  • the jaws 29, 30 When they are at the close-together position, the jaws 29, 30 define the curved surface 27 for receiving the rear portion 23b of the tubular wrap.
  • the jaws 29 and 30 are spaced apart when they are at the folder 22, thus allowing the latter to twist the wrap.
