  • the notches 142 on the sander pad 130 and the corresponding datum holes 174 on the sanding disc 104 may serve the purposes of improving the attachment of the sanding disc 104 to the sander pad 130, removal of the sanding disc 104 from the sander pad 130, and/or aligning the sanding disc to the sander pad 130 for full flow of the vacuum through the sanding disc 104 and the sander pad 130, while minimizing the time spent by the user in achieving these tasks and minimizing the risk of injury to the user.

Claims (14)

  1. Handschleifmaschine (102) und Schleifscheibenhalterung zum Anbringen einer Schleifscheibe an einer Handschleifmaschine (102), umfassend:
    einen Tisch (106) mit einer Oberseite (108);
    eine Schleifmaschinenaufbewahrstation (120) auf dem Tisch (106), wobei die Schleifmaschinenaufbewahrstation (120) einen Halter (150) zum Halten einer Handschleifmaschine (102) mit einem Schleifteller (130) auf der Oberseite (108) des Tisches (106) aufweist, und
    eine Anwendungsstation (124) auf dem Tisch (106), wobei die Anwendungsstation (124) wenigstens zwei Ausrichtzapfen (190) aufweist, die sich von der Oberseite (108) des Tisches (106) weg erstrecken, wobei die Ausrichtzapfen (190) einen Stapel (128) von Schleifscheiben (104) halten, deren Befestigungsseiten von der Oberseite (108) des Tisches (106) abgewandt sind, und die Ausrichtzapfen (190) durch Ausrichtlöcher (174) in den Schleifscheiben (104) laufen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die wenigstens zwei Ausrichtzapfen (190) Ausrichtflächen aufweisen, die dazu eingerichtet sind, in Ausrichtnuten (142) in einem Außendurchmesser des Schleiftellers (130) aufgenommen zu werden, wobei die Ausrichtzapfen (190) den Schleifteller (130) zur Schleifscheibe (104) ausrichten, wenn der Schleifteller (130) gegen die Befestigungsseite der äußersten Schleifscheibe (104) gedrückt wird.
  2. Halterung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Ausrichtflächen dazu eingerichtet sind, seitlich in die Ausrichtnuten (142) im Außendurchmesser des Schleiftellers (130) geladen zu werden.
  3. Halterung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Schleifscheiben (104) Ansauglöcher (140) aufweisen, die durch die Ausrichtzapfen (190) zu Ansauglöchern (140) in dem Schleifteller (130) ausgerichtet sind.
  4. Halterung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Ausrichtzapfen (190) die Ausrichtung der Ansauglöcher (140) in den Schleifscheiben (104), die in dem Stapel (128) von Schleifscheiben (104) enthalten sind, beibehalten.
  5. Halterung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Halter (150) eine Lippe aufweist, welche den Schleifteller (130) gegen die Oberseite (108) des Tisches (106) hält.
  6. Halterung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Tisch (106) Bügel zum Einstellen eines Winkels des Tisches (106) aufweist.
  7. Halterung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Halter (150) halbkreisförmig ausgebildet ist und die Handschleifmaschine (102) im halbkreisförmigen Halter hängt.
  8. Halterung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Halter (150) so verstellbar ist, dass er Handschleifmaschinen (102) mit unterschiedlichen Formen aufnehmen kann.
  9. Halterung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Ausrichtzapfen (190) vom Tisch (106) abnehmbar und auf verschiedene Relativpositionen verstellbar sind, um Schleifscheiben (104) mit unterschiedlichen Konfigurationen von Ansauglöchern (140) aufzunehmen.
  10. Halterung nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend eine Schleifscheiben (104)-Aufbewahrstation (122) auf dem Tisch (106), die dazu eingerichtet ist, wenigstens einen Stapel (128) von Schleifscheiben (104) mit zueinander ausgerichteten Ansauglöchern (140) aufzunehmen.
  11. Halterung nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Schleifscheiben (104)-Aufbewahrstation (122) eine mittige Spindel (160) aufweist, die sich von der Oberseite (108) des Tisches (106) weg erstreckt, wobei die mittige Spindel (160) den wenigstens einen Stapel (128) von Schleifscheiben (104) hält und dabei durch ein mittiges Loch (162) jeder Schleifscheibe (104) in einem solchen Stapel (128) läuft.
  12. Halterung nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Schleifscheiben (104)-Aufbewahrstation (122) an die Anwendungsstation (124) angrenzt, und wobei Schleifscheiben (104) aus dem Stapel (128) von Schleifscheiben (104) an der Schleifscheibenaufbewahrstation (122) aus der Schleifscheiben (104)-Aufbewahrstation (122) entnommen und zur Anwendungsstation (124) bewegt werden.
  13. Verfahren zum Anbringen einer Schleifscheibe an einer Handschleifmaschine (102), umfassend die Schritte:
    Bereitstellen einer Schleifscheiben (104)-Anwendungsstation (124) mit wenigstens zwei Ausrichtzapfen (190), die sich von einer Oberseite (108) eines Tisches (106) weg erstrecken;
    Positionieren einer Schleifscheibe (104) an der Anwendungsstation (124) so, dass die wenigstens zwei Ausrichtzapfen (190) durch Ausrichtlöcher (174) in der Schleifscheibe (104) laufen, wobei die Schleifscheibe (104) so positioniert wird, dass eine Befestigungsseite der Schleifscheiben (104) von der Oberseite (108) des Tisches (106) abgewandt ist;
    gekennzeichnet durch die Schritte:
    Ausrichten einer Handschleifmaschine (102) zur Anwendungsstation (124) durch Drücken der Handschleifmaschine (102) gegen die wenigstens zwei Ausrichtzapfen (190), so dass Ausrichtnuten (142) in einem Außendurchmesser eines Schleiftellers (130) der Handschleifmaschine (102) die wenigstens zwei Ausrichtzapfen aufnehmen, und
    Verschieben der Handschleifmaschine (102) in einer Befestigungsrichtung zur Oberseite (108) des Tisches (106) hin entlang der wenigstens zwei Ausrichtzapfen (190), bis die Schleifscheibenauflage (130) gegen die Befestigungsseite der Schleifscheibe (104) gedrückt wird und die Schleifscheibe (104) an der Schleifscheibenauflage (130) befestigt ist.
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, wobei die Ausrichtung einer Handschleifmaschine (102) das seitliche Laden der Handschleifmaschine (102) in die Anwendungsstation (124) in einer zu den Ausrichtzapfen nicht parallelen Richtung umfasst.
