Claims (9)

  1. Paquet rigide pour articles à fumer comprenant :
    un ensemble (4) d'articles à fumer ;
    un emballage papier interne (3) qui entoure l'ensemble (4) des articles à fumer ; un contenant externe (2) rigide qui accueille l'emballage papier interne (3) et qui présente une extrémité ouverte (21) ; et
    un collier rigide (5) qui dépasse partiellement de l'extrémité ouverte (21) du contenant externe (2), ledit collier (5) étant placé entre l'emballage papier interne (3) et le contenant externe (2), caractérisé en ce qu'entre l'emballage papier interne (3) et le contenant externe (2) un espace intermédiaire (7) vide est présent, caractérisé en ce que le collier (5) est formé d'une seulepièce (50) qui est pliée autour de l'emballage papier interne (3) de telle manière qu'il l'entoure complètement, la pièce (50) comprenant : une paroi avant (51) du collier (5), deux parois latérales (52) opposées du collier (5) et une paroi arrière (54) du collier (5), caractérisée par au moins deux onglets (55) opposés l'un à l'autre et obtenus par incision directe de la paroi arrière (54), chaque onglet (55) étant placé dans le prolongement de chacune des deux parois latérales (52)
    perpendiculairement à la paroi arrière (54) du collier (5) et en contact avec le contenant externe (2) afin d'éloigner l'emballage papier interne (3) par rapport au contenant externe (2) et de bloquer l'emballage papier interne (3) par rapport au contenant externe (2) dans une position fixe par rapport au contenant externe (2), maintenant ainsi un espace intermédiaire (7) fixe.
  2. Paquet (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit espace intermédiaire (7) est conçu de manière à maintenir la paroi arrière (54) du collier (5) à distance de la paroi arrière (25) opposée du contenant externe (2).
  3. Paquet (1) selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la paroi arrière (54) du collier (5) s'étend parallèlement à une paroi arrière (34) de l'emballage papier interne (3).
  4. Paquet (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque onglet (55) est placé sur les côtés opposés de l'emballage papier interne (3) et est en contact avec les deux parois latérales (26) opposées du contenant externe.
  5. Paquet (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque onglet (55) s'étend en dépassant dans le prolongement de la paroi latérale (52) correspondante du collier (5), les parois latérales (52) du collier (5) étant en contact avec lesdites parois latérales (26) opposées du contenant externe (2).
  6. Paquet (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'emballage papier interne (3) est attaché au contenant externe (2) en un point où il n'y a pas de collier présent entre l'emballage papier interne (3) et le contenant externe (2).
  7. Paquet (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le collier (5) comprend deux paires d'onglets (55) opposés, chaque onglet (55) étant obtenu en réalisant une incision en U dans la paroi arrière (54) du collier (5).
  8. Paquet (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque onglet (55) est créé par une saillie pivotée de 90° par rapport à la paroi arrière (54) du collier (5) dans lequel l'onglet a été coupé.
  9. Méthode de packaging pour la création d'un paquet rigide pour articles à fumer ; la méthode de packaging comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    ajustement d'une feuille d'emballage papier interne ;
    pliage de la feuille d'emballage papier autour de l'ensemble (4) des articles à fumer pour créer un emballage papier interne (3) qui entoure l'ensemble (4) des articles à fumer ;
    pliage d'une première pièce autour de l'emballage papier interne pour créer un contenant externe (2) rigide dans lequel se loge l'emballage papier interne (3) ;
    pliage d'une seconde pièce (50) qui forme un collier (5) autour de l'emballage papier interne (3) avant le pliage de la première pièce atour de l'emballage papier interne (3), ladite seconde pièce (50), comprenant : une paroi avant (51) du collier (5), deux parois latérales (52) opposées du collier (5) et une paroi arrière (54) du collier (5), au moins deux onglets (55) opposés l'un à l'autre et obtenus par incision de la paroi arrière (54), chaque onglet (55) étant positionné dans le prolongement de chacune des deux parois latérales (52) afin d'être placé perpendiculairement à la paroi arrière (54) du collier (5) et en contact avec le contenant externe (2) afin d'éloigner l'emballage papier interne (3) par rapport au contenant externe (2) par un espace intermédiaire pour bloquer l'emballage papier interne (3) par rapport au contenant externe (2) dans une position fixe par rapport au contenant externe (2), maintenant ainsi ledit espace intermédiaire (7) fixe.
