Definitions
- the present invention belongs to the field of disinfectant compositions. More particularly, it is in the field of detergents incorporating disinfecting agents used in professional cleaning, such as liquid form compositions applied to floors and other surfaces for cleaning and disinfection purposes.
- the liquid cleaning solutions comprise a set of ingredients which are essentially intended to confer the appropriate surfactant properties, to offer an optimal contact with the surface to be cleaned, while releasing a pleasant odor as long as possible. .
- the known disinfecting compositions do not make it possible to retain the properties of the product, such as the olfactory properties, long after it has been applied to the soil.
- the pleasant odor of the disinfectant conferred by the perfumes gives the users an impression of cleanliness, and it is particularly sought compositions which retain in time the olfactory properties of the product during its spreading on the surface to be washed.
- Requirement EP 2,336,286 discloses detergent compositions incorporating microcapsules for maintaining the perfume over time.
- such solutions do not have disinfecting properties.
- the presence of a disinfectant is particularly complicated in this context, because it is necessary both to keep a solution compatible with the incorporation of microcapsules well dispersed in the medium and a solution which is stable enough to allow a dispersion on a large scale. surface to be disinfected.
- Requirement US 2005/089540 discloses a stable composition for allowing the controlled dispersion of an active agent such as perfume, in the form of microcapsules containing it, said composition possibly also containing nonionic surfactants (including emulsifying agents), non-encapsulated perfumes, as well as disinfectants.
- an active agent such as perfume
- said composition possibly also containing nonionic surfactants (including emulsifying agents), non-encapsulated perfumes, as well as disinfectants.
- the inventors have discovered quite unexpectedly that such a mixture of ingredients in these proportions allowed to have the advantage of a controlled release of the perfume of the microcapsules, while maintaining the properties required for a disinfecting composition which must remain stable, homogeneous and easy to dilute and spread.
- the disinfecting agent used in the composition is advantageously an antiseptic and a chemical disinfectant meeting the criteria established by standards NF EN 1275 and NF EN 1276.
- the cationic disinfecting agent of said disinfecting aqueous composition is advantageously a biocidal agent, that is to say that it is a biocidal disinfectant belonging to one of the five classes of disinfectant products defined by the biocide regulation. of March 10, 2014 (updated March 12, 2014).
- the biocidal agent confers on said composition a bactericidal and fungicidal activity according to the criteria of standards NF EN 1275 and NF EN 1276.
- the biocidal agent advantageously comprises an ammonium.
- the biocidal agent is preferably an ammonium chloride, and most preferably it is a benzalkonium chloride or a didecylammonium chloride.
- Benzalkonium chloride is an alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride with an alkyl chain having from 8 to 18 carbon atoms.
- the benzalkonium chloride is a compound of formula C 17 H 30 CIN referenced under the number CAS: 63449-41-2 (CAS number or CAS registry number in English), and marketed by the company BONNYMANS TM under the name BAC TM 50.
- Such a disinfecting agent is compatible with the presence of the beads to obtain a sufficiently stable composition over time, compatible with a large-scale marketing.
- the didecylammonium chloride used in the context of the invention has the semi-developed formula (CH 3 ) 2 N (C 10 H 21 ) 2 Cl, and for number CAS 7173-51-5 . It also allows to obtain a very stable composition over time.
- biocides with a broad spectrum of activity including bactericides and fungicides, tested in the context of the invention, in combination with the microcapsules, have not made it possible to obtain stable solutions.
- biocides belonging to the class of amine oxides, glutaraldehyde or chlorhexidine gluconate did not achieve the expected stability: it was impossible to maintain a well-homogeneous solution with a single phase .
- the emulsifying agent of said disinfecting aqueous composition is advantageously a nonionic surfactant, such as ethoxylated castor oil (the English name is Polyoxyl 35 hydrogenated castor oil or peg-35 hydrogenated castor oil) referenced under the number CAS: 61791-12-6 (CAS number or CAS registry number in English).
- ethoxylated castor oil is for example sold under the name Descofix ® CO 125, or by the company ALDRICH TM under the name Kolliphor ® ELP. Thanks to such an emulsifying agent the stabilization of the composition is improved, it remains homogeneous, despite the presence of beads and disinfectant.
- the nonionic surfactant is preferably a mixture of ethoxylated alcohol.
- said mixture of ethoxylated alcohol comprises a linear or branched C 11 -C 15 alkyl chain (i.e. containing from 11 to 15 carbon atoms).
- said ethoxylated alcohol is a mixture of poly (ethylene glycol) (12) of tridecyl ether (in English: poly (ethylene glycol) (12) tridecyl ether) comprising C 11 -C 14 iso-alkyl ethers.

Description
- 3 à 5 % d'un agent désinfectant cationique ;
- 0.5 à 1.5 % d'un agent émulsifiant ;
- 3.5 à 6.5 % d'un agent tensioactif non ionique ;
- 1 à 3 % d'un parfum ;
-
- Préparer un premier mélange contenant 2% du parfum, 0.8% de l'agent émulsifiant et 1% d'eau;
- Dans une cuve à préparer un deuxième mélange contenant 84.7% d'eau, 4% d'agent désinfectant cationique et 5% de tensioactif ;
