Abstract

Eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung einer Seitenabdeckung (12) an einem Blendenprofil (13) eines bewegbaren Möbelteils, insbesondere Schublade, weist einen an der Seitenabdeckung (12) ausgebildeten, mit einer Anschlagfläche (28) ausgestatteten Anschlagabschnitt (29) und einen demgegenüber querschnittskleineren Befestigungsabschnitt (30) auf, der in einen hohlen, sich von einer Profilkante (17) ins Innere des Blendenprofils (13) erstreckenden Aufnahmeabschnitt (18) am Blendenprofil (13) einsteckbar ist, wobei am Befestigungsabschnitt (30) wenigstens ein Befestigungsloch (35a-d) ausgebildet ist, dem wenigstens ein sich am Blendenprofil (13) von einer Blendenprofil-Rückseite (19) in den hohlen Aufnahmeabschnitt (18) erstreckendes Montageloch (22a,b) zugeordnet ist, wobei das Befestigungsloch (35a-d) und das Montageloch (22a,b) derart zueinander ausgerichtet sind, dass der Befestigungsabschnitt (30) beim Einführen von Befestigungsmitteln durch das Montageloch (22a,b) in das Befestigungsloch (35a-d) in den Aufnahmeabschnitt (18) hinein verlagerbar ist, sodass der Anschlagabschnitt (29) an die Profilkante (17) des Blendenprofils (13) drückbar ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung einer Seitenabdeckung an einem Blendenprofil eines bewegbaren Möbelteils, insbesondere Schublade.
  • Derartige Befestigungsvorrichtungen sind bereits aus dem Stand der Technik in mannigfaltigen Ausführungen bekannt. Oft sind solche Seitenabdeckungen groß und sperrig ausgebildet, was der Ästhetik eines mit einer solchen Seitenabdeckung ausgestatteten Blendenprofils abträglich ist. Bei der Befestigung der Seitenabdeckung am Blendenprofil kann es zudem zu dem Problem kommen, dass die Abdeckung nicht bündig am Blendenprofil anliegt. Dies ist ebenfalls schlecht für die Ästhetik.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung einer Seitenabdeckung an einem Blendenprofil der eingangs erwähnten Art zu schaffen, die ein spaltfreies Anlegen der Seitenabdeckung am Blendenprofil ermöglicht und daher höheren Ästhetikanforderungen gerecht wird.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung einer Seitenabdeckung an einem Blendenprofil eines bewegbaren Möbelteils mit den Merkmalen des unabhängigen Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen dargestellt.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung zur Befestigung einer Seitenabdeckung an einem Blendenprofil eines bewegbaren Möbelteils, insbesondere Schublade, weist einen an der Seitenabdeckung ausgebildeten, mit einer Anschlagfläche ausgestatteten Anschlagabschnitt und einen demgegenüber querschnittskleineren Befestigungsabschnitt auf, wobei der Befestigungsabschnitt in einen hohlen, sich von einer Profilkante ins Innere des Blendenprofils erstreckenden Aufnahmeabschnitt am Blendenprofil einsteckbar ist, wobei am Befestigungsabschnitt wenigstens ein Befestigungsloch ausgebildet ist, dem wenigstens ein sich am Blendenprofil von einer Blendenprofil-Rückseite in den hohlen Aufnahmeabschnitt erstreckendes Montageloch zugeordnet ist, wobei das Befestigungsloch und das Montageloch derart zueinander ausgerichtet sind, dass der Befestigungsabschnitt beim Einführen von Befestigungsmitteln durch das Montageloch in das Befestigungsloch in den Aufnahmeabschnitt hinein verlagerbar ist, sodass der Anschlagabschnitt an die Profilkante des Blendenprofils drückbar ist.
  • Dadurch wird ein spaltfreies Anliegen der Seitenabdeckung an dem zugeordneten Blendenprofil gewährleistet, wodurch es auch möglich ist, relativ klein dimensionierte Seitenabdeckungen zu verwenden, bei denen bisher das Problem bestand, dass ein nichtbündiges Anlegen am zugeordneten Blendenprofil sehr stark ins Auge fällt. Daher ist man bei Seitenabdeckungen aus dem Stand der Technik oftmals dazu übergegangen, sperrige und über die Außenabmessung der zugeordneten Blende hinausgehende Seitenabdeckungen zu verwenden, die ein nicht spaltfreies Anlegen kaschieren. Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung ist es nun möglich, Seitenabdeckungen zu verwenden, deren Oberbeziehungsweise Unterkante mit der Ober- beziehungsweise Unterkante des zugeordneten Blendenprofils abschließt.
  • Bei einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung sind mehrere in Höhenrichtung der Seitenabdeckung beabstandet zueinander angeordnete Befestigungslöcher vorgesehen, denen mehrere in Höhenrichtung des Blendenprofils beabstandet zueinander angeordnete Montagelöcher zugeordnet sind.
  • Bei einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung sind die Befestigungslöcher in Höhenrichtung der Seitenabdeckung und die Montagelöcher in Höhenrichtung des Blendenprofils zueinander fluchtend ausgerichtet. Die fluchtende Höhenausrichtung der Befestigungslöcher zueinander auf Seiten der Seitenabdeckung und entsprechend der Montagelöcher auf Seiten des Blendenprofils ist nicht zwingend erforderlich, jedoch zweckmäßig. Prinzipiell wäre es jedoch auch möglich, dass die Befestigungslöcher an der Seitenabdeckung mit Versatz in Höhenrichtung zueinander ausgerichtet sind und die Montagelöcher ebenfalls mit Höhenrichtungsversatz zueinander ausgerichtet sind.
  • In besonders bevorzugter Weise ist das wenigstens eine Befestigungsloch in Breitenrichtung der Seitenabdeckung mit einem Abstand x1 von der Anschlagfläche des Anschlagabschnitts beabstandet, während wenigstens das wenigstens eine Montageloch in Breitenrichtung des Blendenprofils mit Abstand x2 von der Profilkante beabstandet ist, wobei der Abstand x1 kleiner als der Abstand x2 ist. Dadurch, dass der Abstand x1 kleiner als der Abstand x2 ist, wird in besonders einfacher Weise erreicht, dass die Seitenabdeckung beim Einführen von Befestigungsmitteln, beispielsweise Befestigungsschrauben, deren Lage durch die Montagelöcher bestimmt ist, mit ihrem Anschlagabschnitt an die Profilkante des Blendenprofils gedrückt wird. In diesem Fall bewirkt der Eingriff der Befestigungsmittel in die Befestigungslöcher also eine Verlagerung der Seitenabdeckung in den hohlen Aufnahmeabschnitt hinein, bis der Anschlagabschnitt anschlägt.
  • In besonders bevorzugter Weise ist wenigstens ein Blendenhalter zur Befestigung des Blendenprofils an einem Seitenteil des bewegbaren Möbelteils, beispielsweise Schublade, vorgesehen, wobei der Blendenhalter wenigstens ein dem Montageloch am Blendenprofil zugeordnetes Durchgangsloch aufweist, über das zur gleichzeitigen Befestigung des Blendenhalters und der Seitenabdeckung am Blendenprofil Befestigungsmittel in das Montageloch und weiter in das Befestigungsloch einführbar sind. Bei der Befestigung des Blendenhalters am Blendenprofil kann also auch gleichzeitig die Seitenabdeckung am Blendenprofil befestigt werden. In diesem Fall sind die Befestigungsmittel zur Befestigung der Seitenabdeckung am Blendenprofil multifunktional ausgebildet und dienen gleichzeitig zur Befestigung des Blendenhalters am Blendenprofil.
  • Bei einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung umfasst die Vorrichtung Befestigungsmittel zur Befestigung der Seitenabdeckung am Blendenprofil und/oder zur Befestigung des Blendenhalters am Blendenprofil. Als Befestigungsmittel eignen sich insbesondere Befestigungsschrauben. Es können jedoch auch andere Arten von Befestigungsmitteln eingesetzt werden, beispielsweise insbesondere stiftförmige Rastelemente, die durch Montageloch und zugeordnetes Befestigungsloch hindurchführbar sind und beispielsweise in eine dem Befestigungsloch nachgelagerte Raste einrastbar sind.
  • Bei einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung besteht das Blendenprofil aus Metall, insbesondere Aluminium. Alternativ wäre es denkbar, dass das Blendenprofil aus Kunststoff oder Holz besteht.
  • In bevorzugter Weise besteht die Seitenabdeckung aus Kunststoff. Alternativ wäre es jedoch auch denkbar, dass die Seitenabdeckung aus Metall oder Holz besteht.
  • Die Erfindung umfasst ferner ein Möbelteil, insbesondere Schublade, mit einem Blendenprofil und wenigstens einer Seitenabdeckung für das Blendenprofil und einer Vorrichtung zur Befestigung der Seitenabdeckung am Blendenprofil, das sich durch eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 auszeichnet.
  • Schließlich umfasst die Erfindung noch ein Möbel, mit einem relativ zu einem Möbelkorpus des Möbels bewegbar geführten Möbelteil, insbesondere Schublade, wobei das Möbelteil ein Blendenprofil, wenigstens eine Seitenabdeckung für das Blendenprofil und eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung der Seitenabdeckung am Blendenprofil aufweist, das sich durch eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 auszeichnet.
  • Ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird im Folgenden näher erläutert. In der Zeichnung zeigen:

  • Die Figuren 1 und 2 zeigen ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung 11 zur Befestigung einer Seitenabdeckung 12 an einem Blendenprofil 13 eines bewegbaren Möbelteils, beispielsweise eine Schublade.
  • Das in Figur 1 separat dargestellte Blendenprofil 13 ist beispielhaft in Form einer Innenschubblende für einen Innenschubkasten gezeigt. Es wäre jedoch auch alternativ denkbar, dass das Blendenprofil eine Frontblende einer Schublade ist.
  • Im beschriebenen Beispielsfall ist das Blendenprofil 13 jedoch Bestandteil eines Innenschubkastens, der in einem Frontauszug untergebracht ist und nach dem Öffnen des Frontauszugs unabhängig von diesem bewegbar ist.
  • Wie insbesondere in Figur 1 dargestellt, besitzt das Blendenprofil 13 einen leistenförmigen Grundabschnitt 14, an dem sich in Längsrichtung des Blendenprofils 13 eine Aufnahmenut 15 für einen Schubkasten-Boden (nicht dargestellt) erstreckt. Der Grundabschnitt 14 des Blendenprofils 13 ist mit einem Blendenabschnitt 16 verbunden, der gegenüber dem Grundabschnitt 14 flächenmäßig deutlich größer ist. Der Blendenabschnitt 16 ist hohlprofilartig ausgebildet und besitzt daher einen sich von seiner Profilkante 17 ins Innere des Blendenabschnitts 16 erstreckenden hohlförmigen Aufnahmeabschnitt 18. Der Aufnahmeabschnitt 18 wird einerseits seitlich von einer Blendenprofil-Rückseite 19 und andererseits von einer Blendenprofil-Vorderseite 20 begrenzt. An der Unterseite bildet der Grundabschnitt 14 den Abschluss, während der Aufnahmeabschnitt 18 an seiner Oberseite durch einen Deckenabschnitt 21 begrenzt ist.
  • Das Blendenprofil 13 besitzt im Beispielsfall an seiner Blendenprofil-Rückseite 19 zwei in Höhenrichtung des Blendenprofils 13 fluchtend übereinander ausgerichtete Montagelöcher 22a, 22b. Die Montagelöcher 22a, 22b durchsetzen die Wandung der Blendenprofil-Rückseite 19 und münden in den Aufnahmeabschnitt 18.
  • Die Montagelöcher 22a, 22b sind jeweils mit einem Abstand x2 von der Profilkante 17 des Blendenprofils 13 beabstandet angeordnet.
  • Wie insbesondere in Figur 1 dargestellt, ist dem Blendenprofil 13 ein Blendenhalter 23 zu seiner Befestigung an einem Seitenteil (nicht dargestellt) des bewegbaren Möbelteils, also im Beispielsfall des Innenschubkastens, zugeordnet. Das Seitenteil kann beispielsweise als Seitenzarge oder als Seitenwand ausgebildet sein.
  • Der Blendenhalter 23 besitzt einen länglichen Basisabschnitt 24, an dessen einander entgegengesetzten Enden jeweils eine Durchgangsöffnung 25a, 25b ausgebildet ist.
  • Jeder Durchgangsöffnung 25a, 25b sind Befestigungsmittel in Form einer Befestigungsschraube 26a, 26b zugeordnet, die durch die zugeordnete Durchgangsöffnung 25a, 25b hindurch in das zugeordnete, fluchtend zur Durchgangsöffnung 25a, 25b ausgerichtete Montageloch 22a, 22b eingeführt werden kann.
  • An der Oberseite des Basisabschnitts 24 des Blendenhalters 23 befindet sich in etwa mittig zwischen den beiden Durchgangsöffnungen 25a, 25b ein Rastglied 27, das zur Befestigung des Blendenprofils in eine zugeordnete Rastaufnahme am Seitenteil einführbar und dort verrastbar ist.
  • Die Vorrichtung umfasst ferner Seitenabdeckungen 12, von denen in Figur 1 beispielhaft lediglich eine dargestellt ist. Die Seitenabdeckungen 12, von denen jeweils eine den beiden offenen Enden des Blendenprofils 13 zugeordnet ist, dienen zur Verkleidung und zum seitlichen Profilabschluss des Blendenprofils 13.
  • Die Seitenabdeckung 12 besitzt einen mit einer Anschlagfläche 28 ausgestatteten Anschlagabschnitt 29 und einen demgegenüber querschnittskleineren Befestigungsabschnitt 30.
  • Wie insbesondere in Figur 1 dargestellt, ist der Anschlagabschnitt 29 leistenartig ausgestaltet und besitzt eine Außenseite 31, die beispielsweise konvex gekrümmt ausgebildet sein kann. Der Anschlagabschnitt 29 ragt seitlich und an der Ober- und an der Unterkante über den Querschnitt des Befestigungsabschnitts 30 hinaus. Das Überstandsmaß ist an den Seiten und an der Oberkante relativ gering und entspricht im Beispielsfall der Wandstärke des Blendenprofils 13. Die Unterkante des Anschlagabschnitts 29 hingegen steht deutlich weiter über die Unterkante des Befestigungsabschnitts 30 hinaus. Der Überstand des Anschlagabschnitts 29 gegenüber dem Befestigungsabschnitt 30 bildet die Anschlagfläche 28. An der Rückseite des Anschlagabschnitts 29 befindet sich unterhalb des Befestigungsabschnitts 30 wenigstens ein Fixierelement 32, das beim Befestigen der Seitenabdeckung 12 in den endseitig offenen Grundabschnitt 14 des Blendenprofils einfährt.
  • Der Befestigungsabschnitt 30 der Seitenabdeckung 12 ist quaderförmig ausgebildet und besitzt eine Abdeckungs-Rückseite 33 und einer dieser entgegengesetzte Abdeckungs-Vorderseite 34. Die Abdeckungs-Rückseite 33 ist der Blendenprofil-Rückseite 19 und die Abdeckungs-Vorderseite 34 der Blendenprofil-Vorderseite 20 zugeordnet.
  • An der Abdeckungs-Rückseite 33 der Seitenabdeckung 12 befinden sich mehrere in Höhenrichtung der Seitenabdeckung 12 fluchtend übereinander angeordnete Befestigungslöcher 35a-d. Von den Befestigungslöchern 35a-d werden im Beispielsfall nur zwei Befestigungslöcher 35a, 35c bei der Befestigung der Seitenabdeckung 12 am Blendenprofil 13 genutzt. Das Vorhandensein von vier Befestigungslöchern 35a-d ermöglicht die Anpassung an unterschiedliche Abstände der Montagelöcher 22a, b auf Seiten des Blendenprofils 13.
  • Die Befestigungslöcher 35a-d sind jeweils mit einem Abstand x1 von der Anschlagfläche 28 des Anschlagabschnitts 29 beabstandet angeordnet.
  • Dabei ist der Abstand x1 der Befestigungslöcher 35a-d von der Anschlagfläche kleiner als der Abstand der Montagelöcher 22a,b von der Profilkante 17 des Blendenprofils 13.
  • Zur Befestigung der Seitenabdeckung 12 am Blendenprofil 13 wird diese mit dem Befestigungsabschnitt 30 voraus an das Blendenprofil 13 herangeführt, wobei der Befestigungsabschnitt 30 in den zugeordneten Aufnahmeabschnitt 18 des Blendenprofils 13 eingeführt wird. Das Einführen des Befestigungsabschnitts 30 kann beispielsweise händisch durchgeführt werden, bis der Befestigungsabschnitt nicht mehr weiter in den Aufnahmeabschnitt hinein verlagerbar ist. In dieser Stellung ist den beiden Montagelöchern 22a,b am Blendenprofil jeweils ein Befestigungsloch 35a, 35c zugeordnet. Die Lochmitte eines Montagelochs 22a fluchtet jedoch nicht mit einer Lochmitte des zugeordneten Befestigungslochs 35a,c, sondern die Lochmitte des Befestigungslochs 35a,c befindet sich näher an der Profilkante des Blendenprofils als die Lochmitte des Montagelochs 22a,b.
  • Anschließend werden die Befestigungsschrauben 26a,b in die zugeordneten Durchgangsöffnungen 25a,b am Basisabschnitt 24 des Blendenhalters 23 eingeführt, durchsetzen diese und durchsetzen anschließend die zugeordneten Montagelöcher 22a,b am Blendenprofil 13 und greifen dann in die zugeordneten Befestigungslöcher 35a,c an der Seitenabdeckung ein. Beim anschließenden Einschrauben wird die Seitenabdeckung seitlich in den Aufnahmeabschnitt 18 hineinverlagert, wodurch gewährleistet ist, dass die Anschlagfläche 28 am Anschlagelement 29 der Seitenabdeckung an die Profilkante 17 des Blendenprofils anschlägt und hier für einen spaltfreien Übergang sorgt. Die Seitenabdeckung 12 wird also sauber an die Profilkante 17 des Blendenprofils gedrückt, wobei sich durch den Gegenhalt der Befestigungsschrauben 26a,b in den Befestigungslöchern 35a,c die Schraubenausziehkräfte erhöhen, was zu einem besseren Halt des gleichzeitig mit der Seitenabdeckung am Blendenprofil befestigten Blendenhalters 23 sorgt.

Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Befestigung einer Seitenabdeckung (12) an einem Blendenprofil (13) eines bewegbaren Möbelteils, insbesondere Schublade, mit einem an der Seitenabdeckung (12) ausgebildeten, mit einer Anschlagfläche (28) ausgestatteten Anschlagabschnitt (29) und einen demgegenüber querschnittskleineren Befestigungsabschnitt (30), der in einen hohlen, sich von einer Profilkante (17) ins Innere des Blendenprofils (13) erstreckenden Aufnahmeabschnitt (18) am Blendenprofil (13) einsteckbar ist, wobei am Befestigungsabschnitt (30) wenigstens ein Befestigungsloch (35a-d) ausgebildet ist, dem wenigstens ein sich am Blendenprofil (13) von einer Blendenprofil-Rückseite (19) in den hohlen Aufnahmeabschnitt (18) erstreckendes Montageloch (22a,b) zugeordnet ist, wobei das Befestigungsloch (35a-d) und das Montageloch (22a,b) derart zueinander ausgerichtet sind, dass der Befestigungsabschnitt (30) beim Einführen von Befestigungsmitteln durch das Montageloch (22a,b) in das Befestigungsloch (35a-d) in den Aufnahmeabschnitt (18) hinein verlagerbar ist, sodass der Anschlagabschnitt (29) an die Profilkante (17) des Blendenprofils (13) drückbar ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere, in Höhenrichtung der Seitenabdeckung (12) beabstandet zueinander angeordnete Befestigungslöcher (35a-d) vorgesehen sind, denen mehrere, in Höhenrichtung des Blendenprofils (13) beabstandet zueinander angeordnete Montagelöcher (22a,b) zugeordnet sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungslöcher (35a-d) in Höhenrichtung der Seitenabdeckung (12) und die Montagelöcher (22a,b) in Höhenrichtung des Blendenprofils (13) zueinander fluchtend ausgerichtet sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wenigstens eine Befestigungsloch (35a-d) in Breitenrichtung der Seitenabdeckung (12) mit einem Abstand x1 von der Anschlagfläche (28) des Anschlagabschnitts (29) beabstandet ist und das wenigstens eine Montageloch (22a,b) in Breitenrichtung des Blendenprofils (13) mit Abstand x2 von der Profilkante (17) beabstandet ist, wobei der Abstand x1 kleiner als der Abstand x2 ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens einen Blendenhalter (23) zur Befestigung des Blendenprofils (13) an einem Seitenteil des bewegbaren Möbelteils, insbesondere Schublade, wobei der Blendenhalter (23) wenigstens eine dem Montageloch (22a,b) am Blendenprofil (13) zugeordnete Durchgangsöffnung (25a,b) aufweist, über die zur gleichzeitigen Befestigung des Blendenhalters (23) und der Seitenabdeckung (12) am Blendenprofil (13) Befestigungsmittel in das Montageloch (22a,b) und weiter in das Befestigungsloch (35a-d) einführbar sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blendenprofil aus Metall, insbesondere Aluminium besteht.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenabdeckung (12) aus Kunststoff besteht.
  8. Möbelteil, insbesondere Schublade, mit einem Blendenprofil (13) und wenigstens einer Seitenabdeckung (12) für das Blendenprofil (13) und einer Vorrichtung (11) zur Befestigung der Seitenabdeckung (12) am Blendenprofil (13), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (11) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 ausgebildet ist.
  9. Möbel, mit einem relativ zu einem Möbelkorpus des Möbels bewegbar geführten Möbelteil, insbesondere Schublade, wobei das Möbelteil ein Blendenprofil (13), wenigstens eine Seitenabdeckung (12) für das Blendenprofil (13) und eine Vorrichtung (11) zur Befestigung der Seitenabdeckung (12) am Blendenprofil (13) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (11) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 ausgebildet ist.
