Claims (8)

  1. Procédé de commande d'une machine de collage de boîte pliante (70) comprenant un dispositif d'emballage en aval pour l'emballage (3, 9) de boîtes pliantes (1) dans des contenants (2), en particulier dans des cartons, présentant les étapes suivantes:
    a) fabrication de boîtes pliantes (1) dans une machine de collage de boîtes pliantes (70),
    b) transfert des boîtes pliantes (1) par des éléments de transport (4, 9) d'un dispositif d'emballage en un flux de boîtes,
    c) pendant ce temps, surveiller le motif imprimé sur les boîtes pliantes (1), c'est-à-dire l'image imprimée dans chaque boîte pliante transférée dans le dispositif d'emballage au moyen d'un dispositif de détection (60), en particulier constitué par un capteur ou une caméra,
    d) ensuite emballer automatiquement les boîtes pliantes (1) dans des contenants (2),
    dans lequel, lorsqu'une modification du motif est constatée à l'étape c), on divise à l'étape d) le flux de boîtes et on prépare un nouveau contenant (2) pour les boîtes pliantes (1) munies du motif modifié.
  2. Procédé de commande d'une machine de collage de boîtes pliantes comprenant un dispositif d'emballage en aval selon la revendication 1, dans lequel on effectue la division du flux de boîtes, par le fait que l'on transfère provisoirement plus lentement les boîtes pliantes (1) munies du motif modifié.
  3. Procédé de commande d'une machine de collage de boîtes pliantes comprenant un dispositif d'emballage en aval selon une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on signale à un opérateur de la machine quand un contenant (2) n'a pas été complètement rempli de boîtes pliantes (1).
  4. Procédé de commande d'une machine de collage de boîtes pliantes comprenant un dispositif d'emballage en aval selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un contenant (2) incomplètement rempli de boîtes pliantes (1) est marqué et/ou éjecté par le dispositif d'emballage.
  5. Procédé de commande d'une machine de collage de boîtes pliantes comprenant un dispositif d'emballage en aval selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de détection (60) accède à l'étape c) à au moins un motif stocké dans une mémoire (62).
  6. Procédé de commande d'une machine de collage de boîtes pliantes comprenant un dispositif d'emballage en aval selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'on a préparé le motif au préalable dans un processus d'apprentissage.
  7. Procédé de commande d'une machine de collage de boîtes pliantes comprenant un dispositif d'emballage en aval selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'on prépare le motif à partir d'une banque de données (63) reliée selon la technique de communication de données.
  8.
