Claims (5)

  1. Ein Motor mit interner Verbrennung (50A), aufweisend:
    eine Vielzahl an Nocken (Ca, Cb, Cc), die verwendet werden, um ein Ventil (54) anzutreiben,
    eine variabel betriebene Ventilstruktur (60A) vom Nockenschalttyp, die einen Kipphebelabschnitt (63) und eine Vielzahl von Hydraulikverbindungsstrukturen (631, 632) aufweist, wobei der Kipphebelabschnitt eine Vielzahl von Oszillationsabschnitten (63a, 63b, 63c) aufweist, die gemäß der Nockenprofile der Nocken individuell oszillieren, und die Leistung, die von einer die Nocken aufweisenden Nockenwelle (65) eingeleitet wird, zu dem Ventil vermitteln, wobei die Vielzahl der Verbindungsstrukturen ein Verbinden und ein Verbindungsaufheben zwischen zwei Oszillationsabschnitten der Vielzahl der Oszillationsabschnitte mit einem Sperrteil (Pn11, Pn22) durchführen, wobei die variabel betriebe Ventilstruktur einen Verwendungsnocken wählt, der zum Antreiben des Ventils von den Nocken verwendet wird, und
    eine Ermittlungseinheit (70A), die zumindest einen Zustand des Sperrteils und eine Schaltphase des Verwendungsnockens gemäß dem Zustand des Sperrteils auf der Basis eines Änderns eines Hydraulikdrucks gemäß dem Schalten des Verwendungsnockens ermittelt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ermittlungseinheit die Beendigung einer Betätigung des Sperrteils in einer Verbindungsstruktur der Vielzahl der Verbindungsstrukturen, welches das Verbinden oder das Verbindungsaufheben durchführt, während des Schaltens des Verwendungsnockens auf der Basis eines Werts und einer Änderungsbreite eines Hydraulikdrucks, die erfasst und gespeichert werden, wenn das Ventil das Heben nicht durchführt, ermittelt, wobei sich der Hydraulikdruck gemäß einer Bewegung des Sperrteils in der Verbindungsstruktur der Vielzahl der Verbindungsstrukturen, welches das Verbinden oder das Verbindungaufheben durchführt, ändert.
  2. Der Motor mit interner Verbrennung wie in Anspruch 1 beansprucht, wobei:
    die variabel betriebene Ventilstruktur einen Ölweg (R3) aufweist, der die Vielzahl der oszillierenden Abschnitte unter der Bedingung, dass das Ventil das Heben nicht durchführt, durchdringt, und
    die Ermittlungseinheit den Verwendungsnocken auf der Basis eines Reduzierungszustands eines Hydraulikdrucks, der durch den Ölweg geleitet wird, der eine vorhandene oder nicht vorhandene Reduzierung des Hydraulikdrucks aufweist, ermittelt.
  3. Der Motor mit interner Verbrennung wie in Anspruch 2 beansprucht, wobei
    die variabel betriebene Ventilstruktur an zumindest einer der Seiten Einlassseite und Abgasseite vorgesehen ist, und sie eine Vielzahl der Kipphebelabschnitte aufweist, die jeweils bei jedem Zylinder einer Vielzahl an Zylindern (51 a) vorgesehen sind,
    die Kipphebelabschnitte den Ölweg zwischen der Vielzahl der Zylinder an zumindest einer der Seiten Einlassseite und Abgasseite verteilen, oder die Sperrhebelabschnitte den Ölweg innerhalb der Vielzahl der Zylinder an sowohl der Einlassseite als auch an der Abgasseite verteilen, und
    die variabel betätigte Ventilstruktur den Ölweg zwischen der Einlassseite und der Abgasseite verteilt.
  4. Der Motor mit interner Verbrennung wie in Anspruch 2 oder 3 beansprucht, wobei der Ölweg auch als ein Schmierölweg zum Zuführen eines Öls für ein Schmieren wirkt.
  5. Der Motor mit interner Verbrennung wie in einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4 beansprucht, wobei der Ölweg von einem Ölweg (R11, R12, R2) zum Zuführen eines Hydraulikdrucks zu der Vielzahl an Verbindungsstrukturen verschieden ist.
