The present invention relates to a mast for an industrial truck, in particular for a reach truck. The mast has a load supporting means and three mast frames, each having at least two cross members interconnected rails. The mast frames are at least partially arranged inside each other so that they are formed as an inner mast, a center mast and an outer mast. The inner mast is supported in the center mast and the center mast is supported in the outer mast. The outer mast is held by a mast holder on the vehicle. In a reach truck, the mast holder is arranged displaceably in the vehicle longitudinal direction.

Masts with three mast frames are well known. So describes US 7,398,859 B2 a mast with three mast frame, in which a sprocket of the lifting device is arranged on the center mast transversely in front of the inner mast. This results in a compact design of the mast, which allows an arrangement of the center mast completely within the outer mast.

Out JP 10 152 298 a mast is known in which a C-shaped outer mast has an integrated lifting cylinder and engages a equipped with a double T-beam profile of the middle mast in the profile of the outer mast.

Out JP 2001/247298 A is the construction of a mast known in which the profiles of the stationary mast are connected by a U-shaped bracket at the top and a lower end arranged frame construction, wherein the frame construction with rear side, perpendicular to the profiles frame members, the cross members with each other are connected.

In order to be able to load masts even at high altitudes with an acceptable load, the mast must be stiffened. It must also be ensured that, when the forces are introduced into the mast holder, there is a flow of force that is as uniform as possible without force and voltage peaks.

The invention has for its object to provide a mast, which can accommodate large loads stable even at high lifting heights and at the same time has a compact design.

According to the invention, we achieved the object by a mast with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments form the subject of the dependent claims.

The mast according to the invention is provided and intended for an industrial truck, in particular for a reach truck. The mast is equipped with a load support and three mast frames, each having two interconnected via at least two cross members rails. The mast frames are formed as an inner mast, a center mast and an outer mast, of which the inner mast is supported in the center mast and this in the outer mast. The outer mast is designed to be held in a mast holder. According to the invention, each rail of the outer mast is provided on its side facing away from the load bearing means with a connecting plate and a rear pull. Each rear pull extends along the profile rail and is connected at its lower, pointing to the mast holder end with the corresponding connection plate of the rail. The upper end of the rear pull preferably extends to the upper end of the outer mast. A cross member is disposed between the connection plates. In the embodiment of the outer mast according to the invention a pull-back is provided for each of the rails, which runs along the rail and spaced from this. The pull-out is arranged at its end facing the mast holder on the connecting plate and connected thereto. The provided in the mast holder cross member, which receives the transverse forces acting between the rails, is also connected via the connecting plates with the rails. In the area of Mast holder so both the forwarded by the pull of the outer mast forces and the transverse forces acting between the rails are introduced via the connecting plates in the rails. According to the invention, the connection of the force-conducting components to the rail via the connection plate.

According to the invention, each of the connection plates has a greater width than the profile rail of the outer mast, wherein the connection plates extend into the region between the profile rails. The connecting plates are each wider than the profile rails of the outer mast on the side facing away from the load supporting means. In addition, the rails are arranged on the outer mast that they project into the area between the rails of the outer mast. Depending on the configuration, the connecting plates can protrude laterally outward beyond the profiled rails or can be flush with the profiled rails on their outer sides.

In a preferred embodiment of the mast according to the invention, the cross member between connecting plates and the rear train is connected in a common height with the connecting plates. In this way, spatially widely spaced introduction points for the attacking forces are avoided and it takes place in a spatially compact manner, the introduction of the forces acting on the outer mast forces. The introduction of the forces from each of the rear links into the connecting plate is assisted by connecting each of the rear links with a flat side and in particular with its largest flat side with the associated connecting plate.

In a preferred embodiment, each of the connecting plates tapers at its end pointing to the rear end in its width. The pointing to the rear End of the connecting plate is the upward-facing end of the connecting plate. The width here refers to the plane spanned by the rails of the outer mast. The tapered end of the connection plate causes the surface with which the connection plate is connected to the profile rail of the outer mast to decrease along the connection plate. In a non-tapered region, the force over the entire width of the connecting plate or over the entire width of the rail can be introduced into the connecting plate, in the tapered region of the connecting plate is only connected to the rail portion of the connecting plate for the introduction of the force available , As a result, a uniform force flow is effected, can be avoided with the force and voltage peaks on the outer mast.

In a preferred development, the rear end of the connecting plate is formed with a triangular shape. In the case of the triangular shape, the pull from above initially strikes a very narrow area of the connecting plate in the region of a tip of the triangle. With increasing broadening of the triangle, the connecting surface between the rear draw and connecting plate in the direction down to the crossbar steadily increases. In a preferred embodiment, an edge of the rear strip coincides with an edge of the connecting plate, wherein the rear strip connected to the connecting plate is connected to its end over its entire width with the connecting plate.

In a preferred embodiment, arranged above the connecting plates transverse struts are each arranged with their ends between the rear train and rail. This means that in the cross struts, the connection of the rear pull on the back of the rail via the cross struts. In In a preferred embodiment, the ends of the transverse struts are provided with a spacer.

The connecting plates 42 and 44 are respectively welded to the rails 28 and 30 on the side facing away from the load supporting means. Between the connecting plates 44, 42 a cross member 54 is arranged. The cross member 54 is welded at its ends, in shock, in each case with the edges 50, 52 of the connecting plates. Unlike the connection of the connecting plates with the rails are here at the cross member 54 and the connecting plates 42, 44 components along their edge on impact, ie without overlap, welded together.

The connecting plates 42, 44 each have a triangular section 56, 58. The triangular tips 56, 58 are defined by the rear links 60, 62 as in FIG Fig. 4 represented, hidden. In Fig. 3 the triangular tips are indicated by dot-dash lines for a better overview. The triangular areas 56, 58 begin immediately above the cross member 54. Along the triangular areas, the backs 60, 62 are connected to the connecting plate. The triangular shape of the connecting plates causes the flat connection between the rear 60 and connecting plate 42 after a first contact point 64 initially increases steadily before there is a full-surface connection of the rear pull with the connecting plate. Likewise the connection to the profile rail.

Below the connecting plates 42, 44, a further cross member 66 is provided, which is not connected via the connecting plates with the rails 28, 30, but is directly connected thereto.

The connection of the rear trains 60, 62 takes place not only via the connecting plates 42, 44, but in addition via the cross struts 32. The cross struts 32 have at their ends a spacer 66. As in Fig. 5 to recognize, the cross member 32 each has a widened end 33 which is provided with a trough-shaped recess 35. The recess 35 is partially contaminated by the spacer 66. As in Fig. 4 to recognize the cross member 32 is connected to each rail of the outer mast in two areas and the spacer 66 with the respective rear train 60, 62. In this case, the connection of the spacer 66 is located between the connecting portions of the cross member 32 with the rail. In this way, the rear trains 60, 62 are guided at a defined distance from the profile rails. It is expedient if the thickness of cross member 32 and spacer 66 and the thickness of the connecting plates 42, 44 corresponds.
