  • the air-jet spinning device 7 stops the injection of the air from the second nozzles 54 when the yarn end is being sucked with the first suction pressure by the suction pipe 27. Hence, unnecessary load on the yarn Y can be avoided, and thereby yarn breakage can be suppressed.
  • the suction pipe 27 twists the end of the caught yarn Y by the air injected from the twisting nozzles 84 into the suction passageway 71.
  • the yarn Y can be guided to the yarn joining device 26 while twists are being applied to the end of the caught yarn Y. Consequently, even when catching a yarn end that is weak in yarn strength, yarn breakage can be effectively avoided and thereby the occurrence of failed yarn catching can be suppressed.

  • the air-jet spinning device performs the first operation of changing the air pressure, at the time when the yarn is guided to the outside, from the first air pressure to the second air pressure.
  • the air-jet spinning device reduces the second air pressure such that, for example, the second air pressure is lower than the first air pressure and guides the yarn with the second air pressure at the time when the yarn catching device starts to suck the yarn end, and thereby reduces the force applied on the yarn. Consequently, the yarn is not subjected to excessive force even when the yarn catching device sucks the yarn end while the yarn is being guided to the outside. Hence, yarn breakage can be suppressed. Furthermore, the yarn end can be caught by the yarn catching device without having to stop the yarn from being guided out of the air-jet spinning device. Consequently, occurrence of failed yarn catching can be suppressed.
  • the yarn catching device performs the second operation of sucking the yarn end with the first suction pressure and continuing the sucked state of the yarn end with the second suction pressure.
  • the first suction pressure such that, for example, the first suction pressure is lower than the second suction pressure in the yarn catching device
  • a suction force acting on the yarn end when the yarn catching device starts to suck the yarn end can be reduced. Consequently, the yarn is not subjected to excessive force even when the yarn catching device sucks the yarn end while the yarn is being guided to the outside from the air-jet spinning device.

  • the air-jet spinning device includes a nozzle block that includes a spinning chamber in which fibers are swirled by the action of the swirling air current and a first nozzle that allows passage of air that is injected into the spinning chamber to generate the swirling air current, and a hollow guide shaft that includes a passageway that guides the fibers swirled in the spinning chamber to outside and a second nozzle that allows passage of air that is injected into the passageway, and the yarn catching device is controlled to generate suction pressures when the air is being injected from the second nozzle.
  • the yarn catching device is controlled to generate the first suction pressure that is lower than the second suction pressure when the air is being injected from the second nozzle in the air-jet spinning device.
  • the yarn catching device can catch the yarn end while the yarn is guided to the outside of the air-jet spinning device without subjecting the yarn to excessive force.
  • the air-jet spinning device is controlled to stop the injection of the air from the second nozzle when the yarn catching device is controlled to generate the first suction pressure.
  • the yarn catching device includes a suction member that generates the first suction pressure and the second suction pressure.
  • the above spinning machine further includes a yarn pooling device that pools the yarn formed by the air-jet spinning device, and the yarn catching device catches the end of the yarn from the air-jet spinning device at a position between the air-jet spinning device and the yarn pooling device.
  • the yarn catching device can include a twisting member that twists the yarn end caught by the yarn catching device.
  • the yarn can be guided to a target position (for example, the yarn joining device) while twists are being applied to the caught yarn end. Consequently, even when catching a yarn end that is weak in yarn strength, yarn breakage can be effectively avoided and thereby the occurrence of failed yarn catching can be suppressed.
  • the above spinning machine further includes a controller that controls at least one of the air-jet spinning device and the yarn catching device so as to execute at least one operation out of the first operation and the second operation.
  • the air-jet spinning device is controlled to execute the first operation
  • the yarn catching device is controlled to execute the second operation.

Claims (9)

  1. Machine à filer (1) comprenant:
    un dispositif de filature à jet d'air (7) conçu pour former un fil (Y) sous l'action d'un courant d'air tourbillonnant ; dans laquelle le dispositif de filature à jet d'air (7) inclut un ensemble buse (40) et un arbre de guidage creux (50) ; un conduit (51) et une pluralité de secondes buses (54) étant agencées dans l'arbre de guidage creux (50) ; le conduit (51) étant conçu pour guider le fil (Y) vers l'extérieur et les secondes buses (54) étant conçues pour permettre le passage de l'air qui est injecté dans le conduit (51) ;
    un dispositif de saisie de fil (27) conçu pour saisir une extrémité du fil (Y) provenant du dispositif de filature à jet d'air (7) par aspiration ;
    dans laquelle la machine à filer (1) comprend en outre
    un organe de commande (10 ; C) conçu pour commander, pendant une période au cours de laquelle le dispositif de saisie de fil (27) saisit l'extrémité du fil (Y), au moins l'un du dispositif de filature à jet d'air (7) et du dispositif de saisie de fil (27) de manière à exécuter au moins une opération parmi une première opération effectuée par le dispositif de filature à jet d'air (7) et une seconde opération effectuée par le dispositif de saisie de fil (27),
    dans laquelle la première opération est une opération de modification d'une pression de l'air dans le dispositif de filature à jet d'air (7) d'une première pression d'air à une seconde pression d'air qui est différente de la première pression d'air à un moment où l'extrémité du fil (Y) est guidée vers l'extérieur lorsque l'air est injecté depuis les secondes buses (54) du dispositif de filature à jet d'air (7), dans laquelle la seconde pression d'air est inférieure à la première pression d'air et le dispositif de filature à jet d'air (7) est configuré pour guider le fil avec la seconde pression d'air au moment où le dispositif de saisie de fil (27) commence à aspirer l'extrémité de fil et
    la seconde opération est une opération d'aspiration, par le dispositif de saisie de fil (27), de l'extrémité du fil (Y) avec une première pression d'aspiration après que l'air a été injecté depuis les secondes buses (54), puis de poursuite d'un état aspiré de l'extrémité du fil (Y) avec une seconde pression d'aspiration qui est différente de la première pression d'aspiration ; dans laquelle la première pression d'aspiration est inférieure à la seconde pression d'aspiration dans le dispositif de saisie de fil.
  2. Machine à filer (1) comprenant :
    un dispositif de filature à jet d'air (7) conçu pour former un fil (Y) sous l'action d'un courant d'air tourbillonnant ; et
    un dispositif de saisie de fil (27) conçu pour saisir une extrémité du fil (Y) par aspiration,
    caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de saisie de fil (27) inclut
    une première section de régulation de pression (81) conçue pour générer une première pression d'aspiration,
    une seconde section de régulation de pression (82) conçue pour générer une seconde pression d'aspiration qui est différente de la première pression d'aspiration, et
    une section de commutation (83) conçue pour commuter entre la première pression d'aspiration et la seconde pression d'aspiration, dans laquelle la première pression d'aspiration est inférieure à la seconde pression d'aspiration dans le dispositif de saisie de fil.
  3. Machine à filer (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle
    l'ensemble buse (40) inclut une chambre de filature (42) dans laquelle des fibres sont entortillées sous l'action du courant d'air tourbillonnant et une première buse (44) conçue pour permettre le passage de l'air qui est injecté dans la chambre de filature (42) pour générer le courant d'air tourbillonnant, et dans laquelle
    le dispositif de saisie de fil (27) est commandé pour générer des pressions d'aspiration lorsque l'air est injecté depuis la seconde buse (54).
  4. Machine à filer (1) selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle le dispositif de filature à jet d'air (7) inclut
    un ensemble buse (40) qui inclut une chambre de filature (42) dans laquelle des fibres sont entortillées sous l'action du courant d'air tourbillonnant et une première buse (44) conçue pour permettre le passage de l'air qui est injecté dans la chambre de filature (42) pour générer le courant d'air tourbillonnant, et
    un arbre de guidage creux (50) qui inclut un conduit (51) est conçu pour guider les fibres entortillées dans la chambre de filature (42) vers l'extérieur et les secondes buses (54) conçues pour permettre le passage de l'air qui est injecté dans le conduit (51), et
    le dispositif de saisie de fil (27) est commandé pour générer des pressions d'aspiration lorsque l'air est injecté depuis la seconde buse (54).
  5. Machine à filer (1) selon la revendication 3 ou 4, dans laquelle le dispositif de saisie de fil (27) est commandé pour générer la première pression d'aspiration qui est inférieure à la seconde pression d'aspiration lorsque l'air est injecté depuis la seconde buse (54) dans le dispositif de filature à jet d'air (7).
  6. Machine à filer (1) selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle le dispositif de filature à jet d'air (7) est commandé pour interrompre l'injection de l'air depuis la seconde buse (54) lorsque le dispositif de saisie de fil (27) est commandé pour générer la première pression d'aspiration.
  7. Machine à filer (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle le dispositif de saisie de fil (27) inclut un organe d'aspiration (80) conçu pour générer la première pression d'aspiration et la seconde pression d'aspiration.
  8. Machine à filer (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, comprenant en outre un dispositif d'accumulation de fil (11) conçu pour accumuler le fil (Y) formé par le dispositif de filature à jet d'air (7),
    dans laquelle le dispositif de saisie de fil (27) est conçu pour saisir l'extrémité du fil (Y) provenant du dispositif de filature à jet d'air (7) en une position entre le dispositif de filature à jet d'air (7) et le dispositif d'accumulation de fil (11).
  9. Machine à filer (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans laquelle le dispositif de saisie de fil (27) inclut un organe de torsion (84) conçu pour torsader l'extrémité du fil (Y) saisie par le dispositif de saisie de fil (27).
