Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Wandelement für eine Zarge nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 sowie eine Zarge mit einem solchen Wandelement bzw. einer Schublade mit einer entsprechenden Zarge und ein Möbel mit einer derartigen Schublade.
    • Stand der Technik
  • Aus dem Stand der Technik sind insbesondere Hohlkammerzargen für Schubladen in vielfältiger Ausführungsform bereits bekannt. Bspw. ist eine Variante einer Hohlkammerzarge in der DE 20 2009 013 393 U1 gezeigt.
  • Hohlkammerzargen haben den Vorteil, dass Schubladenführungssysteme darin untergebracht werden können, wodurch sich zum Beispiel Bauhöhe einsparen bzw. für eine Schublade in einem Fall mit Unterflurführung maximieren lässt.
  • Derartige Hohlkammerzargen lassen sich in verschiedenen Oberflächen realisieren, insbesondere durch Farbwahl eines die Außenkontur der Hohlkammerzarge bildenden Blechbiegeteils.
    • Aufgabe und Vorteile der Erfindung
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten einer Zarge, insbesondere Hohlkammerzarge, zu erweitern.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1, 8 oder 9 gelöst.
  • In den abhängigen Ansprüchen sind vorteilhafte und zweckmäßige Weiterbildungen der Erfindung angegeben.
  • Zunächst geht die Erfindung von einem Wandelement für eine Zarge einer Schublade mit einem Zargenkörper aus, der ein Basisteil, das einen Hohlraum zur Aufnahme eines Schubladenführungssystems und ein Hüllelement zur Umhüllung des Basisteils aufweist. Der Kern der Erfindung liegt nun darin, dass das Wandelement zumindest den oberen Teil der Zarge mit oberer Stirnfläche und gegenüberliegenden vertikalen Wandabschnitten bildet und dass das Wandelement dazu ausgelegt ist, von oben auf den Zargenkörper aufgesteckt und auf dem Zargenkörper fixiert zu werden.
  • Das Wandelement überdeckt vorzugsweise zumindest einen Teil des Hüllelements. Gegebenenfalls ist es so ausgestaltet, dass es das Hüllelement auch im Seitenbereich zumindest teilweise überdeckt.
  • Das Wandelement ist vorzugsweise für einen Zargenkörper ausgebildet, der in der Lage ist, die Stützkräfte für das Schubladensystem bereitzustellen, also für sich allein betrachtet bereits ein statisch tragfähiges System für ein Schubladenführungssystem bildet. Das Wandelement wird auf den Zargenkörper aufgeschnappt und/oder mit diesem verklemmt und definiert damit bevorzugt die optische Ausgestaltung der Zarge in wesentlichen Bereichen.
  • Im Weiteren ist es erfindungsgemäß, dass eine Wischlippe zur Anlage an einer Oberseite eines Schubladenbodens vorgesehen ist. Damit lässt sich mit dem Wandelement eine gute Anbindung an die restliche Schublade erreichen.
  • Von oben innen betrachtet definiert damit das Wandelement vollständig die Außenseite der Zarge vom Schubladenboden bis zur oberen Stirnfläche.
  • In einer außerdem bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung bildet das Wandelement im angebrachten Zustand am Hüllelement der Zarge ein über die Länge der Zarge sich erstreckenden Hohlraum über dem Hüllelement.
  • Auf diese Weise ergibt sich eine hohe Flexibilität einer Vorgabe der Höhe der Zarge, die über die gesamte Höhe des Hohlraums des Wandelements über einen Zargenkörper frei anpassbar ist. Das Basisteil mit Hüllelement behindert nirgends. Vorzugsweise erstreckt sich das Wandelement über die gesamte Länge der Zarge.
  • Um vielfältige Designanmutungen wenig aufwändig an der Zarge realisieren zu können, wird darüber hinaus vorgeschlagen, dass das Wandelement erfindungsgemäß einen Rücksprung zum Einsetzen einer Dekorfläche aufweist. Die Dekorfläche kann sich zum Beispiel vollflächig an der Außenseite vom Rücksprung bis zur Stirnfläche und über die komplette Länge des Wandelements erstrecken. In einer überdies bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung deckt das Wandelement einen Teil des Hüllelements der Zarge im montierten Zustand ab. Gegebenenfalls ist das Wandelement dazu ausgebildet, stumpf an einen Horizontalabschnitt des Zargenkörpers, insbesondere des Hüllelements im montierten Zustand anzustoßen.
  • In einer erfindungsgemäßen Ausgestaltung der Erfindung bildet das Wandelement die Außenkontur der Zarge, wobei die Außenkontur in einem montierten Zustand an einer fertigen Schublade von oben außen und oben innen für einen Benutzer sichtbar ist.
  • Vorzugsweise wird die Außenkontur durch das Wandelement an einer fertigen Schublade für eine Betrachtung von oben außen bzw. oben innen vollständig gebildet, das heißt das Wandelement überzieht den Zargenkörper bis auf eine untere Öffnung für ein Schubladenführungssystem bzw. Stirnöffnungen zum Anschluss von Frontwand und Rückwand vollends.
  • Außerdem vorteilhaft ist es, dass das Wandelement sich über mehr als die Hälfte einer Länge der Zarge erstreckt. Damit kann mit dem Wandelement die Zarge überwiegend gestaltet werden.
  • Darüber hinaus vorteilhaft ist es, dass das Wandelement ausgezeichnete Befestigungspunkte zur Anbringung am Zargenkörper besitzt. Zum Beispiel wird das Wandelement an vertikal verlaufenden Montagesäulen an den ausgezeichneten Befestigungspunkten montiert, zum Beispiel aufgeklipst, durch insbesondere eine Bewegung von oben.
  • In einer darüber hinaus günstigen Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist das Wandelement ein gewinkeltes Blechteil. Ein solches lässt sich kostengünstig und insbesondere in verschiedenen Dekoren, insbesondere Farben, herstellen.

  • In Figur 1 ist ein Ausschnitt einer Schublade 1 mit einer Schubladenfront 2, einer Rückwand 3, einem Schubladenboden 4 sowie einem Zargenkörper 5. Der Zargenkörper 5 ist in Figur 2 im Schnitt dargestellt.
  • Der Zargenkörper 5 umfasst ein Hüllelement 6 sowie ein Basisteil 7. Das Hüllelement 6 überdeckt an einer rechten Außenseite 8, einem horizontalen Verbindungsabschnitt 9 sowie einer Innenseite 10 bis zu einer Wischlippe 11 das Basisteil 7. Am Basisteil 7 sind Anbringeinrichtungen 12 für die Fixierung eines Schubladenführungssystems vorgesehen. Außerdem umfasst das Basisteil 7 an einer Auflage 7a Befestigungskrallen 13 für einen auf der Auflage 7a angeordneten Schubladenboden 4 (siehe auch Figuren 7a und 7b). Das Hüllelement weist zum Beispiel eine Höhe 46 mm auf, wogegen die Höhe des Basisteils 7 an der Außenseite ein, zwei Millimeter geringer ist.
  • Prinzipiell könnte der Zargenkörper 5 als vollständige Hohlkammerzarge in einer Schublade gemäß Figur 1 als Schubladenwand eingesetzt werden.
  • Im vorliegenden Fall besitzt der horizontale Verbindungsabschnitt 9 Durchbrechungen 14, 15.
  • Die Durchbrechungen 14, 15 werden vorzugsweise von säulenartigen Montagemitteln durchdrungen, die mit dem Basisteil 7 verbunden sind und über den horizontalen Verbindungsabschnitt 9 des Hüllelements 6 hinaus stehen. Derartige Verbindungsmittel 16 sind zum Beispiel in Figur 7b teilweise dargestellt. Vorzugsweise ist an den Verbindungsmitteln 16 nicht nur das Basisteil 7 befestigt, sondern auch das Hüllelement 6, insbesondere im Bereich des horizontalen Verbindungsabschnitts 9.
  • Dadurch entsteht eine steife, vergleichsweise stabile Anordnung von Basisteil 7, Hüllelement 6 und den Verbindungsmitteln 16.
  • Die Verbindungsmittel 16 dienen dazu zum Beispiel ein hohles Wandelement 17 (siehe insbesondere Figur 3 bis 5) aufzunehmen. Zum Beispiel weist das Wandelement 17 Befestigungsstellen zur Anbringung an den Verbindungsmitteln 16 auf.
  • In Figur 5 ist die dann vollständige Hohlkammerzarge 18 bestehend aus Zargenkörper 5 und Wandelement 17 abgebildet.
  • Sowohl das Hüllelement 6 als auch das Wandelement 17 sind vorzugsweise aus Blech als Blechbiegeteil gefertigt.
  • Das Wandelement 17 umfasst eine Außenwand 17a, eine Innenwand 17b sowie einen Horizontalabschnitt 17c.
  • In der Ausführungsform gemäß der Figuren 3 bis 5 sitzt das Wandelement 17 stumpf auf dem horizontalen
  • Verbindungsabschnitt 9 des Hüllelements 6 auf. Damit wird die Außenseite der Hohlkammerzarge 18 durch das Wandelement 17 und das Hüllelement 6 definiert.
  • Das Wandelement 17 wird vorzugsweise lediglich auf den Zargenkörper 5 an den Verbindungsmitteln 16 aufgesteckt.
  • Damit wird es möglich, einen Zargenkörper 5 in einfacher Weise mit verschiedenen Wandelementen 17, die ein unterschiedliches Design aufweisen, zum Beispiel unterschiedliche Farben haben, auszustatten.
  • Eine derartig aufgebaute Zarge 18 besitzt somit eine hohe Flexibilität im Hinblick auf individuelle Kundenwünsche hinsichtlich der Gestaltung einer Schublade.
  • Eine mit der Hohlkammerzarge 18 ausgestattete Schublade 19 ist in Figur 6 abgebildet. Zu sehen ist die Hohlkammerzarge 18 sowie ein Teil der Schubladenfront 2 sowie ein Teil der Rückwand 3.
  • Die Außenseite 8 des Hüllelements 6 ist an einem hinteren Ende 20 in Bezug zum Wandelement 17 bzw. des restlichen Zargenkörpers 5 um eine Wanddicke d der Rückwand 3 länger, sodass die Außenseite 8 von außen betrachtet am hinteren Ende 20 eine Schmalseite 21 der Rückwand 3 überdeckt.
  • Im Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Figuren 1 bis 5 liegt das Hüllelement 6 entsprechend der Kontur des Basisteils am Basisteil 7 an, insbesondere auch der horizontale Verbindungsabschnitt 9. Damit entsteht eine kompakte steife Struktur.
  • Das Basisteil 7 erstreckt sich vorteilhafterweise über den größten Bereich einer Länge l des Hüllelements 6, zumindest über mehr als 50 % dieser Länge, sodass das Basisteil 7 eine für sich selbständige Aufnahmestruktur für ein Schubladenführungssystem darstellt.
  • Ein beispielhaftes Wandelement 17 kann unterschiedlich ausgestaltet sein. Die Figur 8c zeigt ein erfindungsgemäßes Wandelement 23.
  • In der Ausgestaltung nach den Figuren 3 bis 6 sowie 7a und 7b endet das Wandelement 17 am horizontalen Verbindungsabschnitt 9, sodass das Hüllelement 6 die Wischlippe 11 für einen Schubladenboden 4 bereitstellt (siehe insbesondere Figur 7a und 7b).
  • Das Hüllelement 6 wird von den Verbindungsmitteln 16 in vertikaler Richtung durchdrungen. Die Verbindungsmittel 16 können nicht nur zur Aufnahme des Wandelements 17 dienen, sondern auch zur Anbringung der Schubladenfront 2 und der Rückwand 3.
  • In Figur 8 sind vier verschiedene Ausgestaltungen von Wandelementen abschnittsweise perspektivisch dargestellt.
  • Figur 8a zeigt das Wandelement 17 entsprechend den Figuren 3 bis 6 sowie 7a und 7b.
  • In Figur 8b ist ein Wandelement 22 abgebildet, das eine verlängerte Innenseite 22b mit einer Wischlippe 11 umfasst.
  • Bei dieser Ausführungsform definiert somit das Wandelement 22, das insbesondere vergleichbar aufsteckbar ist, wie das Wandelement 17, die vollständige Innenseite einer Schublade von einem Horizontalabschnitt 22c bis zu einem Schubladenboden 4. Eine Außenseite 22a entspricht der Außenseite 17a des Wandelements 17.
  • Die Ausführungsform gemäß Figur 8c unterscheidet sich von der gemäß Figur 8b dadurch, dass nunmehr auch eine Außenseite 23a des Wandelements 23 sowohl den verbleibenden horizontalen Verbindungsabschnitt 9 als auch die Außenseite 8 des Hüllelements 6 im aufgesteckten Zustand vollständig überdeckt. Das heißt, das Wandelement 23 stellt sowohl die Innenseite als auch die Außenseite einer Schubladenzarge vollständig bereit. Dadurch ergeben sich noch größere Möglichkeiten eine Hohlkammerzarge zum Beispiel auf Kundenwunsch vollständig individuell schnell und einfach verschieden zu gestalten.
  • Figur 8d zeigt ein Wandelement 24 in massiver Ausgestaltung, zum Beispiel aus Glas, Holz, Stoffbestandteilen oder Beton, das zwischen Aufnahmen (nicht dargestellt) an den Verbindungsmitteln 16 anbringbar ist.
  • Auch auf diese Weise ergibt sich eine große Gestaltungsfreiheit, Wandelemente 24 in massiver Ausgestaltung oder zumindest den gleichen geometrischen Abmessungen einzusetzen.

Claims (9)

  1. Zarge (18) für eine Schublade, wobei die Zarge (18) ein Wandelement (17, 22, 23, 24) aufweist, wobei die Zarge (18) einen Zargenkörper (5), bestehend aus einem Basisteil (7), das einen Hohlraum zur Aufnahme eines Schubladenführungssystems und ein Hüllelement (6) zur Umhüllung des Basisteils aufweist, wobei das Wandelement (17, 22, 23, 24) zumindest den oberen Teil der Zarge (18) mit oberer Stirnfläche (17c) und gegenüberliegenden vertikalen Wandabschnitten (17a, 17b) bildet und wobei das Wandelement (17, 22, 23, 24) dazu ausgelegt ist, von oben auf den Zargenkörper (5) aufgesteckt und auf dem Zargenkörper (5) fixiert zu werden, wobei das Wandelement (23) einen Rücksprung zum Einsetzen einer Dekorfläche aufweist, wobei das Wandelement (23) eine Außenkontur der Zarge (18) bildet, wobei die Außenkontur in einem montierten Zustand an einer fertigen Schublade von oben außen und oben innen für einen Benutzer sichtbar ist, wobei der Rücksprung an einer Außenseite des Wandelements (23) vorhanden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von oben innen betrachtet das Wandelement (23) vollständig eine Außenseite der Zarge (18) vom Schubladenboden bis zur oberen Stirnfläche (17c) bildet, wobei das Wandelement (23) eine Wischlippe zur Anlage an eine Oberseite des Schubladenbodens aufweist.
  2. Zarge (18) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wandelement (17, 22, 23, 24) im angebrachten Zustand am Hüllelement (6) der Zarge (18) einen über die Länge der Zarge (18) sich erstreckenden Hohlraum über dem Hüllelement (6) bildet.
  3. Zarge (18) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wandelement (17, 22, 24) einen Teil des Hüllelements (6) der Zarge (18) im montierten Zustand abdeckt.
  4. Zarge (18) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wandelement (23) die Außenkontur der Zarge (18) bildet, die in einem montierten Zustand an einer fertigen Schublade von oben außen und innen für einen Benutzer sichtbar ist.
  5. Zarge (18) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wandelement (17, 22, 23, 24) sich über mehr als die Hälfte einer Länge der Zarge (18) erstreckt.
  6. Zarge (18) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wandelement (17, 22, 23, 24) ausgezeichnete Befestigungspunkte zur Anbringung am Zargenkörper (5) aufweist.
  7. Zarge (18) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wandelement ein gewinkeltes Blechteil ist.
  8. Schublade mit einer Zarge (18) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche.
  9. Möbel mit einer Schublade nach Anspruch 8.
