Claims (8)
- Zugseil (1) mit einer Monoblock-Seele (2), die einen zentralen Kern (4) aufweist, der an seinem Umfang mit einer Reihe von Flügeln (5) versehen ist, die in regelmäßigen Abständen zueinander sind und zwischen einander Aufnahmekehlen (6) bilden, die einen zumindest teilweise kreisförmigen Querschnitt haben, und Litzen (3), die um die besagte Seele (2) herum angeordnet sind durch Eingesetzt-sein in jede der besagten Aufnahmekehlen (6), sodass der Verbund aus der besagten Seele (2) und den besagten Litzen (3) eine äußere Hülle mit einer im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Gestalt hat, wobei die Litzen (3) in den Aufnahmekehlen (6) festgesetzt sind, ohne deshalb die Flügel (5) fließen zu lassen, welche sie separieren, wobei der Durchmesser der Aufnahmekehlen (6) kleiner als jener der Litzen (3) ist.
- Seil gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die besagten Flügel (5) einen Kompressionsmodul haben, der von jenem des zentralen Kerns (4) verschieden ist.
- Seil gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, wobei der zentrale Kern (4) ferner eine Litze (8) aufweist, die in dem Kern (4) eingebettet ist, wobei die besagte Litze (8) dimensioniert ist, um an der Aufnahme von Zugkräften, die durch das Seil übertragen werden, mitzuwirken oder um es zu beschweren.
- Seil gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der zentrale Kern ferner Fasern aufweist, die ausgewählt sind, um an der Aufnahme von Zugkräften, die durch das Seil übertragen werden, mitzuwirken, oder um es zu beschweren.
- Seil gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Materialien, welche die besagte Seele (2) ausbilden, Polymere sind, welche Füllstoffe aufweisen, die dazu bestimmt sind, ihre mechanischen Kompressions-Eigenschaften zu verbessern, und/oder ihnen Widerstandseigenschaften gegen UV-Strahlen zu verleihen und/oder sie elektrisch leitend zu machen und/oder ihnen Schmiereigenschaften zu verleihen.
- Seil gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Anzahl an Litzen zwischen 3 und 16 beträgt und bevorzugt gleich 6 ist.
- Seil gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Litzen (3) individuell komprimiert sind vor dem Zusammenbau mit der Monoblock-Seele (2).
- Verwendung eines Seils gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 als reines Zugseil oder als Trag-Zug-Seil.
