis Sativus-Saft, Tocopherol, Tocopherylacetat, Maisöl, Jojobaöl.
[042] Weiterhin können in den Kapseln Riechstoffe, Aromas oder
Parfüms vorhanden sein. Diese können ausgewählt sein aus der Gruppe Methyldihydrojasmonat, Phenethylalkohol, Linalylacetat, 1 ,3,4,6,7,8-Hexahydro- 4,6,6,7,8,8-hexamethylcyclopenta-gamma-2-benzopyran, Methylcedrylketon, Hexylsalicylat, 4-t-Butylcyclohexylacetat, Tetrahydrolinalool, Orange Terpene, Heliotropin, Terpinylacetat, omega-Pentadecalacton, Methyl-alpha-ionon, Lavandinöl, Zitronenöl, 7-Acetyl-1 , 1 ,3,4,4,6-hexamethyltetralin, Cumarin, Amylsalicylat, 2-tert-Pentylcyclohexylacetat, 3-Methyl-5-phenyl-1-pentanol, Cedrol, Benzylbenzoat, Cashmeran, Hexylzimtaldehyd, Butylphenylmethylpropional, 4-(4- Hydroxy-4-methylpentyl)-3-cyclohexen-1-carboxyaldehyd, Benzylsalicylat, Hydroxycitronellal, Amylcinnamal, Limonen, Benzylalkohol, Eugenol, Isoeugenol, Zimtalkohol, Farnesol, Zimtaldehyd, Anisalkohol, Evernia Prunastri (Extract), BenzylZimtat, Methyl-2-octynoat, Amyl-Zimtalkohol, Evernia Furfuracea (Extract), Linalool, 2,6-Dimethyl-7-octen-2-ol, Dipropylenglycol, Decanal, Ethylvanilin, 2- Acetonapthon-1 ,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-octahydro-2,3,8,8-tetramethyl, Butylphenylmethylpropional, Benzylacetat, Ethylenbrassylat, Orangenöl, alpha-lsomethylionon, Patchouliöl, Geraniol, Citronellol, Heliotropin, Bergamotöl, Ethyllinalool, Vanillin, 2- lsobutyl-4-hydroxy-4-methyltetrahydropyran, Terpineol, Lavendelöl, Citral, cis-3- Hexenol, Anisaldehyd, Nerol, Triethylcitrat, 3-(4-tert-Butylphenyl)propanal, Vetiver Essential Oil, Geraniumöl, 2-Ethyl-4-(2',2',3'-trimethylcyclopent-3'-enyl)-but-2-enol,

3- cyclohexencarboxaldehyd, Methylbenzoat, Muskatnussöl, Rosmarinöl.
[043] Die Bekleidung oder Textilgegenstände können erfindungsgemäß ganz oder teilweise aus dem erfindungsgemäßen Textil hergestellt sein.
BEISPIELE
[044] Für die folgenden Versuchsreihen wurden drei unterschiedliche
Textiiproben verwendet. Proben A und B werden in den Ausführungsbeispielen verwendet, während Probe C in den Vergleichsbeispielen zum Einsatz kommt. Die Eigenschaften der Proben A, B und C sind in Tabelle II aufgezeigt:

Trocknungszeit
[045] Proben A, B und C wurden nach der Standard-Prüfvorschrift
BPI 1.3-2009-01 auf ihre Trocknungszeit (At) geprüft. Dabei wurde ein Thermoregulationsmodell der menschlichen Haut als Prüfgerät eingesetzt, bei einem Prüfklima von Temperatur (Ta) = 20°C, und einer relativen Luftfeuchte (cpa) = 65%. Außerdem gemessen wurden Wasserrückhaltevermögen (AG) und Wärmeisolation des feuchten Textils (Ret*). Die in Tabelle III gezeigten Ergebnisse betreffen Durchschnittswerte aus jeweils drei unterschiedlichen Messungen für Proben A, B und C.

[046] Die erfindungsgemäßen Proben A und B zeigen durchgehend verbesserte Eigenschaften gegenüber Vergleichsprobe C für Trocknungszeit und Wasserrückhaltevermögen, ohne dass die Wärmeisolation des feuchten Textils entscheidend beeinträchtigt wird. Probe A nimmt dabei nur äußerst wenig Wasser auf, wodurch auch die Trocknungszeit am Körper sehr kurz ist. Proben A und B haben eine Trocknungszeit von 21 Minuten oder geringer, während Probe C des weitaus höchste Wasserrückhaltevermögen hat, sowie eine Trocknungszeit, die mehr als doppelt so lang ist, wie bei den erfindungsgemäßen Proben A und B.
UV-Schutz
[047] Der UPF für Proben A, B und C wurde bei unterschiedlichen praxisnahen Bedingungen gemessen, die Belastung bei Gebrauch und Pflege Haben wir davon eine genauere Angabe der Zusammensetzung?
berücksichtigen. Die Messungen wurden gemäß UV Standard 801 durchgeführt. Die unterschiedlichen Testbedingungen sind in Tabelle IV dargelegt.

[048] Die Ergebnisse der Proben A, B und C bei den unterschiedlichen Praxisbedingungen sind in Tabelle V aufgelistet. Die Ergebnisse betreffen Durchschnittswerte aus jeweils drei unterschiedlichen Messungen für Proben A, B und C.

[049] Es stellt sich heraus, dass Proben A und B durchgehend die besten Werte für den UPF erreichen. Des Weiteren ist hervorzuheben, dass die Ergebnisse für die erfindungsgemäßen Proben weitgehend unabhängig davon sind, ob die Probe befeuchtet wurde oder nicht, im Gegensatz zur Vergleichsprobe C.
[050] Außerdem Teil der vorliegenden Neuerung sind etwaige
Kombinationen hier beschriebener Merkmale und/oder Abgrenzungen, insofern sie sich nicht gegenseitig ausschließen. Die Beschreibung der Erfindung betrifft bestimmte Ausführungsformen der Erfindung mit dem Ziel, diese zu veranschaulichen. Der zuständige Fachmann wird erkennen, dass weitere Modifikationen und Äquivalente der hier beschriebenen Ausführungsformen möglich sind. Solche Modifikationen und Äquivalente stellen auch einen Teil des Gesamtumfangs der beschriebenen Erfindung dar.
Claims
P A T E N T A N S P R Ü C H E
Textil für die Herstellung von Sportbekleidung, beladen mit zerbrechlichen Mikrokapseln aus Polyurethan, wobei
das Textil eine Maschenware aus einem Nylon-Elastan-Gemisch ist, und
die Mikrokapseln so beschaffen sind, dass sie bei mechanischer Krafteinwirkung zerbrechen und ihren Inhalt im Textil freisetzen, wobei der Inhalt eine Hautpflegezusammensetzung umfasst,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mikrokapseln eine Bruchspannung von 50 bis 150 μΝ und einen Durchmesser von 5 bis 15 μηη haben.
Textil gemäß Anspruch 1 , wobei der Inhalt der Mikrokapseln lipophil ist.
Textil gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Inhalt der Mikrokapseln Aloe Vera und/oder Mandelöl umfasst.
Textil gemäß Anspruch 3 wobei die Menge Mandelöl von 0,1 bis 500 μg/cm2 Textil ist und/oder die Menge Aloe Vera von 0, 1 bis 100 μg/cm2 Textil ist.
Textil gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Hautpflegezusammensetzung ein oder mehrere Triglyceride umfasst.
Textil gemäß Anspruch 5, wobei die Triglyceride ausgewählt sind aus von Caprylsäure und/oder Caprinsäure abgeleiteten Triglyceriden, wie zum Beispiel gemäß CAS-Nummer 65381 -09-1 / 73398-61 -5.
Textil gemäß irgendeinem der vorherigen Ansprüche, das einen Elastan- Anteil von 15 bis 25 Gew.-% hat und/oder einen Nylon-Anteil von 75 bis 85 Gew.-% hat.
Textil gemäß irgendeinem der vorherigen Ansprüche mit einem Gewicht von 150 bis 250 g/m2.
Textil gemäß irgendeinem der vorherigen Ansprüche mit einem Ultraviolet Protection Factor nach UV Standard 801 von 40 oder größer.
Textil gemäß irgendeinem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei das Textil eine Trocknungszeit nach BPI 1 .3:2009-01 von 30 min oder geringer hat.
Sportbekleidung, hergestellt aus einem Textil aus irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10.
Verwendung eines Textils oder einer Sportbekleidung aus irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur Verbesserung von UV-Schutz, Kälteschutz und/oder Erscheinungsbild der Haut.
