Claims (13)

  1. Machine d'enveloppement pour envelopper un produit de confiserie (100) comportant au moins une surface de base (101) et une surface latérale (102), la machine comprenant
    - une unité d'enveloppement (2) servant à envelopper le produit de confiserie (100) ;
    - une unité d'alimentation (4), servant à alimenter le produit de confiserie (100) à l'unité d'enveloppement (2), située en amont de l'unité d'enveloppement (2) selon une direction d'alimentation (V) du produit de confiserie (100), pour déplacer le produit de confiserie (100) d'un poste de préhension (6) à poste de distribution (14),
    - un dispositif d'alimentation (21), servant à alimenter une feuille (200) de matière d'enveloppement, situé dans le poste de distribution (14), pour associer la feuille (200) de matière d'enveloppement au produit de confiserie (100),
    la machine étant caractérisée en ce que l'unité d'alimentation (4) comprend
    - un premier préhenseur (7) mobile autour d'un premier axe de rotation (R7) du poste de préhension (6) à un poste d'échange (8) et vice versa le long d'un premier arc circulaire (11) pour saisir le produit de confiserie (100) dans le poste de préhension (6), l'alimenter au poste d'échange (8) et revenir au poste de préhension (6) ;
    - un second préhenseur (13) mobile autour d'un second axe de rotation (R13) du poste d'échange (8) au poste de distribution (14) et vice versa le long d'un second arc circulaire (17) pour saisir le produit de confiserie (100) dans le poste d'échange (8), l'alimenter au poste de distribution (14) et revenir au poste d'échange (8).
  2. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle les premier et second axes de rotation (R7, R13) sont coïncidents, les premier et second arcs circulaires (11, 17) étant concentriques.
  3. Machine selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle l'unité d'alimentation (4) comprend un dispositif de transfert (18) fonctionnant au poste de distribution (14) et mobile entre le poste de distribution (14) et l'unité d'enveloppement (2) le long d'un parcours rectiligne (P) pour transférer le produit de confiserie (100) du second préhenseur (13) à l'unité d'enveloppement (2).
  4. Machine selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle l'unité d'enveloppement (2) comprend un dispositif d'alimentation (21) servant à alimenter une feuille (200) de matière d'enveloppement et fonctionnant le long du parcours rectiligne (P) pour associer la feuille (200) de matière d'enveloppement au produit de confiserie (100) le long d'une direction transversale au parcours rectiligne (P).
  5. Machine selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle le dispositif de transfert (18) comprend un poussoir (19) et un contre-poussoir (20) mobiles réciproquement entre une position écartée et une position rapprochée où le produit de confiserie (100) est saisi par le second préhenseur (13) dans le poste de distribution (14).
  6. Machine selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle le dispositif d'alimentation (21), le poussoir (19) et le contre-poussoir (20) sont positionnés les uns par rapport aux autres et coordonnés de manière à ce que le poussoir (19) et le contre-poussoir (20) maintiennent la feuille (200) de matière d'enveloppement avec le produit de confiserie (100) le long du parcours rectiligne (P).
  7. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 3 à 6, comprenant au moins un élément à balais (24) définissant un canal (25) pour le passage du produit de confiserie (100) et défini le long du parcours rectiligne (P) pour étaler une feuille (200) de matière d'enveloppement sur le produit de confiserie (100) entre le poste de distribution (14) et l'unité d'enveloppement (2) .
  8. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle l'unité d'alimentation (4) comprend une courroie transporteuse (5) pour alimenter le produit (100) au poste de préhension (6), le premier préhenseur (7) saisissant le produit (100) à partir de la courroie transporteuse (5) dans le poste de préhension (6) .
  9. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le premier arc circulaire (11) sous-tend au centre, sur le premier axe de rotation (R7), un premier angle compris entre 30 et 60 degrés sexagésimaux, le premier angle au centre étant de préférence de 45 degrés sexagésimaux.
  10. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le second arc circulaire (17) sous-tend au centre, sur le second axe de rotation (R13), un second angle compris entre 30 et 60 degrés sexagésimaux, le second angle au centre étant de préférence de 45 degrés sexagésimaux.
  11. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le premier arc circulaire (11) sous-tend un premier angle au centre sur le premier axe de rotation (R7) et le second arc circulaire (17) sous-tend un second angle au centre sur le second axe de rotation (R13), la somme des premier et second angles au centre étant de 90 degrés sexagésimaux, les premier et second axes de rotation (R7, R13) étant coïncidents.
  12. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le premier préhenseur (7) comprend une première et une seconde mâchoire (9, 10) mobiles réciproquement entre une position écartée et une position rapprochée où le produit de confiserie (100) est saisi par une première partie de préhension (9a) respective et une seconde partie de préhension (10a), toutes deux pouvant pivoter autour d'un troisième axe de rotation (R10) coïncidant à la première partie (9a) et à la seconde partie (10a) et se prolongeant radialement par rapport au premier axe de rotation (R7) lorsque les première et seconde mâchoires (9, 10) se trouvent dans la position rapprochée, les première et seconde parties de préhension (9a, 10a) pouvant de préférence pivoter d'au moins 90 degrés sexagésimaux autour du troisième axe (R10).
  13.
