Claims (14)

  1. Outil de démontage pour bougies de préchauffage d'un moteur à combustion interne, selon lequel :
    - les bougies de préchauffage présentent, au niveau d'une zone accessible, une section de prise non ronde, en particulier polygonale, respectivement hexagonale, laquelle repose sur une section de support réduite dans la section transversale ;
    - l'outil de démontage présente un manchon de préhension externe et un manchon de serrage interne qui se trouve dans le manchon de préhension externe ;
    - le manchon de préhension externe présente une ouverture de manchon de préhension et le manchon de serrage interne présente une ouverture de manchon de serrage ;
    - l'ouverture de manchon de préhension et l'ouverture de manchon de serrage sont alignées l'une avec l'autre et les deux ouvertures de manchon présentent une section transversale qui peut être guidée à travers la section de prise de la bougie de préchauffage ;
    caractérisé en ce que
    - le manchon de préhension externe est plus long et son ouverture de manchon de préhension se trouve devant l'ouverture de manchon de serrage du manchon de serrage ;
    - l'ouverture de manchon de préhension présente une section transversale, dans laquelle la section de prise de la bougie de préchauffage peut être introduite dans une première position de rotation des deux pièces l'une par rapport à l'autre ;
    - dans une deuxième position de rotation qui est en torsion vis-à-vis de la première position de rotation, l'ouverture de manchon de préhension se situe au-dessous de la section de prise de la bougie de préchauffage et prend appui sur la face inférieure de la section de prise, au niveau d'au moins deux points de prise au moyen d'une bordure supérieure de l'ouverture de manchon.
  2. Outil de démontage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de manchon de préhension et l'ouverture de manchon de serrage présentent la même section transversale.
  3. Outil de démontage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de manchon de préhension et l'ouverture de manchon de serrage sont cylindriques.
  4. Outil de démontage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la section transversale de l'ouverture de manchon de préhension correspond à la section transversale de la section de prise de la bougie de préchauffage, et est de préférence un peu plus grande, respectivement est entre 1 % et 10 % plus grande en vue de faciliter le passage.
  5. Outil de démontage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le manchon de serrage est capable de pivoter dans le manchon de préhension autour d'un axe de rotation avec un angle de rotation, selon lequel l'axe de rotation court à travers les ouvertures de manchon et le long de leurs directions longitudinales.
  6. Outil de démontage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un angle de rotation est limité par une butée d'angle de rotation, selon lequel en particulier un angle de rotation maximal s'élève à 30°.
  7. Outil de démontage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un accouplement d'outil est prévu au niveau de l'extrémité du manchon de préhension qui est éloignée de l'ouverture de manchon de préhension, en particulier est vissé dedans.
  8. Outil de démontage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la longueur de l'ouverture de manchon de préhension est comprise entre 2 mm et 5 mm, de préférence entre 3 mm et 4 mm.
  9. Outil de démontage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une vis de blocage est vissée dans l'extrémité supérieure du manchon de préhension externe et peut être vissée de telle sorte, en étant appliquée dans la direction axiale, contre une zone supérieure du manchon de serrage qui pénètre dans un filetage intérieur pour cette vis de blocage, que le manchon de serrage est capable de pivoter ou se trouve bloqué dans la position de torsion dans le manchon de préhension du fait du mouvement de la vis, dans laquelle position de torsion les ouvertures de manchon du manchon de préhension et du manchon de serrage sont en torsion l'une par rapport à l'autre par leurs sections transversales, respectivement ne sont pas alignées par leurs sections transversales, selon lequel le manchon de serrage vient enserrer la section de prise avec l'ouverture de manchon de serrage.
  10. Outil de démontage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la vis de blocage est moletée ou rugueuse au niveau de la face externe.
  11. Outil de démontage selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un adaptateur de prise d'outil est vissé dans la vis de blocage en vue de l'application de la force de traction destinée à l'extraction de la bougie de préchauffage.
  12. Outil de démontage selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'une extrémité supérieure du manchon de préhension présente au niveau du filetage intérieur le même diamètre que la face externe de la vis de blocage et est, en particulier, également moletée ou rugueuse.
  13. Outil de démontage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un contour intérieur, lequel est accessible depuis l'extrémité supérieure, est prévu dans le manchon de serrage, de préférence sous la forme de quatre pans creux ou de six pans creux.
  14. Outil de démontage selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le contour intérieur est prévu à proximité de l'extrémité supérieure du manchon de serrage, respectivement au niveau de la zone d'extrémité du manchon de serrage qui se trouve éloignée de l'ouverture de manchon de serrage.
