Definitions

  • the invention relates to a cloth dispensing system according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a wipes dispenser system for wet wipes which comprises a cylindrical container for receiving the wet wipes and a screw-on to the open end of the container hood with a removal opening. Integral with the hood, a closure lid is formed, which is connected via a film hinge to the hood pivotally and with which the removal opening in the hood is closed. When removing the wet wipes are pulled through a gap in the removal opening.

  • tissue dispensing system in medical areas, such as hospitals or medical practices, in pharmacies or in the food processing area, attention must be paid to the observance of strict hygiene standards.
  • the cloth dispenser system When refilling, the cloth dispenser system must be cleaned and manually or thermally treated. Inappropriate handling of the filling, application or treatment may result in contamination in the cloth dispenser system.
  • the cloth dispenser system must also be designed sufficiently stable in order to absorb the forces occurring during the application without the risk of damage.
  • the invention has for its object the generic cloth dispensing system in such a way that with material-saving design, the risk of contamination is reduced. This object is achieved in the generic cloth dispensing system according to the invention with the characterizing features of claim 1.

  • the connecting ring is placed and closed the cap. This process can be carried out with firmly attached to the container hood, it is not necessary to remove the hood.
  • the hood may optionally be designed so that cloths can be used with the hood closed in the container.
  • the embodiment according to the invention is particularly suitable for a single-use system which serves only for the single use of the wipes held in the container and has no refilling function.
  • the hood can be placed on the open container front side and connected to the container, preferably non-detachably or irreversibly connected. • the annular shoulder has an axial distance to the two end sides of the closure lid, wherein advantageously on the closure lid, in particular in the region of an end face, a bearing surface is formed, with which the closure lid rests on the facing end face of the connecting ring.
  • the closure lid may for this purpose have a radially outwardly extending, forming a collar ring which forms the support surface.
  • the bottom of the connecting ring is concave inwards or in the direction of the aufconsden Cover lid curved.
  • the slot-shaped removal opening in the bottom of the connecting ring also has the advantage that the hood does not have to have a removal slot. It has a neck which has a large inner cross section.
  • the connecting ring is advantageously screwed onto the neck. The neck allows a simple filling of disinfectant or the threading of the overhead cloth from the container through the slot in the bottom of the connecting ring.
  • the hood has a frontal, circumferential support edge which is cylindrical or conical with a relatively small cone angle, as well as connected to the support edge, central inner region which is provided with the neck.
  • the interior is aligned at an angle to the support edge.
  • the cone angle can also be approximately equal to or equal to 90 °, so that the inner region is disc-shaped and lies at least approximately in an orthogonal plane to the longitudinal axis.
  • the support edge has a cone angle of not more than about 20 °, in particular not more than about 10 °, and has an approximately cylindrical shape at even smaller cone angles. Due to the different angles of the carrier edge and the inner region, high axial rigidity is given on the one hand in the radially outer carrier edge. On the other hand, after the end use of the cloth dispenser system, it is possible to move the hood in the area of the inner area axially in the direction of the underlying one Press container, which is possible due to the approximate disc shape or the large cone angle of the inner region with lower axial forces than in an approximately cylindrical support edge. By pressing in the inner area, the total axial height of the tissue dispensing system can be considerably reduced for disposal so that it takes up little space.
  • the outer support edge is pressed axially inwards.
  • a sufficiently high stability is given during the regular use of the cloth dispenser system.
  • the container can be advantageously compressed to a small volume, so that the entire tissue dispensing system can be well compressed for optimal disposal.
  • the inner region of the hood is divided into individual segments, between which optionally reinforcing ribs are arranged, which extend in the radial direction.
  • the segmentation of the interior improves the stiffness of the hood.
  • external thread on the neck of the hood increases the rigidity.

  • reinforcing ribs are inserted in the cylindrical or conical wall of the container and / or in the bottom of the container to improve the rigidity of the container.
  • the ribs in the wall in this case preferably extend in the axial direction, the ribs in the bottom in the radial direction.
  • indentations can be introduced, which improve the stability of the container.
  • the container, the hood and the lid device are each formed in a construction according to the invention as plastic components, which are produced for example by way of thermoforming.
  • the Fig. 1 to 5 show in different views, a cloth dispensing system 1 for receiving towels, such as wet wipes, which are impregnated with a disinfectant and in hygienic sensitive facilities, such as medical practices or hospitals, or in the food processing area used.

  • the support rim 9 has a higher axial rigidity than the flatter inner region 10, which opens up the possibility of manually pressing the inner region 10 into the container 2 after the use of the tissue dispenser system has ended, thereby reducing the axial height of the tissue dispenser system 1 and facilitating disposal.
  • the carrier edge 9 can also be folded inwards and pressed into the container 2.
  • notches 14 are introduced, which improve the state of the cloth dispenser system 1, in particular on a smooth surface. Also, the rigidity of the container 2 is increased in this area by the notches 14.
