  • the packaging is designed as a folding box, which has two lateral walls formed as a hollow side walls.
  • the vertically erected transverse side walls are connected via a Gelenkfalz fixed to a rear wall.
  • a front wall is arranged, which is hinged together with an adjoining, a blister-carrying portion.
  • the front side wall is connected to the transverse side wall in each case via a Gelenkfalz, wherein the folded portion rests on the transverse side walls and thus forms a kind of lid part.
  • a cover section adjoining the rear wall is closed, wherein an insertion tongue arranged on the cover section is inserted into a slot between the front wall and the aforementioned section in order to hold the end position.
  • the handling of the packaging has proven to be difficult in terms of manufacturing technology.
  • the FR 2 673 599 A1 shows a folding box with two designed as prismatic hollow side walls QueractedCCden. Both hollow side walls are provided with slots, in each of which lateral tabs of a hinged to the box bottom wall portion can be inserted.

  • Such an edge, which forms a stop for the latching connection may for example be formed by a recess in the second section.
  • the cover part can be constructed at least in two layers only in lateral areas which respectively face the latching tongues.
  • the packaging may have a base portion and two lateral tabs for respectively forming the second layer. These tabs are therefore arranged on the same side as the transverse side walls. • the prismatically formed transverse side wall 6 can be erected in the manner of a parallelogram from the plane of the bottom section 2.
  • the latching tongue 7 extends at least in a first phase approximately in the plane of the inner wall 11. By unfolding the latching tongue 7, a corresponding recess in the connecting web 12 evidently arises.
  • FIG. 9 shows the transverse side wall 6 in a fully upright position (end position).
  • the front end of the latching tongue 7 is located on the stop 17, formed by the recess 8, and thus prevents swiveling out of the hollow side wall to the outside. Due to the resilience of the locking tongues they are against the cover part (ie in Fig. 9 So up) pressed, creating a reliable locking connection is guaranteed.

  • the edges of the front side wall 4 and the rear side wall 5 are evidently offset back in each case inwardly, so that the four indentations 38 designated by 38 are formed. These indentations 38 allow during the erecting process a pivoting movement, which goes slightly beyond 90 °, whereby a reliable locking can be ensured.
  • FIG. 11 shows an alternative solution by way of example. How out FIG. 11 As can be seen, close on the base portion 20 for the lid part on both sides inwardly hinged tabs 39, wherein the folded tabs are to be connected to the base portion 20 by gluing. These laterally hinged at the base portion 20 tabs 39 are obviously separated by fold lines (shown as a double-dashed line) from the base portion 20. Each tab 39 has two recesses 8, which cooperate with the latching tongues 7 for the latching connection.
  • FIG. 13 is a 34 'designated by means of folding and gluing operations partially prepared planar arrangement with a cover part of base portion 20 and attached to this by gluing tabs 39 recognizable.
