Claims (12)

  1. Eine Türöffnungs- undschließungsverbindung (1) für Gebrauch in einer Kühlschranksvorrichtung(2) mit mindestens einer Tür (3) drehbar eingehängt zu einem Türrahmen (4), bestehend aus:
    - einem Erstmagnet (5) für Montierung auf die Tür (3) und einem Zweitmagnet (6) für Montierung auf den Türrahmen (4) in einer Art und Weise entgegengesetzt zum Erstmagnet (5), wenn die Tür (3) in einem geschlossenen Zustand ist,
    - einem beweglichen Unterstützungsmechanismus (7) konfiguriert für Unterstützung eine der Erstmagneten (5) und das Zweitmagnet (6) beweglich zwischen einer Ruhestellung, wo das Erstmagnet (5) und Zweitmagnet (6) in eine Linie hingebracht sind, um sich gegenseitig anzuziehen in einer Richtung normal zu einer Oberfläche der Tür (3) mit einer Kraft genügend, um die Tür (3) festzuhalten in einem geschlossenen Zustand und einer verschobenen Position, wodas Erstmagnet (5) und Zweitmagnet (6) in eine Linie hingebracht sind, um sich gegenseitig abzustoßen in einer Richtung normal zu einer Oberfläche der Tür (3) mit einer Kraft genügend, um die Tür (3) auszustoßen von einem geschlossenen Zustand zu einem offenen Zustand, und
    - einem Antriebsmechanismus (8) konfiguriert für Aktivierung des beweglichen Unterstützungsmechanismus (7) für Öffnung und Schließung der Tür (3),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    - das Erstmagnet (5) und Zweitmagnet (6) jede geformt sind durch eine Anordnung von Regionen mit abwechselnden magnetischen Polen,
    - die Anordnung von Regionen des Erstmagnets (5) und Zweitmagnets (6) jede eine gestufte Oberfläche mit einem abwechselnden Niveau einformen.
  2. Die Türöffnungs- und schließungsverbindung (1) nach Anspruch 1,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder bewegliche Unterstützungsmechanismus (7) konfiguriert ist zur geradliniger Bewegung einer der Erstmagneten (5) und des Zweitmagnets (6) zwischen Ruhestellung und verschobener Position entlang einer vertikalen Richtung.
  3. Die Türöffnungs- und schließungsverbindung (1) nach Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder bewegliche Unterstützungsmechanismus (7) beinhaltet eine Führungskomponente (9) und eine Schiebekomponente(10), wobei die Schiebekomponente (10) konfiguriert ist für Unterstützung eine der Erstmagneten (5) und das Zweitmagnet (6), und für Verschiebung entlang der Führungskomponente (9), zwischen Ruhestellung und verschobener Position.
  4. Die Türöffnungs- und schließungsverbindung (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder Antriebsmechanismus (8) beinhaltet eine zentrale Klinke (11) konfiguriert für Bewegung der Schiebekomponente (10) zwischen Ruhestellung und verschobener Position.
  5. Die Türöffnungs- und schließungsverbindung (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßzentrale Klinke (11) konfiguriert für Rotation in einer Ebene senkrecht zur Oberfläche der Tür (3).
  6. Die Türöffnungs- und schließungsverbindung(1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antriebsmechanismus (8) beinhaltet einen Stellantrieb (12) konfiguriert für Bewegung der Schiebekomponente (10) zwischen Ruhestellung und verschobener Position, und einem Schalter (13) geeignet für Operation des Stellantriebs (12).
  7. Die Türöffnungs- und schließungsverbindung (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stellantrieb (12) konfiguriert ist durch einen Elektromotor (14) wirkend verbunden zur Schiebekomponente (10) durch einenZahntrieb (15) und einem Zahnstange (16) oder einem Schneckentrieb; und wo der Schalter (13) geeignet ist, den Elektromotor (14) ein- oder auszuschalten.
  8. Die Türöffnungs- und schließungsverbindung(1) nach vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegliche Unterstützungsmechanismus (7) beinhaltet eine elastische Komponente angeordnet zur Neigung der Schiebekomponente (10) gegen Ruhestellung.
  9. Die Türöffnungs- und schließungsverbindung(1) nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Erstmagnet (5) und Zweitmagnet (6) jede Permanentmagnete sind.
  10. Eine Abkühlungsvorrichtung (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eineTüröffnungs- und schließungsverbindung (1) nach vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wo der bewegliche Unterstützungsmechanismus (7) angebaut ist zur Tür (3) und das Erstmagnet (5) unterstützt.
  11. Eine Abkühlungsvorrichtung (2) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß der bewegliche Unterstützungsmechanismus (7) zum Türrahmen (4) angebaut ist und das Zweitmagnet (6) unterstützt.
  12. Eine Abkühlungsvorrichtung (2) nach vorhergehenden Ansprüchen 10 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Erstmagnet (5) und Zweitmagnet (6) so einmontiert sind:
    - die Anordnung von Regionen mit entgegengesetzten magnetischen Polen des Erstmagnets (5) und Zweitmagnets (6) stehen gegenüber durch eine Spalte, wenn der bewegliche Unterstützungsmechanismus (7) in Ruhestellung istund
    - die Anordnung von Regionen mit gleichnamigen magnetischen Polen des Erstmagnets (5) und Zweitmagnets (6) stehen gegenüber durch eine Spalte, wenn der bewegliche Unterstützungsmechanismus (7) in verschobener Position ist.
