Claims (14)
- Ruban d'étanchéité (2) pour rendre étanche un joint présentant deux flancs latéraux (104) s'étendant longitudinalement, une direction transversale aux flancs latéraux (104) définissant une direction active (F) du ruban d'étanchéité (2),
le ruban d'étanchéité (2) comprenant au moins une première bande de mousse (114) et une seconde bande de mousse (116) en une mousse souple à capacité de retour après compression, qui ne sont pas réalisées d'une seule pièce entre elles et sont disposées l'une à côté de l'autre dans la direction active (F) ; chaque bande de mousse (114, 116) présentant une face supérieure (118, 124), une face inférieure (120, 126) et un flanc latéral intérieur (122, 128) faisant face à l'autre bande de mousse (114, 116),
alors que le ruban d'étanchéité comprend une couche de barrage (30) qui est disposée entre la première bande de mousse (114) et la seconde bande de mousse (116) de façon telle qu'elle réduit la perméabilité à la diffusion de vapeur du ruban d'étanchéité (2) dans la direction active (F), la couche de barrage (30) étant reliée de manière adhésive aussi bien à la première bande de mousse (114) qu'à la seconde bande de mousse (116), et la couche de barrage (30) étant formée au moins partiellement d'une première bande de film (130), et
que, dans une zone entre la première bande de mousse (114) et la seconde bande de mousse (116) et au moins avec interposition de la première bande de film (130) de la couche de barrage (30), il est formé au moins une poche (134) s'étendant longitudinalement ou au moins une cavité (150) s'étendant longitudinalement, qui est ou sont entourées totalement sur au moins quatre côtés ;
caractérisé en ce que
la poche (134) ou la cavité (150) est remplie d'une matière supplémentaire (140). - Ruban d'étanchéité suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des emplacements d'adhérence (132) sont situés entre la première bande de film (130) de la couche de barrage (30) et la première bande de mousse (114) uniquement dans une zone supérieure (117) de la première bande de mousse (114) sur la face supérieure (118) de la première bande de mousse (114) et/ou sur le flanc latéral intérieur (122) de la première bande de mousse (114) près de la face supérieure (118) de la première bande de mousse (114) et dans une zone inférieure (119) de la première bande de mousse (114) sur la face inférieure (120) de la première bande de mousse (114) et/ou sur le flanc latéral intérieur (122) de la première bande de mousse (114) près de la face inférieure (120) de la première bande de mousse (114), alors que, dans une zone centrale (121) entre la zone supérieure (117) et la zone inférieure (119) de la première bande de mousse (114), la première bande de film (130) de la couche de barrage (30) n'est pas adhérente à la première bande de mousse (114).
- Ruban d'étanchéité (2) suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que des emplacements d'adhérence (132) entre la première bande de film (130) de la couche de barrage (30) et la première bande de mousse (114) sont disposés uniquement sur le flanc latéral intérieur (122) de la première bande de mousse (114) près de la face supérieure (118) de la première bande de mousse (114) et sur le flanc latéral intérieur (122) de la première bande de mousse (114) près de la face inférieure (120) de la première bande de mousse (114).
- Ruban d'étanchéité (2) suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la poche (134) entre la première bande de mousse (114) et la seconde bande de mousse (116) est réalisée à hauteur de la zone centrale (121) de la première bande de mousse (114).
- Ruban d'étanchéité (2) suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé entre en ce que la poche (134) est entourée par la première bande de film (130) de la couche de barrage (30) et la première bande de mousse (114).
- Ruban d'étanchéité (2) suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la première bande de film (130) de la couche de barrage (30) est adhérente sur toute la surface sur le flanc latéral intérieur (128) de la seconde bande de mousse (116).
- Ruban d'étanchéité (2) suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la première bande de film (130) de la couche de barrage (30) est adhérente sur la face supérieure (124) et la face inférieure (126) de la seconde bande de mousse (116).
- Ruban d'étanchéité (2) suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que des emplacements d'adhérence (132) sont disposés entre la première bande de film (130) de la couche de barrage (30) et la seconde bande de mousse (116) uniquement sur le flanc latéral intérieur (128) de la seconde bande de mousse (116) près de la face supérieure (124) de la seconde bande de mousse (116) et sur le flanc latéral intérieur (128) de la seconde bande de mousse (116) près de la face inférieure (126) de la seconde bande de mousse (116).
- Ruban d'étanchéité (2) suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, outre la première bande de film (130), la couche de barrage (30) comprend une seconde bande de film (136), qui est reliée de manière adhésive à la seconde bande de mousse (116), alors que la première bande de film (130) est reliée de manière adhésive à la seconde bande de film (136) et que des emplacements d'adhérence (132) entre la première bande de film (130) et la seconde bande de film (136) sont disposés uniquement dans une zone près de la face supérieure (118) de la première bande de mousse (114) et dans une zone près de la face inférieure (120) de la première bande de mousse (114), alors que, dans une zone intermédiaire (138) entre les emplacements d'adhérence (132), la première bande de film (130) et la seconde bande de film (136) ne sont pas adhérentes entre elles.
- Ruban d'étanchéité (2) suivant la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la poche (134) s'étendant longitudinalement est réalisée dans la zone intermédiaire (138) entre les emplacements d'adhérence (132) et ainsi entre la première bande de film (130) et la seconde bande de film (136).
- Ruban d'étanchéité (2) suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche de barrage (30) comprend un corps en forme de tube (144) s'étendant longitudinalement, qui est formé au moins partiellement à partir de la première bande de film (130), le corps en forme de tube (144) formant en son intérieur la cavité (150) et étant adhérent aussi bien à la première bande de mousse (114) qu'à la seconde bande de mousse (116).
- Ruban d'étanchéité (2) suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la poche (134) ou la cavité (150) est entourée sur tous les six côtés.
- Ruban d'étanchéité (2) suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la couche de barrage (30) comporte une languette de déchirage (146), la poche (134) ou la cavité (150) pouvant être ouverte en tirant sur la languette de déchirage (146).
- Ruban d'étanchéité (2) suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les emplacements d'adhérence (132) sont réalisés sous forme de lignes d'adhérence s'étendant longitudinalement.
