Claims (6)

  1. Agencement d'emballage (10) pour la manipulation en vrac d'un matériau fluide et adapté pour être placé à l'intérieur d'un conteneur de vrac intermédiaire (IBC = Intermediary Bulk Container) comprenant un sac intérieur flexible (12) adapté à la forme pour contenir le matériau fluide, le sac intérieur ayant une entrée de produit (14) par laquelle le matériau fluide peut être introduit dans le sac intérieur (12) et une sortie du produit (16) par laquelle le matériau fluide peut fluer du sac intérieur (12); et un élément entournant (18) adapté pour entourer le sac intérieur (12) et adapté pour former des poches d'air (20, 22, 24, 26, 28) ou des compartiments d'air ayant des entrées (30, 32, 34) à travers lesquelles de l'air peut être introduit dans les poches d'air (20, 22, 24, 26, 28) ou compartiments d'air, caractérisé en ce que l'élément entournant (18) est flexible, comporte au moins deux couches et est adapté pour former au moins cinq poches d'air (20, 22, 24, 26, 26, 28) ou des compartiments d'air au moyen d'une ou de deux étanchéitées (21) entre l'élément environnant (18) et le sac intérieur (12), dont au moins une des poches d'air (20, 22, 24, 26, 28) ou des compartiments d'air est adaptée pour ne pas recevoir d'air, et dont au moins quatre des poches d'air (20, 22, 24, 26, 28) ou compartiments d'air sont adaptés pour recevoir d'air et dont au moins trois des poches d'air (20, 22, 24, 26, 28) ou des compartiments d'air sont reliés entre eux par des passages entre eux, et comprenant au moins une entrée (30, 32, 34) dans les poches d'air (20, 22, 24, 26, 28) ou des compartiments d'air adaptés pour recevoir l'air et à travers lesquels de l'air peut être introduit dans au moins quatre des poches (20, 22, 24, 26, 28,28) ou des compartiments d'air adaptés pour recevoir de l'air et exercer ainsi une pression sur le sac intérieur (12) pour donner au sac intérieur (12) une forme variable adaptée pour faciliter le guidage du matériau fluide vers la sortie du produit (16) et hors du sac intérieur (12) à travers la sortie du produit (16), et pour réduire la quantité du matériau en vrac et empêcher ainsi une fin prématurée du retrait du matériau fluide.
  2. Agencement selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le sac intérieur (12) et l'élément environnant (18) sont composés d'un matériau transparent.
  3. Agencement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, qui comprend un distributeur (44) à l'intérieur du sac intérieur (12) pour aider à forcer la matière fluide hors du sac intérieur (12) à travers la sortie du produit (16).
  4. Agencement selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le distributeur (44) est un dispositif libre inséré dans le sac intérieur (12).
  5. Agencement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel le matériau fluide est pulvérulent, pâteux et/ou liquide.
  6. Agencement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel le récipient pour vrac intermédiaire a une capacité de 50 à 500 gallons ou environ 189 à 2000 litres.
