- a forced force at the attachment point 32 is exerted on the lower elevator car 21 via the lower deflected traction means 28. This also blocks the upward movement of the lower elevator car 21 in the direction 26B.
- the holding force subsequently required for holding the lower elevator cage 21, possibly due to the different loadings, can then be applied by the lower cabin brakes 36, 37.
- the adjustment drive 22 may be attached to the cross member 52, for example.
- the attachment point 9 can also be provided in the region of the cross member 52.
- the support means 8 is then connected to the cross member 52.

- the cable drum 24 is subjected essentially only to a braking torque when the brake device 55 is actuated.
- the holding of the elevator cars 20, 21 relative to the elevator car frame 10 effectively corresponds to a braking or blocking of the cable pulley 23 both in the first direction of rotation 25 and in the second direction of rotation 26.
- the pulley brake 55 can thereby also be designed for lower loads.
- an additional redundancy is realized.
- an advantageous embodiment can be selected especially with regard to predetermined payloads for the elevator cars 20, 21. This results in a broad scope.
- Fig. 3 shows a holding and adjusting system 2 for an elevator car assembly 3 of an elevator system 1 in an excerpt, schematic representation according to a third embodiment.
- the brake device 55 provided alone in this exemplary embodiment is designed as a cable disk brake 55.

An object of the invention is to provide a holding and adjusting system for an elevator car assembly and an elevator system, which have an improved structure. Specifically, it is an object of the invention to provide a holding and adjusting system and an elevator system, in which an improved adjustment of a distance between the elevator cars and at the same time a high level of safety during operation are ensured.
At least parts of these objects are achieved by a lift cage adjustment and adjustment system comprising an upper elevator car, a lower elevator car, and an elevator car Elevator cage frame, in which the upper elevator car and the lower elevator car are movable, comprising, with an upper deflected traction means, on the one hand the upper elevator car and the other hand, the lower elevator car are suspended, and at least one braking device, wherein a lower deflected traction means is provided connected on the one hand with the upper elevator car and on the other hand with the lower elevator car, wherein the upper deflected traction means and the lower deflected traction means so cooperate with the upper elevator car and the lower elevator car, that the upper elevator car and the lower elevator car in the reference frame of the elevator car frame in opposite directions move to each other, and wherein the at least one braking device is arranged, in cooperation with the upper deflected traction means and the lower deflected traction means to brake the upper elevator car and the lower elevator car or to hold, and by an elevator system having an elevator car assembly comprising an upper elevator car, a lower elevator car and an elevator car frame in which the upper elevator car and the lower elevator car are movable, when such a holding and adjusting system is provided.
Furthermore, solutions and suggestions are presented below, which solve at least parts of the tasks. In addition, advantageous complementary or alternative developments and refinements are given.
The upper elevator car and the lower elevator car of the elevator car arrangement are adjustable in opposite directions in the reference frame of the elevator car frame. In an advantageous manner, the elevator cars are here adjusted in the reference frame of the elevator cage frame in an adjustment either by the same distance to each other or away from each other. The adjustment drive for the elevator car frame can hereby be set up independently of this adjusting mechanism in an advantageous manner in order to move the arrangement of the elevator cars and the elevator car frame through the elevator shaft. In this case, the distance between the elevator cars can be adjusted during the joint travel of the elevator cars arranged in the elevator cage frame through the elevator shaft. This allows optimized control and significant time savings.
By the upper deflected traction means and the lower deflected traction means is achieved that the upper elevator car and the lower elevator car in the reference frame of the elevator car frame forcibly move in opposite directions. In the context of a model approach of technical mechanics, this compulsory movement can be understood to mean the corresponding occurrence of compulsive forces imparted by the upper deflected traction means and the lower deflecting traction means. Thus, there is a corresponding restriction of the degrees of freedom in the movement of the elevator cars in the elevator car frame.
The upper elevator car, the lower elevator car and the elevator car frame are not components of the holding and adjusting system according to the invention. In particular, the holding and adjusting system according to the invention for an elevator car arrangement, which comprises the upper elevator car, the lower elevator car and the elevator car frame, can also be produced and distributed independently of the elevator cars and the elevator car frame.
It is advantageous that at least one braking device designed as an upper cabin brake is provided, that the upper cabin brake is connected to the upper elevator car, that the upper cabin brake moves with the upper elevator car relative to the elevator car frame, and that the upper cabin brake for braking or Holding the upper elevator car relative to the elevator car frame cooperates with at least one braking track of a brake rail, which is stationary with respect to the elevator car frame. The brake rail can in this case be fastened to the elevator cage frame. Correspondingly, it is advantageous that at least one braking device designed as a lower cabin brake is provided, that the lower cabin brake is connected to the lower elevator car such that the lower cabin brake moves with the lower elevator car relative to the elevator car frame, and that the lower cabin brake for braking or holding the lower elevator car relative to the elevator car frame cooperates with at least one braking track of a brake rail, which is stationary with respect to the elevator car frame. Here, the same or the same brake rails can be used for the upper cabin brake and the lower cabin brake. At the at least one brake rail then a suitable number of brake tracks is configured. The embodiments have the advantage that the holding forces required for holding the elevator cars can be introduced directly into the elevator cage frame in the vertical direction. As a result, an advantageous load distribution within the elevator car frame can be carried out. For example, in the event of a possible disturbance, the elevator cage frame can travel into a buffer arranged at the bottom of the elevator shaft. It is then an advantageous power transmission between the elevator cars and the buffer via, among other things, the brake rails of the elevator car frame possible.
It is also advantageous in this case that the upper car brake locks in an engaged state of a downward movement of the upper elevator car relative to the elevator car frame by increasing the contact pressure of at least one brake pad of the upper car brake to the at least one braking track of the brake rail and an upward movement of the upper elevator car relative to the elevator car frame by reducing the contact pressure of the at least one brake pad of the upper car brake releases at least one brake track of the brake rail. Accordingly, it is advantageous that the lower car brake in an engaged state, a downward movement of the lower elevator car relative to the elevator car frame by increasing the contact pressure of at least one brake pad of the lower car brake to the at least one brake track of the brake rail blocks and an upward movement of the lower Elevator car relative to the elevator car frame by reducing the contact pressure of the at least one brake pad of the lower cabin brake releases the at least one brake track of the brake rail. In combination with the constraints imposed by the deflected traction means, an advantageous blocking of the two elevator cars within the elevator cage frame is possible. Specifically, a self-reinforcing braking behavior or a braking and holding force that amplifies with the load for both the upper elevator car and the lower elevator car can be achieved by an advantageous interaction of the upper car brake and the lower car brake in combination with the deflected traction means.
In a further possible embodiment, it is advantageous that at least one brake disc designed as a brake device and a pulley are provided that the pulley is fixed and rotatably mounted on the elevator car frame, that the upper traction means is guided around the pulley and that the pulley brake for braking or Holding the upper elevator car relative to the elevator car frame or the lower elevator car relative to the elevator car frame at least indirectly brakes or holds the pulley. The term of the pulley is here to be understood generally and includes suitable, rotatable and optionally driven or braked elements around which the upper traction means in a suitable manner, in particular in one or more rope grooves, out. Also the term of the traction means is to be understood generally and includes both single- as multi-stranded and rope and belt-shaped embodiments. In the embodiment of the braking device as a pulley brake forces for braking and holding both the upper elevator car and the lower elevator car can be applied via the upper traction means and then indirectly via the lower traction means.
As a cable drum may serve a drum on which a rope or the like is wound and having two protruding flanges. If a cable drum is provided, then the sheave may be a central cylindrical portion of the cable drum. The pulley may also have a large extent along the longitudinal or rotational axis. The pulley is thus the part where the rope rests or the contact with the rope comes about. A cable drum can thus have in addition to the pulley still guide flanges, which are mounted next to the sheave. At the same time, at least one cylinder jacket-shaped brake track can be formed on the cable drum, to which the cable drum and thus also the cable pulley are braked.
It should be noted that a plurality of braking devices may also be provided, which if appropriate together serve for braking or holding the upper elevator car or the lower elevator car. Specifically, an embodiment is possible in which both at least one brake device designed as a brake and at least one brake device designed as a cable brake are provided.
If only at least one brake disc designed as a brake device is provided, then in particular a simplified structure can be achieved. In this case, the pulley may be formed in an advantageous manner as a driven traction sheave. The pulley brake can then serve to block the drive.
Thus, it is advantageous that an adjustment is provided which is fixedly arranged on the elevator car frame, and that the pulley is designed as a traction sheave, which is driven by the adjusting drive. In this way, the operation of driving the pulley to allow the adjustment and the operation to block the pulley can be summarized in particular in a small space.
In a modified embodiment, however, it is also possible in principle that the pulley is designed as a free-running pulley. About the pulley brake then the freewheel of the pulley can be blocked. Thus, the operation of braking and Holding the elevator cars via the braking device designed as a cable brake brake also be used when a not acting on the pulley adjustment is provided. The relative adjustment of the elevator cars to each other can then be realized in a suitable manner. As a result, in particular an application in a variety of existing concepts for the adjustment of the elevator cars within the elevator car frame is possible.
It is also advantageous that the adjusting drive for adjusting the upper elevator car and the lower elevator car relative to the elevator car frame via the sheave on the upper traction means acts and that the adjustment independently of a drive of the elevator car frame with the upper elevator car and the lower elevator car by a driving the mutually opposite movement of the upper elevator car and the lower elevator car in the reference frame of the elevator car frame allows. The adjusting drive can thus be realized independently of a drive unit or the like, which operates the elevator car frame itself.
Advantageously, the pulley brake acts directly on a rope pulley comprehensive cable drum or pulley. Here, the pulley brake can act directly on a cylinder jacket-shaped brake track of the cable drum or pulley. Furthermore, it is advantageous in this case that the pulley brake has a first brake lever and a second brake lever, which act against each other on the cylinder jacket-shaped brake track of the cable drum or pulley to brake the pulley or hold. The two brake levers can be actuated via a common force application point. This results in a force balanced braking effect. The pulley brake then essentially only loads the pulley with a braking torque.
It is also advantageous that the pulley brake has a third brake lever which is mounted on a common axis of rotation with the first brake lever, and a fourth brake lever which is mounted on a common axis of rotation with the second brake lever, and that the first brake lever and the third brake lever acts against the second brake lever and the fourth brake lever on the cylinder jacket brake track. In this case, a force balanced braking effect can also be achieved. The pulley is then acted upon by the pulley brake, at least substantially only by a braking torque from the first brake lever, the second brake lever, the third brake lever and the fourth brake lever is applied. This also achieves multiple redundancy. On the one hand results in a redundancy over the two brake levers, which can be actuated from a force application point. On the other hand, there is a redundancy about the possibility of two force introduction points at which separate actuators can attack.
Thus, it is also advantageous that the first brake lever and the second brake lever can be actuated from a first force introduction point and that the third brake lever and the fourth brake lever can be actuated from a common second force introduction point. In addition, it is also advantageous that upon actuation of the first brake lever and the second brake lever from the common first force introduction point from the first force introduction point via a first guide, which is configured for example as a slot, linearly guided. In addition, it is advantageous that when the third brake lever and the fourth brake lever are actuated from the common second force introduction point, the second force introduction point is linearly guided via a second guide, which is designed, for example, as a second elongated hole. As a result, the pulley brake can also be made robust against an occurring brake lever breakage.
In particular, it is advantageous for the actuation of the first and second brake levers to be implemented via an arm on the basis of a linear displacement of the force introduction point predetermined by the guide. Moreover, it is advantageous that the actuation of the second and the third brake lever is implemented due to a predetermined by the guide linear displacement of the force application point.
It is advantageous that the upper elevator car and the lower elevator car can be adjusted independently of a travel of the elevator car frame by a driving space provided for the travel of the elevator car frame. It is also advantageous that the at least one braking device can be activated so that the upper elevator car and the lower elevator car are held in the reference frame of the elevator car frame when the elevator car frame comes to a standstill in the driving space. Thus, during the process of the elevator car frame with the elevator cars through the elevator shaft, the adjustment of the elevator cars to each other take place. The elevator cage frame can thus be moved immediately in the direction of destination. The travel time can then be used for the adjustment of the elevator cars. If the elevator car frame comes to a standstill, then the braking devices are already active again. Therefore, it is also advantageous that a prime mover unit is provided, which is used for adjusting the elevator car frame in a provided for the travel of the elevator car frame driving space, and that enables the adjustment of the elevator car frame by the prime mover unit and holding the upper elevator car and the lower elevator car in the reference frame of the elevator car frame by the at least one braking device independently are.
With the proposed embodiments and modifications can therefore be achieved that at least one braking device in cooperation with the upper deflected traction means and the lower deflected traction means for braking or holding the upper elevator car and for braking or holding the lower elevator car is used.

During operation of the
The holding and adjusting
In a modified embodiment, the
The upper deflected traction means 27 is connected on the one hand at an
The lower deflected traction means 28 is connected on the one hand at an
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the opposite movement of the
On the
In a modified embodiment,

In an engaged state of the
On the other hand, when the
The adjustment drive 22 may be attached to the
Thus, there is a time saving during operation, since the adjustment of the
When the
The operation of the holding and
The holding and adjusting
If the
Somit kommt es zum Abbremsen der beiden Aufzugskabinen 20, 21.In a case where the
In a corresponding manner, in a situation in which the
By the

Furthermore, the
In the
The
When the
Furthermore, it can thus be achieved that the
In this embodiment, the brake levers 90, 91 act directly on the cylinder jacket-shaped
For example, the
For applying the operating force F B a preloaded spring may be provided. In such an embodiment, a force is applied to release the
The
The operation of the
For applying the actuation force -F B at the second
In a possible brake lever break, which affects at least one of the brake levers 90 to 93 and / or at least one of the
The design of the
With the
