Claims (25)

  1. Agencement d'occultation (1) pour une fenêtre et adapté pour être monté dans un cadre (2) de la fenêtre, ayant un état d'approvisionnement et un état monté incluant au moins deux positions d'installation,
    l'agencement d'occultation comprenant un corps d'occultation (6) et deux rails latéraux (8, 9) définissant chacun une direction longitudinale entre une extrémité inférieure (818) et une extrémité supérieure (819), et ayant une longueur prédéfinie correspondant à une première position d'installation et étant adapté pour être réglé à au moins une longueur réglée correspondant à au moins une autre position d'installation respective,
    chaque rail latéral (8, 9) comprend une première patte (823) adaptée pour être montée sur une face latérale intérieure d'une pièce latérale d'un cadre de fenêtre et une deuxième patte (824) ayant un côté avant (814) et un côté arrière (815) et s'étendant dans un plan général en formant un angle avec la première patte (823) et adaptée pour couvrir des bords latéraux du corps d'occultation (6) dans l'état monté,
    la première patte (823) de chaque rail latéral (8, 9) est pourvue d'une première portion de bride (823a) s'étendant sensiblement en parallèle avec le plan général de la deuxième patte (824) pour former une gorge de guidage (821) pour les bords latéraux du corps d'occultation (6),

Agencement d'occultation selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la fente (252 ; 252') de la première patte (823) se termine à une distance du bord d'extrémité libre de la première patte (823) opposée à l'extension de la deuxième patte (824) de sorte qu'un pont (256) entre la section de rupture (8a) et la section restante (8b) soit obtenu pour protéger le rail latéral (8) contre une déformation au moins dans l'état d'approvisionnement.
  3. Agencement d'occultation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la fente comprend un ensemble de découpes (252, 253, 254) et un autre ensemble de découpes (252', 253', 254') à une distance du premier ensemble de découpes (252, 253, 254) formant une section intermédiaire (250) entre eux, la section intermédiaire (250) étant de préférence raccordée à la section de rupture (8a) et à la section restante (8b) respectivement par des points d'extrémité (255a, 255b).
  4. Agencement d'occultation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel un organe de fixation (150) est raccordé de façon détachable au moins à la première patte (823) du rail latéral (8) de façon à couvrir la largeur de la fente de la première patte (823) et de la première portion de bride (823a) pour former un pont entre la section de rupture (8a) et la section restante (8b), l'organe de fixation (150) faisant de préférence partie de la gorge de guidage (821).
  5. Agencement d'occultation selon la revendication 4, dans lequel l'organe de fixation (150) est raccordé à la première patte (823) par l'intermédiaire de deux points d'ancrage (830, 831) de la première patte (823) au moins dans la première position d'installation, un point d'ancrage (830) étant positionné sur la section de rupture (8a) et un autre point d'ancrage (831) étant positionné sur la section restante (8b) sur chaque côté de la fente.
  6. Agencement d'occultation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel la première patte (823) du rail latéral est pourvue d'une seconde portion de bride (823b) au niveau du bord libre de la première portion de bride (823a) pour former une entrée s'étendant longitudinalement (822) jusqu'à la gorge de guidage (821), l'entrée (822) ayant une dimension transversale plus petite que la gorge de guidage (821).
  7. Agencement d'occultation selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la seconde portion de bride (823b) de la première patte (823) du rail latéral (8) est pourvue d'au moins une troisième découpe (254 ; 254') à travers le matériau de la seconde portion de bride (823b) de façon à former une fente dans le plan général des première et deuxième découpes (252, 253 ; 252', 253').
  8. Agencement d'occultation selon la revendication 6 ou 7, dans lequel la fente de la première patte (823) et les première et seconde portions de bride (823a, 823b) de la première patte (823) du rail latéral (8) forment un certain nombre d'ouvertures (811, 812, 813) au niveau de la position de la rainure d'affaiblissement (810) de la deuxième patte (824).
  9. Agencement d'occultation selon la revendication 8, dans lequel l'organe de fixation (150) est raccordé de façon détachable au rail latéral (8) au moins dans l'état d'approvisionnement et s'ajuste dans les ouvertures (811, 812, 813) de la première patte (823) et les première et seconde portions de bride (823a, 823b) de la première patte (823).
  10. Agencement d'occultation selon les revendications 4 et 9, dans lequel l'organe de fixation (150) forme un pont entre la section de rupture (8a) et la section restante (8b) du rail latéral dans l'état monté, et dans lequel l'organe de fixation (150) fait partie de la gorge de guidage (821) pour les bords latéraux du corps d'occultation.
  11. Agencement d'occultation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 et 10, dans lequel l'organe de fixation (150) comprend une première patte (151) adaptée pour s'ajuster dans l'ouverture (811) de la première patte (823) du rail latéral (8), une deuxième patte (152) adaptée pour s'ajuster dans l'ouverture (812) de la première portion de bride (823a), et une troisième patte (153) pour s'ajuster dans l'ouverture (813) de la seconde portion de bride (823b).
  12. Agencement d'occultation selon la revendication 11, dans lequel l'organe de fixation (150) est pourvu de premiers moyens d'enclenchement (154, 561, 562) pour s'enclencher avec les première et seconde portions de bride (823a, 823b) de la première patte (823) du rail latéral, et de seconds moyens d'enclenchement (514, 517, 518, 530, 531) pour s'enclencher avec la première patte (823) du rail latéral (8).
  13. Agencement d'occultation selon la revendication 13, dans lequel les premiers moyens d'enclenchement comprennent une barre étagée (154) faisant saillie depuis chaque côté de l'organe de fixation (150) au niveau de la transition (525) entre la deuxième patte (152) et la troisième patte (153) pour une introduction dans le rail latéral (8) adjacente à la transition entre les ouvertures (812, 813) dans les première et seconde portions de bride (823a, 823b).
  14. Agencement d'occultation selon la revendication 12 ou 13, dans lequel les premiers moyens d'enclenchement comprennent des portions d'ailette (561, 562) pour une interaction avec l'ouverture (812) de la première portion de bride (823a) de la première patte (823) du rail latéral (8), où lesdites portions d'ailette sont raccordées à travers une portion principale (156) de la deuxième patte (152).
  15. Agencement d'occultation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 14, dans lequel les seconds moyens d'enclenchement comprennent des portions d'épaulement (517, 518) pour une interaction avec la première patte (823).
  16. Agencement d'occultation selon la revendication 15, dans lequel les portions d'épaulement (517, 518) sont sensiblement résilientes par rapport à une portion principale (514) de la première patte (151) grâce à la fourniture d'un espace intermédiaire (530, 531).
  17. Agencement d'occultation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un organe d'extrémité (75) est prévu pour fermer l'extrémité inférieure (818) de la section de rupture (8a) du rail latéral (8) ou l'extrémité (818') de la section restante (8b).
  18. Agencement d'occultation selon la revendication 17, dans lequel un dispositif de frein (65) est adapté pour être raccordé à l'organe d'extrémité (75).
  19. Agencement d'occultation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 18, dans lequel la première patte (823) se termine à une distance de l'extrémité inférieure (818) du rail latéral et a une longueur plus courte que la deuxième patte (824) formant ainsi un évidement (818a).
  20. Agencement d'occultation selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la rainure d'affaiblissement (810) de la deuxième patte (824) a une largeur dans la plage de 0,01 à 4 mm, de préférence de 0,03 à 2 mm.
  21. Agencement d'occultation selon la revendication 1 ou 20, dans lequel la profondeur de la rainure de la rainure d'affaiblissement (810) se trouve dans la plage de 0,4 à 1,0 mm, de préférence de 0,5 à 0,7 mm, l'épaisseur de matériau du rail latéral étant dans la plage de 0,8 à 1,5 mm.
  22. Agencement d'occultation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 22, dans lequel la largeur de la rainure d'affaiblissement se trouve dans la plage de 0,01 à 0,1 mm, et la rainure est fournie par découpe laser, de préférence découpée pour concorder avec le côté avant du rail latéral.
  23. Procédé de montage d'un agencement d'occultation (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 22 dans un cadre de fenêtre (2) incluant deux pièces latérales (22, 23), comprenant les étapes de :
    fourniture de l'agencement d'occultation dans un état d'approvisionnement,
    sélection d'une situation d'installation,
    rupture de la section de rupture (8a) depuis la section restante (8b) de chaque rail latéral (8) au niveau de la zone de cassure fournissant ainsi une extrémité libre (818') de la section restante (8b) du rail latéral (8), et
    raccordement de la section restante (8b) des rails latéraux (8) respectifs aux pièces latérales (22, 23) du cadre de fenêtre.
  24. Procédé selon la revendication 23, dans lequel l'étape de fourniture de l'agencement d'occultation dans un état d'approvisionnement inclut l'étape de raccordement d'un organe de fixation (150) à chaque rail latéral (8), comprenant l'étape supplémentaire de détachement du raccordement entre l'organe de fixation (150) et le rail latéral (8) avant la rupture de la section de rupture (8a) depuis la section restante (8b) de chaque rail latéral (8).
  25. Procédé selon la revendication 23 ou 24, comprenant les étapes de fourniture d'un organe d'extrémité (75) et de raccordement de l'organe d'extrémité à l'extrémité libre (818') de la section restante (8b) du rail latéral (8), et facultativement de raccordement d'un dispositif de frein (65) à l'organe d'extrémité (75).
