Claims (9)
- Metering device for a washing machine,- comprising a support (1) which receives one or more exchangeable container(s) (23, 24, 25) at specified position(s) (3; 26-1, 26-2, 26-3) as required, wherein each container (23, 24, 25) receives at least one substance (28, 29, 30) respectively as treatment additives and has at least one outlet (23b, 24b, 25b), and- comprising a fluidic interface (17) for connecting the outlets (23b, 24b, 25b) of the containers (23, 24, 25) to a device for discharging the respective substance (28, 29, 30) as required,wherein- the fluidic interface (17) has a large number of outlet connections (20-2, 20-5, 20-7) which are compatible for connecting to the outlets (23b, 24b, 25b) of the received containers (23, 24, 25),- and the large number of outlet connections (20-2, 20-5, 20-7) is equal to or greater than the number of the outlets (23b, 24b, 25b) of the received containers (23, 24, 25),- characterised in that the outlet connections (20-2, 20-5, 20-7) form at least two groups, wherein the outlet connections (20-1, 20-2, 20-3) of a first group (21-1) are arranged at corresponding positions (16) of the outlet connections (20-4, 20-5, 20-6) of a second group (21-2), so that the outlet connections (20-1, 20-2, 20-3) of the first group (21-1) and the outlet connections (20-4, 20-5, 20-6) of the second group (21-2) are arranged in the same pattern, and- the containers (23, 24, 25) are designed and the container outlets (23b, 24b, 25b) are arranged such that when a plurality of containers (23, 24) is being used, a respective outlet (23b, 24b) of each container (23; 24) cooperates with an outlet connection (20-2; 20-5) of a different group (21-1; 21-2).
