Claims (12)
- Kassette (1) ausgelegt zur Ausrüstung eines Walzwerks, welches Walzwerk aufweist ein Ständergerüst mit zwei Paaren von voneinander beabstandeten Ständern an zwei Enden des Gerüsts, wobei mindestens zwei Ständer ein und desselben Paares ein Zugangsfenster begrenzen, das das Herausziehen oder Hineinführen der Kassette in das Ständergerüst erlaubt, das Walzwerk zwei Arbeitszylinder (CT), zwei Zwischenzylinder (CI) und zwei Stützzylinder (CA) aufweist sowie mindestens ein seitliches Stützorgan (CP1, CP2) für jeden Arbeitszylinder (CT),
und wobei welche Kassette (1) einen selbsttragenden Aufbau bildet, welcher Aufbau aufweist:- einen Zylinder (2) dazu ausgelegt, einen der beiden Zwischenzylinder (CI) des Walzwerks zu bilden,- zwei Einbaustücke (3), auf denen die Enden des Zylinders (2) montiert sind,- mindestens einen Haltearm (4) des zumindest einen seitlichen Stützorgans, geeignet zum seitlichen Stützen eines der Arbeitszylinder (CT) des Walzwerks, wobei der Haltearm (4) sich zwischen zwei Einbaustücken (3) erstreckt und schwenkbar in Bezug auf die Einbaustücke montiert ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kassette (1) zumindest ein Paar Halteelemente (5) aufweist, die die Enden einer Rotationswelle (6) des mindestens einen Haltearms (4) aufnehmen, und dass die beiden Halteelemente (5) in ablösbarer Weise jeweils an den beiden Einbaustücken (3) und in solcher Weise fixiert sind, dass die Demontage des zumindest einen Haltearms (4) von den Einbaustücken (3) und/oder die Montage des zumindest einen Haltearms (4) an den Einbaustücken (3) ohne Veränderung des Abstands zwischen den Einbaustücken (3) ermöglicht ist, und unabhängig von der Demontage / der Montage des Zylinders (2). - Kassette nach Anspruch 1, wobei jedes Einbaustück (3) von oben gesehen eine U-Form hat mit einem Mittelabschnitt (30), der einen der Ende des Zylinders (2) aufnimmt, und zwei Seitenabschnitten (31) zum Halten der beiden Haltearme (4).
- Kassette nach Anspruch 2, wobei zumindest einer der Seitenabschnitte (31) des Einbaustücks (3) eine kleinere Abmessung als der Mittelabschnitt (30) hat, und zwar in solcher Weise, dass mit dem Mittelabschnitt eine Aufnahme (32) zum Aufnehmen und Fixieren des Halteelements (5) gebildet wird.
- Kassette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Halteelemente (5) mittels Schrauben (7) in unbeweglicher Weise auf den Einbaustücken (3) fixiert sind.
- Kassette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das Halteeelement (5) und das Einbaustück (3) eine mechanische Unverwechselbarkeitseinrichtung (34, 52) bilden zur Sicherstellung einer richtigen Positionierung des Halteelements (5) auf dem Einbaustück (3).
- Kassette nach Anspruch 5, wobei die mechanische Unverwechselbarkeitseinrichtung ein komplementäres Paar aus einem Vorsprung (34) und einer Aufnahme (52) aufweist, welches Vorsprung-/Aufnahme-Paar jeweils gehört zu dem Einbaustück (3) bzw. zu dem Halteeelement (5), oder umgekehrt, und in gegenseitigem Eingriff steht zum Sicherstellen der richtigen Positionierung des Halteeelements (5) auf dem Einbaustück (3).
- Kassette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei jedes Halteelement (5) auf der Rotationswelle (6) axial entlang einer begrenzten Bahn verschiebbar ist.
- Kassette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Rotationswelle (6) in Bezug auf die Einbaustücke (3) fest montiert ist und der Haltearm (4) in Bezug auf die Rotationswelle (6) schwenkbar montiert ist, oder alternativ die Rotationswelle schwenkbar in Bezug auf die Einbaustücke montiert ist und der Haltearm (4) fest in Bezug auf die Rotationswelle (6) montiert ist.
- Kassette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 mit zwei Haltearmen (4), die jeweils ein seitliches Stützorgan tragen, wobei jeder der Haltearme (4) in ablösbarer Weise an den Einbaustücken (3) mittels einem Paar Halteelemente (5) fixiert ist.
- Kassette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 mit Federmitteln und Anschlägen, die den zumindest einen Haltearm (4) oder auch die beiden Haltearme (4) in einer nach außen beabstandeten Position halten.
- Kassette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei zumindest eines der Halteelemente (5) eine innere Leitung aufweist, die dazu ausgelegt ist, ein Schmiermittel zu den von dem Haltearm (4) aufgenommen Organen oder in Richtung zu dem anderen Halteelement (5) zu leiten und eine innere Leitung im Körper des einen der Einbaustücke (3) fortsetzt.
- Walzwerk mit zwei Arbeitszylindern (CT), einem oberen und einem unteren, zwei Zwischenzylindern (CI), einem oberen und einem unteren, und zwei Stützzylindern (CA), einem oberen und einem unteren, sowie zumindest einem seitlichen Stützorgan (CP1, CP2) für jeden Arbeitszylinder (CT), welches Walzwerk ein Ständergerüst mit zwei Paaren von voneinander beanstandeten Ständern (12) an zwei Enden des Gerüsts aufweist, wobei mindestens zwei Ständer ein und desselben Paares ein Zugangsfenster begrenzen, das das Herausziehen oder Hineinführen einer Kassette (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 in das Ständergerüst erlaubt, und zwar einer oberen, welche Kassette den Zwischenzylinder, und zwar den oberen, und das zumindest eine seitliche Stützorgan des oberen Arbeitszylinders aufweist, und einer Kassette (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, und zwar einer unteren, mit dem Zwischenzylinder, und zwar dem unteren, und dem zumindest einen seitlichen Stützorgan des unteren Arbeitszylinders.
