Claims (9)

  1. Système de four industriel comprenant un système modulaire intégré modulaire pour des fours industriels à chauffage électrique avec châssis (5), au moins une couche d'isolation thermique (4) interne et des supports résistants à la chaleur (3) pour des éléments de chauffage (2) comme module de base pour au moins un module de surface de paroi, au moins un module de bord et/ou au moins un module d'angle et avec des éléments d'étanchéité, caractérisé en ce que le châssis (5) est attaché à la couche d'isolation thermique (4) ainsi que la couche d'isolation thermique (4) saisit et soutient le châssis (5) externe et des modules de base avoisinés, dimensionnellement stables et avec des points de connexion externes similaires (6) quadrilatéraux, peuvent être montés au châssis (5) externe pour la formation d'une chambre de four complète à grille carrée.
  2. Système de four industriel selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un dispositif de chauffage (2), des supports des éléments de chauffage (3) et des éléments de connexion électrique (8), par exemple des fiches, sont pourvus pour l'intégration avec les modules de base, l'au moins un élément de chauffage (3) étant attaché par le support à la couche d'isolation thermique (4).
  3. Système de four industriel selon la revendication 1 et/ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu le au moins un module de surface de paroi est chauffé.
  4. Système de four industriel selon la revendication 1 et/ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu le au moins un module de surface de paroi est conçu comme un module de porte.
  5. Système de four industriel selon la revendication 1 et/ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu le au moins un module de base est conçu comme un module de foyer pour stocker une charge de four.
  6. Système de four industriel selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu le au moins un module de surface de paroi est formé avec des douilles de mesure, des volets de refroidissement, des pièces de liaison et des lunettes de visée.
  7. Système de four industriel selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que pour des géométries de four plus complexes, le au moins un module de bord est conçu comme un module de bord intérieur et/ou le au moins un module d'angle comme module d'angle interne.
  8. Système de four industriel selon les revendications 1, caractérisé en ce que des unités de mesure, de régulation et de commande modulaires sont prévues pour la commande et la régulation individuelles de chaque module de base chauffable.
  9. Système de four industriel selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs modules de base sont interconnectables.
