Claims (14)
- System zur Befestigung plattenförmiger Schutzelemente (16) für Brüstungen umfassend:- eine Vielzahl von Grundkörpern (10), die dazu ausgebildet sind, auf einer gattungsgemäßen Fläche (A) für den Einbau des Systems abgestützt und befestigt zu werden, wobei jeder Grundkörper (10) in Form eines kastenförmigen Profils mit einem im Wesentlichen U-förmigen Abschnitt hergestellt, im oberen Teil offen und im unteren Teil mit einem oder mehreren Befestigungsmitteln (12) auf der Fläche (A) versehen ist, und wobei innerhalb des kastenförmigen Abschnitts (10) wenigstens eine Rinne (14) definiert ist, in die der untere Abschnitt wenigstens eines plattenförmigen Schutzelements (16) eingefügt ist;- wenigstens ein unteres Auflageelement (18), das auf der unteren Innenfläche der Rinne (14) eingebaut ist;- eine Vielzahl von ersten seitlichen Auflage- und Einspannelementen (24) des plattenförmigen Schutzelements (16), die auf einer ersten seitlichen Innenfläche (20) der Rinne (14) eingebaut sind; und- wenigstens ein zweites seitliches Auflage- und Einspannelement (26) des plattenförmigen Schutzelements (16), das auf einer zweiten seitlichen Innenfläche (22) der Rinne (14) eingebaut ist, die der ersten seitlichen Innenfläche (20) gegenüberliegt,wobei- wenigstens ein Teil der ersten seitlichen Auflage- und Einspannelemente (24) aus einer Scheibe (28) besteht, die in Bezug auf einen Stift (30) pendelt, der mit der ersten seitlichen Innenfläche (20) wirkend gekoppelt ist; und- das wenigstens eine zweite seitliche Auflage- und Einspannelement (26) aus einer Platte besteht, die um einen festen Stift (38) schwenkt, wobei die Schwingung der Scheiben (28) und der Kippplatte (26) eine entsprechende Schwingung des plattenförmigen Schutzelements (16) um eine vertikale Ebene ermöglicht, um die Bündigkeit des plattenförmigen Schutzelements (16) zu erhalten.
- System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift (30) längs einer im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Entfaltungsebene des plattenförmigen Schutzelements (16) verlaufenden Richtung bewegbar ist, um einen kontrastierenden Eingriff der jeweiligen Scheibe (28) in das plattenförmige Schutzelement (16) zu erhalten, wenn der untere Abschnitt des plattenförmigen Schutzelements (16) in die Rinne (14) eingesetzt ist.
- System nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift (30) mit der ersten seitlichen Innenfläche (20) mittels einer Schrauben-Mutter-Verbindung wirkend gekoppelt und mit einem Kopf (32) versehen ist, der von einer ersten Außenseite (34) der Rinne (14), d.h. der Außenseite (34) zugänglich ist, die der ersten seitlichen Innenfläche (20) entspricht, derart, dass die axiale Bewegung des Stifts (30) durch Verwendung eines Einstellwerkzeugs (36) möglich ist.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (26) mit einer im Wesentlichen flachen Frontfläche (40) versehen ist, die ausgebildet ist, um von dem plattenförmigen Schutzelement (16) kontrastierend in Eingriff genommen zu werden, ebenso wie mit einer konvexen hinteren Fläche (42), die ausgebildet ist, um an einem entsprechenden konkaven Abschnitt (44) der zweiten seitlichen Innenfläche (22) zu haften und zu gleiten, wenn die Platte (26) um den festen Stift (38) kippt.
- System nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine einzelne Platte (26) auf der zweiten seitlichen Innenfläche (22) umfasst, wobei die einzelne Platte (26) eine Länge aufweist, die im Wesentlichen gleich der Länge des entsprechenden Grundkörpers (10) in Längsrichtung ist, und eine Höhe, die im Wesentlichen gleich der Höhe der Rinne (14) in vertikaler Richtung ist, um eine maximale Auflagefläche für das plattenförmige Schutzelement (16) vorzusehen, wobei die Auflagefläche aus der im Wesentlichen flachen Frontfläche (40) besteht.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Auflageelement (18) fest auf der unteren Innenfläche der Rinne (14) eingebaut und mit einer konvexen oberen Fläche (46) versehen ist, um mögliche Neigungen zu erleichtern, die das plattenförmige Schutzelement (16) mit Bezug auf eine vertikale Ebene während des Schrittes des Systemeinbaus einnehmen könnte.
- System nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Auflageelement (18) eine Länge aufweist, die im Wesentlichen gleich der Länge des entsprechenden Grundkörpers (10) in Längsrichtung ist, ebenso wie eine Breite, die im Wesentlichen gleich der Breite der Rinne (14) in Querrichtung ist, um eine maximale Auflagefläche für das plattenförmige Schutzelement (16) vorzusehen, wobei die Auflagefläche aus der konvexen oberen Fläche (46) besteht.
- System nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Auflageelement (18) mit einem oder mehreren Leuchtelementen zur Beleuchtung des plattenförmigen Schutzelements (16) versehen ist.
- System nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Auflageelement (18) aus transparentem Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt und wenigstens ein Leuchtelement darin eingearbeitet ist, das aus einem Band aus LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) besteht.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Grundkörper (10) seitlich und im oberen Teil mit geformten Rillen (48) versehen ist, um eine oder mehrere längslaufende Abdeckplatten (50) aufzunehmen, die ausgebildet sind, um die Grundkörper (10) und die dazu gehörenden Innenbauteile vollständig abzudecken, so dass nur die plattenförmigen Schutzelemente (16) in die montierte Anordnung des Systems auskragen.
- System nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede längslaufende Abdeckplatte (50) jeweils mit einer Dichtung (52) versehen ist, die ausgebildet ist, um gegen die plattenförmigen Schutzelemente (16) anzuliegen und dadurch das Eindringen von Wasser in die Grundkörper (10) zu verhindern.
- System nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den aneinander anliegenden Grundkörpern (10) ein Bauteil (56) eingefügt ist, um Regenwasser oder Abwasser, das auf der Installationsfläche (A) des Systems gesammelt wird, zu fördern und abzuleiten, wobei das Element (56) zum Fördern und Ableiten durch entsprechende Befestigungsmittel auf der Fläche (A) befestigt ist.
- System nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Paare von entsprechenden längslaufenden Abdeckplatten (50), die auf beiden Seiten der Brüstung angebracht sind, mit entsprechenden Fenstern (58) zum Abdecken der Bauteile (56) zum Fördern und Ableiten versehen sind, wobei jedes Fenster (58) eine jeweilige Öffnung (60) umfasst, die es dem Wasser ermöglicht, aus der System-Installationsfläche (A), die die Brüstung durchquert, nach außen abzufließen.
- Verfahren zum Anbringen von Brüstungen unter Verwendung eines Systems zur Befestigung von plattenförmigen Elementen (16) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verfahren folgende Schritte umfasst:- Abstützen und anschließendes Befestigen einer Vielzahl von Grundkörpern (10) auf der System-Installationsfläche (A) ;- hintereinander Einsetzen der plattenförmigen Schutzelemente (16) in die Rinne (14) der Grundkörper (10) zur Vervollständigung der Brüstung;- Ausrichten nur der ersten seitlichen Auflage- und Einspannelemente (24) des plattenförmigen Schutzelements (16), das auf der ersten seitlichen Innenfläche (20) der Rinne (14) eingebaut ist, derart, dass die Schwingung der Scheiben (28) der ersten seitlichen Auflage- und Einspannelemente (24) eine entsprechende Schwingung um eine vertikale Ebene sowohl des zweiten seitlichen Auflage- und Einspannelements (26) als auch des plattenförmigen Schutzelements (16) bewirkt, wodurch die Neigung und Bündigkeit des plattenförmigen Schutzelements (16) erhalten wird.
