  • Another advantage of the clamping system, according to the invention is that it significantly reduces the number of components that need to be clamped in order to lock the slab-like element in position, and also reduces the readjustment effects that the clamping of one clamping element has on those nearby.
  • Yet another advantage of the fixing system, according to the invention, is that the installation of the slab-like element, as well as the maintenance of the system itself can be carried out from the inside of the parapet, railing or balustrade, thus remaining inside the balcony or terrace, without having to resort to external ladders or scaffolding, as it is not necessary to reach the outside of the parapet, railing or balustrade.

Claims (10)

  1. System (1) zur Befestigung plattenförmiger Elemente (16), insbesondere für Geländer, Balustraden und Brüstungen, umfassend:
    - mindestens einen Grundkörper (10), der dazu konfiguriert ist, auf einer generischen Installationsfläche platziert und befestigt zu werden, in Form eines kastenförmigen Profils mit einem im Wesentlichen U-förmigen Querschnitt hergestellt ist, am oberen Teil offen ist und einen Kanal (14) definiert, in den der untere Abschnitt des mindestens einen schutzplattenförmigen Elements (16) eingesetzt ist;
    - mindestens ein unteres Stützelement (18), das an der unteren Innenfläche des Kanals (14) montiert ist;
    - mindestens ein seitliches Stütz- und Halteelement (26) des mindestens einen plattenförmigen Elements (16), das an einer ersten inneren Seitenfläche (22) des Kanals (14) montiert ist, wobei das mindestens eine seitliche Stütz- und Halteelement (26) eine Platte (27) umfasst, die um ein feststehendes Stiftelement (38) schwenkt;
    - eine Vielzahl von seitlichen Stütz- und Haltegruppen (24) des mindestens einen plattenförmigen Elements (16), das an einer zweiten inneren Seitenfläche (20) des Kanals (14) montiert ist, die der ersten inneren Seitenfläche (22) zugewandt ist, wobei jede der seitlichen Stütz- und Haltegruppen (24) Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen Schieber (240), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (240) mit einer konvexen Rückfläche (52) versehen ist, die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie auf einem entsprechenden konkaven Abschnitt (54) der zweiten inneren Seitenfläche (20) gleitet und um ein feststehendes Stiftelement (241) schwenkt, wobei der Schieber (240) eine Lasche (242), die in Richtung des Inneren des Kanals (14) vorsteht, und ein Paar von geneigten Flächen (243, 244) umfasst, die in Bezug auf die vorstehende Lasche (242) einander gegenüberliegen, und ferner gekennzeichnet durch ein Paar von Keilen (245, 246), die so positioniert sind, dass sie einander in Bezug auf die Lasche (242) gegenüberliegen, wobei jeder der Keile (245, 246) seine eigene geneigte Fläche (247, 248) aufweist, die ausgelegt ist, um auf einer jeweiligen geneigte Fläche (243, 244) des Paars von geneigten Flächen (243, 244) des Schiebers (240) zu gleiten, wobei ein erster Keil (245) des Paars von Keilen (245, 246) auf der Lasche (242) entlang einer ersten Klemmrichtung mittels mindestens eines ersten Klemmglieds (249) klemmbar ist, ein zweiter Keil (246) des Paars von Keilen (245, 246) auf der Lasche (242) entlang einer zweiten Klemmrichtung, im Wesentlichen entgegengesetzt zu der ersten Klemmrichtung, mittels mindestens eines zweiten Klemmglieds (250) klemmbar ist, wobei die Einstellung der Klemmung des mindestens einen ersten Klemmglieds (249) und des mindestens einen zweiten Klemmglieds (250) es ermöglicht, in Synergie mit der Oszillation des mindestens einen seitlichen Stütz- und Halteelements (26) die Neigung des plattenförmigen Elements (16) um eine vertikale Ebene zu modifizieren, um die Rechtwinkligkeit des plattenförmigen Elements (16) zu erhalten.
  2. Befestigungssystem (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der erste Keil (245) und der zweite Keil (246) mit einer im Wesentlichen flachen Vorderfläche (50) versehen sind, die dazu konfiguriert ist, durch Kontrast mit dem plattenförmigen Element (16) einzugreifen.
  3. Befestigungssystem (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der mindestens eine Grundkörper (10) eine Länge aufweist, die größer oder gleich der Länge in Längsrichtung des darin eingesetzten plattenförmigen Elements (16) ist.
  4. Befestigungssystem (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend für jeden Meter Länge in Längsrichtung des Grundkörpers (10) eine Anzahl von seitlichen Stütz- und Haltegruppen (24) zwischen vier und sechs, vorzugsweise zwischen vier und fünf und noch bevorzugter gleich vier.
  5. Befestigungssystem (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein erstes Klemmglied (249) und das mindestens eine zweite Klemmglied (25) beide von oben durch den oberen offenen Abschnitt des Kanals (14) auf derselben Seite des Grundkörpers (10) und des plattenförmigen Elements (16) zugänglich sind.
  6. Befestigungssystem (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend ein oberes Abdeckprofil (30), das konfiguriert ist, um oben die Öffnung zu schließen, die zwischen dem plattenförmigen Element (16) und der inneren Seitenwand (32) des Grundkörpers (10) vorhanden ist.
  7. Befestigungssystem (1) nach Anspruch 6, wobei das obere Abdeckprofil (30) auf einer ersten Seite Schnappkopplungsmittel (31) oder Gleitkopplungsmittel mit der inneren Seitenwand (32) des Grundkörpers (10) und auf einer zweiten Seite, die der ersten Seite gegenüberliegt, eine Dichtung (33) aufweist, die dazu konfiguriert ist, an dem plattenförmigen Element (16) anzuliegen.
  8. Befestigungssystem (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein erstes Klemmglied (249) eine Schraube (251) umfasst, die durch ein im ersten Keil (245) erhaltenes Durchgangsloch (253) verläuft, wobei eine entsprechende Mutterschraube (255) in der Lasche (242) ausgebildet ist.
  9. Befestigungssystem (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein zweites Klemmglied (250) eine Schraube (252) umfasst, die durch ein in der Lasche (242) erhaltenes Durchgangsloch (254) verläuft, wobei eine entsprechende Mutterschraube (256) im zweiten Keil (246) ausgebildet ist.
  10. Befestigungssystem (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend zwei erste Klemmglieder (249) und ein einziges zweites Klemmglied (250), wobei die zwei ersten Klemmglieder (249) auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten in Bezug auf das zweite Klemmglied (250) angeordnet sind.
