  • the lower closed end may be formed by the front part is folded over at a lower fold or a lower fold to the rear on the back part and, for example, attached to this, z. Eg by gluing or welding.
  • Food packaging bags of this type are known in the art, for example from the publication DE 10 2011 115 090 or DE 20 2013 007 303 U1 the same applicant.
  • bags of the type mentioned above which are formed from a left and a right bag part by connecting the two parts so that this even in an uncontrolled or careless tearing a better defined removal of a part of the entire bag, in particular in the way that the food is still safely and hygienically enclosed with the remaining part of the bag and can be held by hand, however, the consumption of the food after removal of a bag part is made possible.
  • the directional information used herein refers to a pouch position where the open end of the pouch is positioned at the top.
  • this object is achieved in that in a packaging bag of the type mentioned in the overlapping region of the back portion at least in the lid flap forming region between the two bag parts a reinforcing strip is arranged in the manner specified in claim 1 in more detail.
  • the overlapping area is formed by an overlapping area on one of the bag parts and an overlapped area on the other bag part, wherein in plan view of the bag, the overlapping area is the top or front area and the overlapped area is the bottom or back area.
  • the overlap region thus forms the region where the two bag regions are arranged one above the other or overlapping.
  • This area extends both on the back part and on the front part between the lower closed end and the upper edge or the upper open end.
  • the width of the overlap may preferably be in the range of less than 10% of the total width of the bag.
  • Such an overlapping area may preferably have a distance from one of the side edges or folds of the bag that corresponds to 20% to 50% of the total width of the bag.
  • the overlapping area is specifically strengthened and protected against uncontrolled tearing.
  • the overlapping area takes no damage during the tearing operation, but the bag tears open selectively only at the line of weakness.
  • the tearing process is usually started by a user on the cover element of the bag, it is provided according to the invention that at least in the cover element, which is formed by the upper part of the back ice, the reinforcing strip according to the invention is provided. This ensures that at least there the tearing process begins in a controlled manner and can continue thereafter.
  • a development can also provide that the reinforcing strip extends in the overlapping region of the back part from the lower closed end to the upper edge of the back part or beyond. So the tearing process after starting on the lid over the back part away can be better controlled.
  • a reinforcing strip is disposed in the overlap region of the front part between the bag parts.
  • the right and left bag parts are connected to each other indirectly via the at least one reinforcing strip in the overlapping area, such that the overlapping area of one bag part is connected to the front face of the reinforcing strip and the overlapped area of the other bag part is connected to the rear face of the reinforcing strip , in particular glued.
  • the bag is thus formed at least three layers, wherein the individual layers are interconnected, in particular glued.
  • the at least one reinforcing strip can furthermore be made for the at least one reinforcing strip to have a width perpendicular to its direction of longitudinal extension which corresponds to 50% to 100% of the width of the overlapping region.
  • the reinforcing strip at the upper edge of the lid flap protrude at a not yet folded lid flap in the extension direction of the reinforcing strip to form a finger engageable tab from the overlap region.
  • the tab may have a length of 5 to 20 mm, preferably 10 to 15 mm. It is also possible not to let the reinforcing strip protrude from the overlapping area, but to let it end flush in the direction of extension with the upper edge of the lid flap.
  • At least on the back part preferably also on the front part, at least one second reinforcing strip can be arranged, wherein in the areas where a reinforcing strip is thus arranged both in the overlapping area and next to the weakening line then the Line of weakness between the arranged in the overlap region reinforcing strip and the at least one second reinforcing strip extends.
  • This embodiment may comprise a construction in which a reinforcing strip is provided in the overlapping area on the back and a second parallel to the line of weakness on the other side thereof, whereas on the front part only the second reinforcing strip is arranged, but none in the overlapping area.
  • a reinforcing strip is provided in the overlapping area on the back and a second parallel to the line of weakness on the other side thereof, whereas on the front part only the second reinforcing strip is arranged, but none in the overlapping area.
  • a second reinforcing strip, as well as weakening line and overlap region extending parallel to these, more preferably completely over the entire height from the lower end to the upper end in each case on front part and back part.
  • the at least one second reinforcing strip on the front part, on the back part and also on the area of the front part turned over to the back part can continue over the whole in the connecting direction between the upper open end and lower closed end lying length of the respective element (front part, back part, folded part) extend.
  • each of the two types of reinforcing strips may be formed as a strip of plastic or paper, in particular wherein the reinforcing strip is formed in the overlap region of paper and the at least one second reinforcing strip of plastic.
  • the paper of the reinforcing strip When formed from paper, it may be provided that the paper of the reinforcing strip has the same basis weight or a higher basis weight and / or is thicker than the paper of the bag in the overlapping area.
  • the at least one second reinforcing strip is glued onto a bag part, in particular on the bag part, on which the other bag part overlaps.
  • the second Reinforcing strip may be formed as a separate element with self-adhesive backing, which is brought into contact with the bag part, which is to carry the second reinforcing strip.
  • the at least one second reinforcing strip has a width perpendicular to its longitudinal direction, which lies between 1 millimeter and 4 millimeters.
  • An essential aspect of an embodiment of the invention is based on the fact that the overlapping of the two bag parts and the interposed reinforcing strips in the overlap region mentioned above already results in a significant material reinforcement, essentially in that here the position of the material of the material left bag part with a layer of the material of the right bag part, preferably indirectly connected via the reinforcing strip and thus always here a thicker or stronger accumulation of material results than in the other areas of the packaging bag, in which the material is always present only in simple strength.
  • At least one further reinforcement now results from the provision of at least one second reinforcing strip, which runs parallel to the weakening line on its other side.
  • a preferred embodiment provides that a weakening line is arranged between a second reinforcing strip and a reinforced overlap region, that is to say being enclosed by the two reinforcements, in particular by virtue of which the weakening line forms the definitely weakened bag region.
  • such a closed bag according to the invention can be torn particularly easily if it is held such that one bag part is grasped by hand, for which the bag can be previously rotated by about 90 °, and then separate the other bag part by gripping the bag protruding tab of the reinforcing strip in the overlapping area.
  • a packaging bag of the type mentioned can provide the above-described advantages on the one hand the strengthening of the material in said overlap region and the at least one second reinforcing strip and on the other hand, the weakening of the material by a line of weakness, for example, even if both bag parts made of the same material with respect to all material properties, ie for example both bag parts are made of paper or a paper composite material or of plastic or plastic composite material.
  • a bag part made of plastic, in particular of a transparent film and the other bag part may be made of a paper.
  • composites of several layers can also be used in each case for the materials.
  • both bag parts made of paper, but in different thickness and / or type of paper.
  • both bag parts may be made of plastics, for example of transparent films, but also different in terms of strength and / or type.
  • an inventive packaging bag of this type realizes a higher tensile strength in the one bag part with the already more tear-resistant material and especially in the reinforced overlap region of both materials, where by the material reinforcement due to the overlap and the overlapping enclosed by the reinforcement strip even higher tensile strength compared to the simple material is achieved and then Furthermore, a very strong weakening, characterized in that the line of weakness at which the tearing process is to be performed, is arranged in the weaker, in particular easily tearing material of both materials.
  • the weakening line is arranged in the overlapping region of both bag parts, but preferably then such that it is arranged laterally next to a connecting line or joint line at which the two bag parts are indirectly connected to each other via the reinforcing strip in the overlap z .bsp. by gluing, welding, embossing or other process steps.
  • the line of weakness is arranged in that material. which overlaps the other material, that is, in plan view of a bag part in the top / front material.
  • the at least one second reinforcing strip may preferably be arranged on the same material or bag part which overlaps the other material or the other bag part.
  • An embodiment may also provide that the line of weakness is arranged in the overlapping area under the overlapping material.
  • a line of weakness thus arranged is thus covered by the overlapping material, which means protection of the line of weakness and e.g. can then be particularly advantageous if a weakening line is formed as a perforation.
  • the line of weakness is closed to the outside by the overlapping of the weakening line, so that eg liquids like Oils, fats or sauces or other coverings of food, even if they pass through the perforation line, do not escape to the outside.
  • a preferred refinement may provide here that the at least one second reinforcement strip is arranged next to the overlapping area, in particular immediately adjacent to the latter, in particular such that one side of the second reinforcement strip and one side of the overlapping area are aligned, in particular in contact.
  • a weakening line in at least one of the two bag parts is arranged immediately laterally adjacent to the overlapping area, thus extending parallel to the overlapping area between the upper and lower ends, in particular on both the front and side of the back , it is understood that, preferably, the distance between the line of weakness and the overlapping area is smaller than the width of the overlapping area, in particular less than 10 mm, particularly preferably less than 5 mm, more preferably less than 2 mm.
  • the region of overlap is basically understood to mean that region in which the materials of the two bag parts overlap, that is to say that there is a three-layeredness of the packaging bag in this region.
  • An overlapping area is thus limited in each case to both bag parts through the edge of the respective other bag part.
  • Weakening lines in the sense of the invention may be formed by any means suitable for causing a linear weakening of a bag part in order to define a tear line.
  • this is achieved, for example, by the formation of a perforation in the material of at least one of the two bag parts in or laterally close to the region of overlap.
  • a perforation to provide a dilution of material in order to weaken the material at the thinned points and to favor a tearing here.
  • a line of weakness is formed by a linear, releasable connection along which the bag parts are connected to each other in the overlapping region, for example by gluing, welding or embossing. Such a weakening line then lies in the overlapping area.
  • Such an embodiment has the advantage that in the production of a packaging bag of this type no manufacturing step for producing a line of weakness in addition to the step of connecting the two bag parts must be provided.
  • such a releasable connection which thus extends along the overlapping area therein and connects the two overlapping areas of the two bag portions indirectly via the reinforcing strip, may be formed by a broken glue line of a plurality of individual glue dots or individual glue line portions. This results in this case along the connecting line thus areas within the overlap where a connection of the overlapping areas is given, as well as areas where the two bag parts overlap each other only loosely.
  • the reinforcing strip in the overlapping area with its upper / front surface is permanently bonded to a bag part and with its lower / rear surface is detachably connected to the other bag part. Tearing on the reinforcing strip thus releases the rear / bottom connection between reinforcing strip and bag part.
  • a second reinforcing strip can also be omitted,
  • an adhesive line on the lower surface of the reinforcing strip in the overlapping area may be made of an adhesive, particularly a weak adhesive, which allows the non-destructive separation of one bag part from the other.
  • the term weak adhesive is thus understood to mean such an adhesive which permits this aforementioned non-destructive separation. It may, for example, act as a pressure-sensitive adhesive, such as they are similarly known from sticky notes and which ensure a sufficiently high adhesion between the bag parts at the time of packaging a food, but allow in a tearing operation the secure release of one bag part from the other. In the present case, preference is given to using an adhesive which is approved in the food sector and / or for consumer goods.
  • a connecting line of a plurality of embossing points which are arranged in a line-like manner one behind the other, at which the overlapping bag parts are embossed with the intermediate reinforcing strip.
  • the material of a bag part can be passed in an embossing step through the material of the reinforcing strip, so as to produce the connection of the overlapping bag parts in the overlapping area.
  • an interrupted weld of several individual welds or weld line sections or a weak weld joint in the above sense (analogous to the adhesive) zwishcen be bagteil and lying in the overlap area reinforcing strip .
  • the linear releasable connection can be released with a tearing force that is less than a force needed to destroy the material of each of the two bag parts. This ensures that, in a tear-off operation in which one of the two bag parts is pulled relative to the other, the two bag parts are most likely to separate from one another at the detachable connection without tearing open inside the material of one of the two bag parts.
  • the overlapping area in particular an edge of the Overlap area and / or arranged in the overlap region connecting line of both bag parts and / or a line of weakness which is located in the overlap area or immediately adjacent to this and / or a reinforcing strip, at 20-80%, more preferably at 40-55% of the width of the packaging bag , in particular at exactly 50% of the width is arranged.
  • the optionally selected aforementioned element overlapping area, edge, connecting line, weakening line or reinforcing strip
  • a weakening line enclosed by second reinforcing strips and overlapping area advantageously extends essentially centrally with respect to the width of the packaging bag, so that an essentially half division of the packaging bag Packaging bag results in a left and a right bag part, which are separable from each other by one of the above-described mechanisms.
  • the back part for reinforcing the lower closed end has a lower fold which lies in the fold or the fold of the front part, with which the front part on the Back part is folded. This results in the lower end of the bag, a multi-layered material and thus a gain.
  • the packaging bag which has the lid flap, in that the upper edge of the back part is made higher than the upper edge of the front part, it can be provided in a left and a right bag part in relation to the pitch of the packaging bag in the lid flap in one of the two bag parts to one side of the overlap region, if necessary also in both bag parts on both sides of the overlap region a recess, for example a punched is arranged, which is covered by the side of the back part with a sticker which acts with its adhesive surface through the recess or the punch through.
  • this recess or punching in the stronger or more tear-resistant material of both materials of the two bag parts, if different materials are selected or regardless of the choice of material in that part of the bag after the tearing of the other bag part the food / Food surrounds and keeps ready for consumption.
  • the sticker has on its non-adhesive back a coating, in particular an adhesive-repellent coating, which may be provided to be contacted by the adhesive surface of a stacked on the packaging bag further packaging bag, so that through the Stacking of packaging bags of this type according to the invention, a packaging bag stack can be formed, in which the adhesive surface of one of the bags is protected by the adhesive-repellent coating of a bag below or depending on the viewpoint, until the bag is taken from the stack and for the purpose of Packaging is used.

  • the packaging bag according to the invention or the remaining bag part of the packaging bag according to the invention thus has a better tightness, which is important especially for food / food containing sauces. Also, the stability is increased, so that the remaining bag part can be easily placed on a table when the gusset, which then forms the bottom, is easily opened.
