Such a design of the latch locking part does not enable the optimum manufacturing of latch locking part in hinges with small latches due to limited space during access at manipulation and at movement of other component parts of the hinge.

Claims (5)

  1. Ein Scharnier (8) für Flügel oder Türen, insbesondere für elektrische Haushaltsgeräte, wobei das Scharnier umfasst:
    - einen Scharnierkörper, der an einen Flügel oder eine Tür anbringbar ist und gekrümmte Abschnitte im Scharnierkörper aufweist;
    - einen in ein Tragprofil des Gerätes einschiebbären und mit dem Scharnierkörper mit einer horizontalen Achse schwenkbar verbundenen Riegel (4);
    - ein Verbindungsglied (7), wobei das Verbindungsglied (7) einerseits mit einer Federführung über eine Achse verbunden ist, die innerhalb dieser gekrümmten Abschnitte beweglich ist, und andererseits mit dem Riegel (4) über eine zweite Achse verbunden ist und das Verbindungsglied (7) ein bewegliches Teil des Scharniers (8) ist, das die Übertragung einer Translationsbewegung der Federführung auf die Bewegung des Riegels (4) ermöglicht; und
    - ein Verriegelungsteil (1) des Riegels (4),
    wobei das Verriegelungsteil (1) des Riegels (4) symmetrisch aus einem einzigen Metallstück gefertigt ist und aus zwei Armen (1a) besteht, die in ihren oberen Teilen miteinander verbunden sind, so dass sie ein Verriegelungselement (2) des Verriegelungsteils (1) bilden, wobei jeder der Arme (1a) in seinem unteren Teil mit einer Achse (3) des Verriegelungsteils (1) verbunden ist und das Verriegelungselement (2) derart geformt ist, dass es in die Kontaktoberfläche (5) des Riegels passt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Arme (1a) in seinem unteren Teil auf die Achse (3) des Verriegelungsteils (1) punktgeschweißt ist, wobei die Achse (3) des Verriegelungsteils (1) durch eine am Riegel (4) ausgeführte Führung (6) geführt ist, wobei die Kontaktfläche (5) des Riegels (4) als eine Nut (5a) ausgebildet ist, die an der dem Stützprofil zugewandten Seite als ein gekrümmter Abschnitt (5b) ausgestaltet ist, und an der zur Gerätetür zugewandten Seite die Nut (5a) als ein gerader Abschnitt (5c) ausgebildet ist, mit einem negativen Winkel in Bezug auf die ebene Fläche des Stützprofils und das Verbindungsglied (7) weist an beiden Seiten im Teil, das mit dem Verschlussteil (1) zusammenwirkt, einen Vorsprung in Form eines Zahnes (7a) auf.
  2. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Arme (1a) des Verriegelungsteils (1) in Bezug auf die Mittellinie des Verriegelungsteils (1) im Bereich der Befestigung des Riegels (4) an dem Verbindungsglied (7) mit einer Ausprägung (1c) ausgebildet ist, so dass der Abstand zwischen den beiden Armen (1a) im Bereich der Prägung (1c) geringfügig grösser ist als die Gesamtdicke der Kontaktfläche des Riegels (4) mit dem Verbindungsglied (7), und im unteren und im oberen Teil des Verriegelungsteils (1) die beiden Arme (1a) einander angenähert sind, so dass der Abstand zwischen einzelnen Armen (1a) geringfügig grösser ist als die Dicke des Riegels (4).
  3. Scharnier nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (2) des Verriegelungsteils (1) etwa die gleiche Länge wie die Länge der Nut (5a) aufweist, und im Teil, wo es auf dem geraden Abschnitt (5c) der Nut (5a) aufsitzt, ist das Verriegelungselement (2) mit einer Einschnürung (2a) ausgebildet, so dass der Abstand zwischen beiden Armen (1a) in diesem Bereich geringfügig kleiner ist als die Dicke des Riegels (4).
  4. Scharnier nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich in einer Lage, die für die Montage der Tür geeignet ist, das Verriegelungsteil (1a) in einer entriegelten Stellung befindet, wobei das Verbindungsglied (7) des Riegels (4) blockiert ist, die Achse (3) des Verriegelungsteils (1) im oberen Teil der Führung (6) positioniert ist, der Zahn (7a) des Verbindungsglieds (7) an dem Verriegelungsteil (1) befestigt ist, so dass ein unkontrolliertes Schließen des Riegels (4) verhindert wird.
  5. Scharnier nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch Schließen der Tür die Achse (3) des Verriegelungsteils (1) entlang der ausgeführten Führung (6) des Riegels (4) frei verfahrbar ist, vom oberen Teil der Führung (6) bis zum unteren Teil der Führung (6) bis zu einer Position, in der das Verriegelungselement (2) des Verriegelungsteils (1) in der Kontaktfläche (5) des Riegels (4) sitzt.
