Claims (14)
- Appareil de cuisson (1) comprenant au moins un moyen formant carter (2) et au moins une chambre de cuisson (3) formée dans le moyen formant carter (2), chambre de cuisson dans laquelle un produit à cuire peut être introduit par le biais d'au moins une ouverture de chargement (4), au moins un dispositif à micro-ondes (5) servant à réchauffer le produit à cuire étant associé à la chambre de cuisson (3), et l'ouverture de chargement (5) pouvant être fermée par au moins une porte de chambre de cuisson (6), la porte de chambre de cuisson (6) comportant au moins un moyen formant cadre (7) et au moins un moyen formant vitre (8), le moyen formant cadre (7) comprenant au moins une surface d'appui (10) étendue sur le côté (9) tourné vers la chambre de cuisson (4) lorsque la porte de chambre de cuisson (6) est fermée,
caractérisé en ce que
ladite au moins une surface d'appui (10) s'appuie contre une partie d'appui (11) correspondante sur le moyen formant carter (2) lorsque la porte de chambre de cuisson (6) est fermée et en ce qu'au moins un dispositif de stabilisation (12) est prévu sur la surface d'appui (10), de telle sorte que la surface d'appui soit rigide à la torsion en dépit de son étendue. - Appareil de cuisson (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de stabilisation (12) comporte au moins une tôle (13).
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de stabilisation (12) est formé d'un seul tenant avec la surface d'appui (10).
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de stabilisation (12) est fourni par au moins une partie façonnée (14) de la surface d'appui (10).
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux parties façonnées (14) sont prévues, lesquelles sont disposées en particulier sensiblement parallèlement les unes aux autres.
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie façonnée (14) est formée par au moins un estampage (15) dans la surface d'appui (10).
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon l'une des trois revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'appui (10) présente une étendue longitudinale (16) et une étendue transversale (17), au moins une partie façonnée (14) s'étendant le long de l'étendue longitudinale (16).
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un dispositif piège à ondes (18) est associé au moins dans certaines régions au moyen formant cadre (7), le moyen formant cadre (7) ne comportant aucun dispositif piège à ondes (10) sur la surface d'appui (10) étendue.
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une cavité (35) est adjacente, au moins dans certaines régions, à la surface d'appui (10) à l'intérieur de la porte de chambre de cuisson (6).
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins la surface d'appui (10) de la porte de chambre de cuisson (6) est constituée, au moins dans certaines régions, de tôle (19) et en particulier d'une tôle d'acier Cr-Ni (20).
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un composant technique (21) est associé à la partie d'appui (11), lequel composant forme en particulier la partie d'appui (11) au moins dans certaines régions.
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un dispositif de génération de vapeur (22) est associé à la chambre de cuisson (3), lequel est approprié et conçu pour alimenter la chambre de cuisson (3) en vapeur.
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un réservoir d'eau (23) du dispositif de génération de vapeur (22) est prévu dans la partie d'appui (11) du moyen formant carter (3).
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir d'eau (23) du dispositif de génération de vapeur (22) forme la partie d'appui (10) au moins dans certaines régions.
