Claims (10)

  1. Appareil de lissage automatique de coins également arrondis (A) de panneau essentiellement plats (P) réalisés en bois et/ou autre matériau ou d'autres produits manufacturés, durant une opération de peinture et/ou de finition des panneaux ou produits manufacturés qui, par des moyens appropriés, sont alimentés le long d'un trajet rectiligne, dans une direction prédéterminée (F) et à une vitesse qui peut également être élevée et est connue, avec chaque panneau successif (P) qui a, parallèle au trajet, un côté longitudinal (L) avec les coins avant (A') et arrière (A") à lisser faisant face à des moyens de lissage (T), caractérisé en ce que les moyens de lissage (T) sont montés sur un chariot (4) coulissant sur un guide (2) rectiligne et parallèle à la direction (F) d'alimentation des panneaux (P), le chariot (4) étant connecté à des moyens de mouvement alternatif (6) et de manière que, avec l'aide de moyens d'alignement et d'accrochage (7), le chariot (4) peut être commandé pour accompagner le panneau (P) dans son mouvement en avant, en se déplaçant à la même vitesse que celui-ci et avec une position relative prédéterminée et fixe ou un alignement, de manière que les moyens de lissage (T) situés sur le chariot (4) puisse poncer le coin arrondi avant (A') et arrière (A") du panneau (P) et puisse ensuite être éloigné du bord longitudinal (L) du panneau pour permettre le retour du chariot (4) avec les moyens de lissage vers la position de début de cycle, pour être en mesure d'opérer sur un panneau successif, il est prévu que, sur le côté du chariot (4) faisant face au côté longitudinal (L) du panneau (P), soit agencé un crochet (7), formant lesdits moyens d'alignement et d'accrochage, qui est connecté à des moyens de mouvement (11) adaptés pour amener le crochet (7) d'une position relevée au repos, au-dessus du panneau (P) et sans interférer avec celui-ci, à une position abaissée de travail contrôlée par des moyens de contacts de fin de course, dans laquelle la dent (107) du crochet (7) est disposée avec une surface verticale de celle-ci transversale sur le trajet du côté avant (LA) ou du côté arrière (LP) du panneau (P), pour être en mesure d'être couplée au côté et de manière que, également avec la contribution de son actionneur de mouvement linéaire (6), le chariot (4) puisse suivre le panneau (P) qui est alimenté dans la direction (F), avec un alignement précis et un synchronisme parfait.
  2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit chariot (4) et les moyens de lissage (T) situés sur le chariot sont positionnés à un niveau plus élevé que le niveau auquel les panneaux (P) passent à travers, de manière à ne pas être souillé par les poussières produites par le lissage.
  3. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le crochet (7), positionné sur le côté du chariot (4) faisant face au côté longitudinal (L) du panneau (P), est monté par ajustement serré avec sa tige sur un arbre (8), orthogonal audit côté longitudinal (L) du panneau (P), supporté de manière rotative par des supports (9) fixés sur le chariot (4) et sur l'extrémité duquel, qui fait saillie du côté opposé du chariot (4), est monté par ajustement serré un levier (10), connecté à la tige d'un ensemble cylindre-piston pneumatique (11), qui est ancré avec son corps à un support (12) fixé au chariot (4), le tout de manière que, au moyen du cylindre (11), le crochet (7) puisse être amené de ladite position relevée au repos, au-dessus du panneau (P) et sans interférer avec celui-ci, à ladite position abaissée de travail.
  4. Appareil selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que, dans la version (M1) de l'appareil responsable pour le lissage du coin avant (A') de chaque panneau (P), le crochet (7) est orienté de manière à être capable de s'accoupler au côté avant (LA) des panneaux, des moyens étant prévus par le biais desquels le crochet (7) peut être amené dans la position abaissée de travail en face et avant que le côté avant (LA) du panneau n'arrive et des moyens étant également prévus pour garantir que, déjà quand le chariot (4) est dans la position de début de cycle, l'actionneur de mouvement rectiligne correspondant (6) soit activé dans la course de travail avec une poussée susceptible de compenser la masse du chariot (4) et de tous les composants de lissage montés dessus, de manière que, quand le côté avant (LA) du panneau touche la dent (107) du crochet (7), le chariot (4) soit fait avancer sensiblement tiré par le panneau (P), avec une pression de contact limitée mais constante entre la dent (107) du crochet (7) et le côté avant (LA) du panneau, de manière à éviter même le moindre dommage pour le côté avant (LA).
  5. Appareil selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que, dans la version (M2) de l'appareil responsable pour le lissage du coin arrière (A") de chaque panneau (P), ledit crochet (7) est orienté de manière qu'il puisse s'accoupler au côté arrière (LP) des panneaux et en ce qu'il comprend des moyens par le biais desquels le crochet (7) peut être amené dans la position abaissée de travail, derrière le côté arrière (LP) du panneau qui l'a dépassé et des moyens étant également prévus, par le biais desquels l'actionneur de mouvement (6) fait avancer le chariot (4) avec les moyens de lissage (T) de manière à amener la dent (107) du crochet abaissé (7) en contact avec le côté arrière (LP) du panneau, avec un impact qui est limité et de manière à maintenir le contact sur toute la course de travail du chariot principal (4), avec une pression entre le crochet (7) et le côté arrière (LP) du panneau qui garantit lesdites conditions de synchronisme et d'alignement, mais évite même le moindre dommage pour le côté arrière (LP) du panneau.
  6. Appareil selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des capteurs pour détecter la pression entre la dent (107) du crochet (7) et le côté avant (LA) ou le côté arrière (LP) du panneau (P) durant la course de travail du chariot principal (4) par ses moyens de mouvement (6), les capteurs étant positionnés sur la dent (107) du crochet (7) ou sur des pièces associées à celle-ci, et qui peuvent être de type résistif, piézoélectrique ou similaire, ou adaptés pour détecter le degré de torsion auquel l'arbre de pivotement (8) dudit crochet (7) est soumis, ou être positionnés, sous la forme de transducteurs de pression, sur le cylindre (11) responsable du soulèvement et de l'abaissement du crochet (7).
  7. Appareil selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque appareil (M1, M2) est commandé par un processeur respectif (30) qui reçoit des informations sur les conditions d'alimentation et sur la position dans l'espace des côtés avant (LA) et arrière (LP) du panneau (P) à poncer, par l'unité de traitement (31), connu et appartenant au système de transport des panneaux (P) et qui reçoit également des informations (106, 111, 122, 128) provenant des moyens de contact de fin de course associés aux cylindres pneumatiques ou aux composants de l'appareil (M1, M2) commandé par les cylindres, des moyens étant prévus pour permettre au processeur (30) pour commander une interface électropneumatique (32) qui fournit le fonctionnement logique des divers ensembles cylindre-piston pneumatique de l'appareil, le processeur (30) étant également muni d'une connexion (33) pour le fonctionnement du moteur de rotation des moyens de lissage (T) et avec une connexion optionnelle (34) pour détecter le signal provenant desdits capteurs de la poussée survenant entre le crochet (7) et le côté avant ou arrière (LA, LP) du panneau, de manière à faire fonctionner l'actionneur d'entraînement (6) du chariot principal (4) de manière logique, pour garantir et maintenir le contact entre le crochet (7) et le panneau (P), en évitant simultanément même le moindre dommage pour la surface des côtés (LA, LA) touchée par la dent (107) du crochet (7).
  8. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de lissage comprennent une brosse abrasive (T) dont la surface de travail (T1) a une génératrice qui reproduit le profil du coin (A', A") à lisser et la brosses est montée par ajustement serré sur l'extrémité inférieure de l'arbre (113) d'une broche verticale (13) fixée sur l'extrémité distale d'un bras (14) pivotant sur un axe vertical (15) et sur le bras est fixé un moteur électrique (16) qui, au moyen d'une transmission (17) fait tourner ledit arbre (113) avec la brosse (T, T1) à la vitesse correcte et dans le sens correct, ledit pivot (15) étant supporté par un support (115) fixé sur un chariot auxiliaire (18) qui, au moyen de glissières (19), coulisse sur au moins un guide rectiligne (20) fixé sur le chariot (4) et orthogonale au guide (2) du chariot (4) et le chariot auxiliaire (18) est connecté à la tige d'un ensemble cylindre-piston pneumatique (22) ancré avec le corps latéralement au chariot (4) et, à cause de l'action duquel, un élément suiveur de came (24), positionné de manière coaxiale et rotative sur la section d'arbre (113) au-dessus de la brosse abrasive (T, T1), peut lire le profil oblique d'une came (25) positionnée au-dessus du côté longitudinal (L) du panneau (P), qui, avec son axe longitudinal, est parallèle au côté longitudinal (L) et qui est monté sur une structure de guidage et de coulissement (26) fixée sur l'avant du chariot principal (4) faisant face au panneau (P) et muni de moyens de vis-mère (27) pour régler la position longitudinale de la came (25), pour l'adapter avec précision aux besoins de l'appareil et également pour permettre de rattraper l'usure progressive sur la brosse abrasive (T, T1).

Appareil selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément suiveur de came (24) est constamment poussé sur ladite came (25) par un ensemble cylindrepiston pneumatique (28) qui interagit entre ledit bras (14) et un support (29) ancré au chariot (4), étant prévu que, quand l'appareil (M1, M2) est dans la position de début de cycle de travail, avec le crochet (7) dans la position abaissée pour être accouplé au côté avant (LA) ou arrière (LP) du panneau (P), ledit cylindre (28) ait la tige sortie et ledit cylindre (22) ait la tige rentrée, pour disposer le chariot auxiliaire (18) à l'extrémité de la course vers le flux de panneaux (P), avec le bras (14) sensiblement parallèle au côté longitudinal (L) du panneau et avec l'élément suiveur de came (24) qui lit une section convexe initiale (125) du profil de la came (25) pour disposer la surface de travail de la brosse (T, T1) en contact avec une interférence correcte avec le côté avant ou arrière (LA, LP) du panneau, devant ou derrière le coin (A', A") à poncer et éloigné de manière approprié du crochet d'alignement (7).
  10. Appareil selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, en raison de l'action de ladite unité de traitement (30), alors que le chariot principal (4) avance avec le panneau (P) sur le côté avant (LA) ou arrière (LP) duquel le crochet (7) est ancré, ledit cylindre (22) soit allongé progressivement pour déplacer le chariot auxiliaire (18) avec le pivot (15) du bras (14) en l'éloignant dudit panneau, de manière que, alors que le cylindre (28) qui maintient l'élément suiveur de came (24) adhérent au profil de la came (25) reste sous pression, l'élément suiveur (24) soit amené à lire une section intermédiaire (225) du profil de la came (25), qui amène la brosse abrasive (T, T1) à poncer la totalité de l'étendue du coin courbe (A', A") du panneau et à être disposé sur le côté longitudinal (L) du panneau, avec une interférence précise garantie par la position fixe de la came (25) par rapport au crochet (7) et par l'ancrage fixe temporaire du crochet sur le côté avant ou arrière (LA, LP) du panneau (P) passant à travers, étant prévu que, durant la dernière section de la course de retour du chariot auxiliaire (18), l'élément suiveur de came (24) soit amené à lire une dernière section (325) du profil de la came (25), avec l'effet d'éloigner la brosse abrasive (T) du côté longitudinal (L) du panneau, de manière que, en phase correcte avec le soulèvement du crochet (7), l'actionneur (6) puisse être commandé facultativement pour modifier sa vitesse et pour inverser la course du chariot principal (4), pour ramener l'appareil (M1, M2) dans la position de début de cycle, devant ou derrière un panneau suivant (P) et, quand le panneau arrive, le cylindre (22) est rétracté de manière que l'élément suiveur de came (24) lise à nouveau la section initiale (125) du profil de la came (25), avec la brosse abrasive (T, T1) positionnée devant ou derrière le côté avant ou arrière (LA, LP) du panneau suivant (P).
