- An object of the invention is to eliminate this problem by providing a monitoring device for a vertically moving door which does not use an elastic safety edge, while at the same time is not subject to the false indications currently present in those monitoring devices using an accelerometer.

Claims (14)
- Dispositif de surveillance (8) à installer sur une porte mobile verticalement (2), opéré par un moteur électrique (4) équipé d'interrupteurs de fin de course, et contrôlé par une unité de commande fixe (6), ladite unité de commande fixe (6) de la porte étant prévue pour communiquer avec un microcontrôleur (12) du dispositif de surveillance et étant program-mée pour interrompre la rotation dudit moteur, puis de l'inverser en cas d'impact de la porte descendante (2) contre un obstacle imprévu, le dis-positif de surveillance comprenant :- un capteur laser (10) à installer sur ladite porte (2) permettant de repérer sa position par rapport à un point fixe pendant la des-cende graduelle de ladite porte (2),où le dispositif de surveillance est caractérisé en outre en ce qu'il comprend :- un comparateur (12) configuré pour comparer, en séquence, les valeurs représentatives de la position détectée avec les valeurs correspondantes représentatives de la position théorique où de-vrait se trouver le capteur laser (10) en cas de descente normale, ces valeurs représentatives de la position théorique étant mémori-sées dans le microcontrôleur (12) et étant liées aux caractéris-tiques dudit moteur (4) et de ladite porte (2),- un émetteur-récepteur (14) contrôlé par ledit microcontrôleur (12), et adapté pour agir sur ladite unité de commande (6) afin de dé-clencher une action de cette dernière sur ledit moteur (4) lorsque la différence, calculée par le comparateur, entre la position détec-tée et la position théorique dépasse une valeur prédéfinie.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit capteur laser (10) est configuré de manière à mesurer la distance entre lui-même et le sol.
- Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, carac-térisé en ce qu'il contient un boîtier accueillant :- ledit capteur laser (10),- des sources d'alimentation (20),- ledit microcontrôleur (12) équipé d'un transmetteur de l'émetteur-récepteur (14) syntonisé à un récepteur appartenant à ladite unité de commande (6).- ledit comparateur, intégré dans ledit microcontrôleur (12).
- Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, carac-térisé en ce que ledit microcontrôleur (12) est configuré pour procéder à des échantillonnages de signal captés par ledit capteur laser (10) pendant la descende de la porte (2), à une fréquence d'un échantillon toutes les 1 à 30 ms, préférablement toutes les 20 ms.
- Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, carac-térisé en ce que ledit émetteur-récepteur (14) responsable du déclenchement de l'action de l'unité de commande (6) sur ledit moteur (4), est configuré de manière à intervenir lorsque la différence entre la valeur représentative de la position détectée et la valeur représentative de la po-sition théorique dépasse, en valeur absolue, 10 % de la valeur représen-tative de la position théorique.
- Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, carac-térisé en ce que ledit capteur laser (10) est équipé d'un système optique spécifique pour lire et mesurer sa distance par rapport au point fixe.
- Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, carac-térisé en ce qu'il contient un état de programmation pour acquérir et mémoriser dans ledit microcontrôleur (12) les valeurs correspondantes de la position théorique que ledit capteur laser (10) devrait avoir au cours d'une descente normale de ladite porte (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient des dispositifs (16) permettant de faire passer ledit microcontrôleur (12) d'un état de fonctionnement normal à un état de programmation, et vice-versa.
- Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient un voyant (18) prévu pour signaler que le microcontrôleur (12) est en état de programmation.
- Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient des batteries d'alimentation rechargeables (20).
- Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient un panneau photovoltaïque pour recharger lesdites batteries rechargeables (20).
- Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit émetteur-récepteur (14) est syntonisé à un émetteur-transmetteur appartenant à ladite unité de commande (6) pour une communication bidirectionnelle entre les deux via la radio.
- Porte mobile verticalement (2) sur laquelle est fixé un dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 3 à 12, caractérisée en ce que ledit boîtier, accueillant ledit capteur laser (10) et ledit microcontrôleur (12), est fixé à proximité du bord horizontal libre de ladite porte (2).
- Porte mobile verticalement (2) selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que ladite porte (2) ne comporte pas de bord de sécurité capable de transformer son rendement élastique, suite à un impact avec un obstacle, en déclenchement d'un contact électrique visant à alimenter un signal vers l'unité de commande.
