Claims (10)

  1. Zug- und Hubkabel (1) mit Drahtlitzen innen (2), die miteinander verdrillt sind, und zumindest eine Schicht von Drahtlitzen (4) außen, die um diese inneren Drahtlitzen (2) verdrillt sind, gekennzeichnet
    dadurch, dass jede äußere Drahtlitze (4) eine zentrale Seele (5) aus verformbarem Kunststoffmaterial enthält;
    • und dadurch, dass diese äußeren Drahtlitzen (4) zerquetscht und flachgedrückt werden, so dass die Drähte (4a), die jede äußere Litze bilden (4), in mindestens zwei Schichten angeordnet sind, die Kontakt miteinander haben, und ausgerichtet sind, entlang den mindestens zwei entsprechenden Schichten der angrenzenden Außenlitzen (4), wobei diese zentrale Seele (5) jeder äußeren Litze (4) gewandert ist, so dass die zwischen den beiden Schichten und zwischen den Drähten (4a), die jede äußere Litze bilden (4), vorhandenen Zwischenräume zu füllen.
  2. Zug- und Hubkabel (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass seine Außenfläche regelmäßig und zylindrisch ist.
  3. Zug- und Hubkabel (1) gemäß Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die inneren Drahtlitzen (2) miteinander um einen Kern (3) aus Kunststoff oder aus Synthetikfasern oder Stahl- oder Aluminiumdraht verdrillt sind.
  4. Zug- und Hubkabel (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zentrale Seele der Außenlitzen aus Polypropylen oder aus Polyamid besteht oder eine Kombination synthetischer Faser ist.
  5. Zug- und Hubkabel (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Kunststoffmaterial in dieses Seil (1) zwischen die inneren Drahtlitzen (2) und die äußeren Drahtlitzen (4) imprägniert ist.
  6. Zug- und Hubkabel (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass keine deutlichen Einkerbungen zwischen jeweils den Drähten der äußeren Drahtlitzen (4) und denen der inneren Drahtlitzen (2) vorhanden sind.
  7. Zug- und Hubkabel (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die inneren Drahtlitzen (2) miteinander in einer ersten Rotationsrichtung verdrillt sind, und dass die äußeren Drahtlitzen (4) um die inneren Drahtlitzen (2) in einer zweiten Rotationsrichtung verdrillt sind.
  8. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Zug- und Hubkabels mit Drahtlitzen innen (2), die miteinander verdrillt sind, und zumindest eine Schicht von äußeren Drahtlitzen (4), die um diese inneren Drahtlitzen (2) verdrillt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass jede äußere Drahtlitze (4) eine zentrale Seele (5) aus verformbarem Kunststoffmaterial enthält;
    • und dass das genannte Verfahren darin besteht, den Umfang dieses Seils einer Hämmerung zu unterziehen, um einerseits die äußeren Drahtlitzen (4) zu zerquetschen und abzuflachen, so dass die Drähte (4a), die jede äußere Drahtlitze (4) bilden, sich in mindestens zwei Schichten anordnen, die Kontakt miteinander haben, und zu den mindestens zwei entsprechenden Schichten der angrenzenden Außenlitzen (4) ausgerichtet sind, und andererseits um die zentrale Seele (5) der äußeren Litzen (4) dazu zu bringen, in die zwischen den beiden Schichten vorhandenen Zwischenräume und zwischen die Drähte (4a), die jede äußere Litze bilden (4), zu wandern, um diese zu füllen.
  9. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Zug- und Hubkabels gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich um eine Drehhämmerung handelt, die gleichzeitig auf den gesamten Umfang des Seils ausgeübt wird und mit Lauf des Seils in Längsrichtung, mit konstanter Geschwindigkeit.
  10. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Zug- und Hubkabels gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehhämmerung sukzessive auf die gesamte Seillänge ausgeübt wird.
