Claims (4)

  1. Machine textile pour tisser une boucle de sangle sans couture d'une dégaine d'escalade, caractérisée en ce que la machine textile comprend une base (5), des patins (6) disposés sur la base (5), et une broche (7) disposée sur chacun des patins (6), dans laquelle la base (5) est munie d'une ouverture (8), dans laquelle un ensemble de broche mobile s'ajustant dans l'ouverture (8) est disposé au niveau de l'ouverture (8), dans laquelle l'ensemble de broche comprend une unité de base, un patin (6) disposé sur la base (5), et la broche (7) disposée sur le patin (6), dans laquelle les broches (7) sont disposées en cercle, et dans laquelle un passage de sangle (9) s'étendant à travers la base est disposé au centre du cercle.
  2. Machine textile selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle un arbre de transmission étant relié à une pluralité d'engrenages est disposé dans l'unité de base, une extrémité de l'arbre de transmission est connectée à la broche (7), et l'autre extrémité de l'arbre de transmission est reliée à une unité motrice de la machine textile, de sorte que la broche (7) est entraînée par l'unité motrice, et l'unité de base est articulée sur un côté de l'ouverture (8) et est clipsée sur l'autre côté de l'ouverture (8).
  3. Procédé textile pour tisser une boucle de sangle sans couture d'une dégaine d'escalade utilisant une machine textile selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le procédé textile comprend les étapes consistant à :
    S1) démarrer la machine textile pour tisser une sangle creuse ayant une longueur ;
    S2) guider une extrémité tissée de la sangle creuse vers l'extérieur de la machine textile puis insérer l'extrémité tissée dans une extrémité de tissage de la sangle creuse via le passage de sangle (9) en bas de la base (5) de la machine textile pour former une boucle, tisser en continu le long de la boucle pour gainer la sangle creuse avec une pluralité de couches de sangle, et attacher l'extrémité de tissage à la couche de sangle la plus extérieure pour former une boucle de sangle tissée de la dégaine d'escalade, où une couche indicatrice est adjacente à la couche de sangle la plus extérieure ; et
    S3) déclipser l'ensemble de broche au niveau d'une ouverture de la base de la machine textile, et retirer la boucle de sangle tissée.
  4. Procédé textile pour tisser une boucle de sangle sans couture d'une dégaine d'escalade utilisant une machine textile selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à :
    S1) démarrer la machine textile pour tisser une sangle tubulaire ayant une longueur, qui gaine une sangle pleine ;
    S2) guider une extrémité tissée de la sangle tubulaire gainant la sangle pleine vers l'extérieur de la machine textile, puis insérer l'extrémité tissée dans une extrémité de tissage de la sangle tubulaire via le passage de sangle (9) situé en bas de la base (5) de la machine textile pour former une boucle, tisser en continu le long de la boucle pour gainer la sangle tubulaire avec une pluralité de couches de sangle, et attacher une extrémité de tissage à la couche de sangle la plus extérieure pour former une boucle de sangle tissée de la dégaine d'escalade ; et
    S3) déclipser l'ensemble de broche au niveau d'une ouverture de la base de la machine textile, et retirer la boucle de sangle tissée.
