Definitions

  • the invention relates to a folding box according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • folding boxes are usually made of cardboard or cardboard laminate and can be made of one or more blanks.
  • the carton is designed such that it can be opened only when targeted force by the user. Children should not or not be able to open the box.
  • a comparable carton which deals with the problem of child safety, is for example from the EP 1 323 635 A1 known.
  • the folding box shown therein has a hinged on a cover part Einsteckzunge with a locking strip which engages behind the locking bar with the lid part closed.
  • a recess is provided on a parallel to the folding box bottom extending intermediate wall.
  • the locking bar is formed by the intermediate wall.
  • the V-shaped insertion tongue-locking strip arrangement is pivoted and inserted from above into the insertion.
  • the latched locking bar must be moved, the access is made by means of warranty protected by unlocking openings through which a release force on the locking strip is exercisable.
  • US 1,837,602 also shows a carton having the features of the preamble of claim 1, with an integrally formed on a cover part Einsteckzunge, which can be inserted into a slot in an intermediate side wall.
  • the insertion tongue has folded-over projections, which latch into the slot after the first insertion and thus form a guarantee closure.
  • the box should continue to be easy to use.
  • the lid part can first be folded or folded until it lies on the intermediate wall, whereupon the cover part can be moved by a sliding movement on the intermediate wall in the blocking position.
  • Advantageous locking means ensure that the blocking position is automatically reached during the movement of the cover part.
  • the blocking position can be predetermined for example by a latching connection, in which the blocking means can be locked together. In the locked position, the lid part can not be opened.
  • the operation of the opening process in which the cover part must first be moved by targeted force in the opposite direction to the closing direction in order to then be able to be unfolded, is difficult for children to see through.
  • the cover part for specifying the blocking position has at least one latching lug, which is arranged on one of the intermediate wall facing the underside of the lid part and which is latched with a stop associated with the intermediate wall.
