Claims (10)

  1. Paquet rigide pour articles pour fumer comprenant :
    un ensemble (4) d'articles ;
    un emballage papier interne (3) qui entoure l'ensemble (4) des articles ;
    un contenant externe rigide (2) qui accueille l'emballage papier interne (3) et qui présente une extrémité ouverte (21), ledit contenant externe rigide (2) comprenant deux parois latérales opposées (26), une paroi avant (24) et une paroi arrière (25) opposées l'une à l'autre ; et
    un collier rigide (5) qui dépasse partiellement de l'extrémité ouverte (21) du contenant externe (2), ledit collier (5) étant placé entre l'emballage papier interne (3) et le contenant externe (2), enroulé autour et en contact avec ledit emballage papier interne (3), une cavité vide (7) étant formée entre le collier (5) et le contenant externe (2),
    caractérisé en ce que :
    le collier (5) comprend au moins une paire d'onglets opposés (55) étant en contact direct avec la face interne respective des parois latérales (26) du contenant externe (2) et avec les bords des onglets (55) en contact avec la face interne de la paroi arrière (25) du contenant externe (2) afin d'éloigner l'emballage papier interne (3) entouré par le collier (5) de la paroi arrière du contenant externe (2) et de bloquer l'emballage papier interne (3) dans une position fixe dans le contenant externe (2), et dans ledit collier (5) il y a une paroi arrière (54) faite de deux volets latéraux (54a, 54b) qui s'assemblent le long des rabats finaux respectifs (58a, 58b) qui sont pliés et assemblés afin qu'une ailette (56) soit formée, s'étendant
    perpendiculairement au plan défini par
    la paroi arrière (54) du collier (5), nommée ailette (56) et étant placée entre ladite paire d'onglets opposés (55) et avec le bord de l'ailette (56) en contact avec la face interne de la paroi arrière (25) du contenant externe (2), pour éloigner la paroi arrière (54) du collier (5) de la paroi arrière (25) du contenant externe (2) et renforcer l'intégralité du paquet.
  2. Paquet (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite ailette (56) est maintenue en position par une paire de dents (57) placées en contact avec les faces de l'ailette (57), chaque dent (57) étant réalisée par une coupe appliquée auxdits volets latéraux respectifs (54a, 54b) de la paroi arrière (25) du contenant externe (2).
  3. Paquet (1) selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite cavité (7) s'étend entre la paroi arrière (54) du collier (5) et la paroi arrière opposée (25) du contenant externe (2) et entre les deux parois latérales (26) du contenant externe (2).
  4. Paquet (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la paroi arrière (54) du collier (5) s'étend parallèlement à la paroi arrière (25) du contenant externe (2), ladite paroi arrière (54) du collier (5) étant en contact direct avec l'emballage papier interne (3) sur un côté et faisant face à la cavité (7) de l'autre côté.
  5. Paquet (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le collier (5) comprend au moins deux de ladite paire d'onglets (55).
  6. Paquet (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdits onglets (55) dépassent des deux parois latérales (52) du collier (5), lesdites parois latérales (52) du collier (5) étant en contact avec la face interne des parois latérales opposées (26) du contenant externe (2)
  7. Paquet (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'emballage papier interne (3) est attaché au collier (5).
  8. Paquet (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le collier (5) consiste en une seule pièce (50) qui est pliée autour de l'emballage papier interne (3), la pièce (50) comprenant :
    un premier panneau (51') qui constitue la paroi avant (51) du collier (5) ;
    deux seconds panneaux (52') qui constituent les parois latérales (52) du collier (5), situés sur les faces opposées du premier panneau (51') et séparés du premier panneau (51') par deux lignes de pliage longitudinales (60) ;
    deux troisièmes panneaux (54a', 5b') qui constituent la paroi arrière (54) du collier (5), chacun des troisièmes panneaux (54a', 5b') étant séparé du second panneau (52') par une ligne de pliage longitudinale correspondante (61) ;
    deux quatrièmes panneaux (58a', 58b') qui constituent les rabats finaux correspondants (58a, 58b) pliés et assemblés pour réaliser une ailette (56), chaque quatrième panneau (58a', 58b') étant séparé des précédents troisièmes panneaux (54a', 5b') par une ligne de pliage longitudinale correspondante (62) ;
    deux paires d'onglets (55), chaque onglet (55) étant fait par une coupe en U appliquée audit troisième panneau (54a', 5b') à proximité de la ligne de pliage longitudinale (61) qui sépare les troisièmes panneaux (54a', 5b') des seconds panneaux (52').
  9. Paquet (1) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la pièce (50) comprend deux dents supplémentaires (57), chaque dent (57) étant réalisée par une coupe en U appliquée audit troisième panneau (54a', 5b') à proximité de la ligne de pliage longitudinale (62) qui sépare les troisièmes panneaux (54a', 5b') des quatrièmes panneaux (58a', 58b')
  10. Méthode d'emballage pour réaliser un paquet de cigarettes rigide ; la méthode d'emballage comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    se munir d'une feuille d'emballage papier interne ;
    plier la feuille d'emballage papier autour de l'ensemble (4) des articles pour réaliser un emballage papier interne (3) qui entoure l'ensemble (4) des articles ;
    plier une première pièce autour de l'emballage papier interne pour réaliser un contenant externe rigide (2) qui accueille l'emballage papier interne (3) ;
    plier une seconde pièce (50) formant un collier (5) autour de l'emballage papier interne (3) avant de plier la première pièce autour de l'emballage papier interne (3) ;
    la méthode d'emballage est caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend les étapes supplémentaires suivantes :
    plier deux paires d'onglets (55) de la seconde pièce (50) placée dans la continuité des parois latérales (52) du collier (5) de manière à ce que les bords soient en contact avec le contenant externe (2) afin d'éloigner le collier (5) enroulé autour de l'emballage papier interne (3) du contenant externe (2) en formant une cavité (7) ;
    plier deux paires de rabats finaux (58a,58b) de la seconde pièce (50) et les assembler afin de créer une ailette (56) avec le bord de l'ailette (56) qui soit en contact avec le contenant externe (2), ladite ailette (56) étant interposée entre la paire d'onglets (55).
