Claims (14)

  1. Paquet (1) pour articles à fumer, comprenant :
    - un conteneur de forme parallélépipède (2) avec une paroi avant (21), une paroi arrière (22), une paroi inférieure (24) et deux parois latérales (23) ;
    - un emballage unique de forme parallélépipède (3) enfermant une charge d'articles à fumer à l'intérieur du conteneur (2), cette enveloppe (3) ayant une largeur inférieure à la largeur du conteneur (2) mesurée en tant que distance entre les deux parois latérales (23) du conteneur (2), cette enveloppe (3), étant placée sensiblement au centre du conteneur (2) ;
    - un couvercle (5) articulé au conteneur (2) afin de pouvoir fermer une extrémité supérieure ouverte (20) du conteneur (2) ; et
    - un collier (6) disposé à l'intérieur du conteneur (2), ressortant vers l'extérieur du conteneur (2) à travers ladite extrémité supérieure ouverte (20) ; ce collier ayant une paroi avant (61) et deux parois latérales (63) placées respectivement en contact avec la paroi avant (21) et les parois latérales (23) du conteneur (2) ; ce collier (6) comprenant deux parois de séparation (64) qui divisent le volume interne du conteneur (2) en une chambre centrale (68) occupée par l'emballage (3) et deux chambres latérales vides (69) sur les côtés latéraux de l'emballage (3), caractérisé par le fait que chaque paroi de séparation latérale (64) est formée par deux panneaux de séparation plats (64a, 64b) pliés et reliés, chaque panneau de séparation latéral plat (64a, 64b) de chaque paroi de séparation (64) s'étendant de la paroi avant (21) du conteneur (2) à la paroi arrière (22) du conteneur (2), les panneaux de séparation plats (64a, 64b) de chaque paroi de séparation (64) étant reliés à la paroi avant (61) du collier (6) par des lignes de pliage parallèles (61a', 62b') et par le fait que le collier (6) comprend une languette pliée respective (7) placée à l'intérieur de chacune des deux chambres vides (69) afin d'immobiliser ledit emballage (3) dans le conteneur (2).
  2. Paquet (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les panneaux de séparation plats (64a, 64b) de chaque paroi de séparation (64) sont mutuellement de la même dimension.
  3. Paquet (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel les panneaux de séparation plats (64a, 64b) sont sensiblement perpendiculaires à la paroi avant (61) du collier (6).
  4. Paquet (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les panneaux de séparation plats (64a, 64b) de chaque paroi de séparation (64) sont de la même dimension que les parois latérales (63) du collier (6).
  5. Paquet (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les panneaux de séparation plats (64a, 64b) ont un prolongement identique à celui de la surface latérale entière de l'emballage (3).
  6. Paquet (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les panneaux de séparation plats (64a, 64b) et la paroi avant (61) du collier (6) sont formés dans une seule pièce pliée.
  7. Paquet (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le collier (6) n'a pas de côté arrière et l'emballage (3) est en contact avec la paroi arrière (22) du conteneur (2).
  8. Paquet (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la paroi avant (61) du collier (6) est formée par une partie centrale (61a) et par deux parties latérales (61b) placées sur les côtés de la partie centrale (61a) ; ces parties centrales (61a) et latérales (61b) étant placées côte à côte sur un plan commun.
  9. Paquet (1) selon la revendication 8, dans lequel la partie centrale (61a) de la paroi avant (61) du collier (6) a une fenêtre en forme de U (25) au sommet, disposée à l'extérieur du conteneur (2).
  10. Paquet (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chaque languette pliée (7) du collier (6) est placée transversalement par rapport aux parois latérales (23) du conteneur (2) et à une certaine distance d'un côté supérieur (32) de l'emballage (3).
  11. Paquet (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chaque languette pliée (7) du collier (6) est en contact avec la paroi latérale (63) du collier (6) et avec la paroi de séparation (64) du collier (6).
  12. Paquet (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chaque languette pliée (7) du collier (6) est articulée à la paroi avant (61) du collier (6).
  13. Paquet (1) selon la revendication 12, dans lequel chaque languette pliée (7) du collier (6) est articulée le long d'une ligne de pliage (72) sensiblement perpendiculaire aux parois latérales (23) du conteneur (2).
  14. Paquet (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chacune des languettes pliées (7) du collier (6) fait initialement partie de la paroi avant (61) du collier (6), est séparée de la paroi avant (61) du collier (6) par une incision en forme de U (71) et pliée à 90° par rapport à la paroi avant (61) du collier (6).
