Claims (17)

  1. Ein Scharnier (10) für Türen von Küchenherden, von der Art, die einen ersten Arm (11) umfasst, zu verbinden mit einer Tür zum Schließen einer Kammer eines Ofens, und einen zweiten Arm (12), gelenkig mit dem ersten Arm (11) verbunden, zu verbinden mit der Struktur (53) des Herdes, wobei zwischen dem ersten Arm (11) und dem zweiten Arm (12) ein kinematischer Betätigungsmechanismus (13) angeordnet ist, der ausgebildet ist, um elastische Mittel (14) zum einfacheren Schließen der Tür zu betätigen; wobei zwischen dem ersten Arm (11) und dem zweiten Arm (12) außerdem Mittel (15) zum Verlangsamen der Schließbewegung der Tür angeordnet sind, wobei die Mittel (15) zum Verlangsamen der Schließbewegung der Tür einen Behälter (16) eines fluidbetätigten Dämpfers (18) umfassen, der an einem Aufnahmekörper (17) befestigt ist, welcher Teil des ersten Arms (11) ist; wobei der in dem Behälter (16) enthaltene fluidbetätigte Dämpfer (18) durch ein erstes konturiertes Ende (19) eines Übertragungselements (20) betätigt wird, das eine Translationsbewegung mit Bezug auf den Aufnahmekörper (17) durchführen kann; wobei das zweite konturierte Ende (21) des Übertragungselements (20) konstruiert ist, um in Kontakt mit einem Schieberabschnitt (22) eines integrierten Elements (51) mit einem vordefinierten und festen Neigungswinkel zu gleiten; wobei das Übertragungselement (20) und der Schieberabschnitt (22) so an dem entsprechenden ersten Arm (11) und dem zweiten Arm (12) angeordnet sind, dass das zweite konturierte Ende (21) des Übertragungselements (20) und der Schieberabschnitt (22) in einem vordefinierten Winkel zur Verlangsamung zwischen der Tür und der Vorderseite des Ofens zusammenkommen; wobei das Scharnier (10) ein Anti-Aufprallsystem (58) umfasst, das integral mit dem zweiten Arm (12) und zwischen dem ersten (11) und dem zweiten Arm (12) angeordnet ist; wobei das Anti-Aufprallsystem Folgendes umfasst:
    - eine Schraube (56), die eine integrale Verbindung zwischen dem zweiten Arm (12) und einem Teil des Körpers des Ofens (53) herstellt;
    - einen Sitz (55) innerhalb des integrierten Elements (51), konstruiert, um den Kopf der Schraube aufzunehmen;
    - einen weiteren Sitz (59) des integrierten Elements (51), ausgebildet, um den entsprechenden Abschnitt des Arms (12) aufzunehmen;
    - eine Sitzführung (54) für das geführte und verlangsamte Gleiten des konturierten Endes (21), wobei die Sitzführung (54) sich in dem integrierten Element (51) befindet;
    - zwei Gewindebohrungen, eine (57) am zweiten Arm (12) und eine an dem Teil des Körpers des Ofens (53).
  2. Das Scharnier (10) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufnahmekörper (17) des ersten Arms (11) mit einem Profil ausgestattet ist, das sich hauptsächlich in Längsrichtung erstreckt und einen im Wesentlichen U-förmigen Querschnitt hat, mit Öffnungen, Löchern und Kanten, die zur Montage des kinematischen Mechanismus (13), der elastischen Mittel (14) und der Mittel (15) zur Verlangsamung dienen.
  3. Das Scharnier (10) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Mittel (14) aus einer Schraubenzugfeder (37) bestehen, die zwischen einem unteren Niet (36), der von dem kinematischen Mechanismus (13) bewegt wird, und einem oberen Niet (38) angeordnet ist, der transversal an den Seitenwänden (39, 40) des Aufnahmekörpers (17) befestigt ist.
  4. Das Scharnier (10) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter des fluidbetätigten Dämpfers (16) am Aufnahmekörper (17) durch einfache Verblockung befestigt ist und mit einem hinteren unteren Abschnitt (43) desselben auf zwei entsprechenden Auflagenasen (44) angeordnet ist, die an den Seitenwänden (39, 40) des Aufnahmekörpers (17) bestimmt sind, und in einem oberen Bereich durch eine die Extraktion verhindernde Widerlagereinkerbung (45) blockiert ist, welche zentral an der Zentralwand des Aufnahmekörpers (17) angebracht ist.
  5. Das Scharnier (10) gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter des fluidbetätigten Dämpfers (16) am Aufnahmekörper (17) befestigt und in einem oberen Bereich durch einen Bolzen (46) gesichert ist.
  6. Das Scharnier (10) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Übertragungselement (20) aus einer flachen Stange besteht, die angeordnet ist, um zwischen zwei Paaren symmetrischer Führungsaussparungen zu gleiten, einem ersten Paar unterer Aussparungen (47) und einem zweiten Paar oberer Aussparungen (48), die beide an den Seitenwänden (39, 40) des Aufnahmekörpers (17) bestimmt sind.
  7. Das Scharnier (10) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite konturierte Ende (21) des Übertragungselements (20) mit Bezug auf die Anordnung des flachen zentralen Teils schräg ist, um vom Platzbedarf des Aufnahmekörpers (17) vorzustehen, verfügbar für Kontakt mit dem Schieberabschnitt (22).
  8. Das Scharnier (10) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieberabschnitt (22) mit dem integrierten Element (51) integral ist, mit einem bevorzugten Neigungswinkel im Verhältnis zur Vertikalen in der Nutzungskonfiguration.
  9. Das Scharnier (10) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite konturierte Ende (21) des Übertragungselements (20) und der Schieberabschnitt (22) so angeordnet sind, dass das zweite konturierte Ende (21) des Übertragungselements (20) mit dem Schieberabschnitt (22) in einem Winkel zur Verlangsamung (24) zwischen der Tür und der Vorderseite des Ofens zusammenkommt, der zwischen 40° und 0° liegt und vorzugsweise 10° beträgt.
  10. Das Scharnier (10) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das integrierte Element (51) an dem zweiten Arm (12) über einen Niet (50) befestigt ist.
  11. Das Scharnier (10) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das integrierte Element (51) eine Form hat, die ausgebildet ist, um die Schraube (56) zu verbergen.
  12. Das Scharnier (10) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das integrierte Element (51) eine Form hat, die ausgebildet ist, das Scharnier bei Arbeiten zur Montage und Demontage der Tür in der offenen Position zu blockieren.
  13. Ein Scharnier (110) für Türen von Küchenherden, von der Art, die einen ersten Arm (111) umfasst, zu verbinden mit einer Tür zum Schließen einer Kammer eines Ofens, und einen zweiten Arm (112), gelenkig mit dem ersten Arm (111) verbunden, zu verbinden mit der Struktur (153) des Ofens, wobei zwischen dem ersten Arm (111) und dem zweiten Arm (112) ein kinematischer Betätigungsmechanismus (113) angeordnet ist, der ausgebildet ist, um elastische Mittel (114) zum einfacheren Schließen der Tür zu betätigen; wobei zwischen dem ersten Arm (111) und dem zweiten Arm (112) außerdem Mittel (115) zum Verlangsamen der Schließbewegung der Tür angeordnet sind, wobei die Mittel (115) zum Verlangsamen der Schließbewegung der Tür einen Behälter (116) eines fluidbetätigten Dämpfers (118) umfassen, der an einem Aufnahmekörper (117) befestigt ist, welcher Teil des ersten Arms (111) ist; wobei der in dem Behälter (116) enthaltene fluidbetätigte Dämpfer (118) durch ein erstes konturiertes Ende (119) eines Übertragungselements (120) betätigt wird, das eine Translationsbewegung mit Bezug auf den Aufnahmekörper (117) durchführen kann; wobei das zweite konturierte Ende (121) des Übertragungselements (120) konstruiert ist, um in Kontakt mit einem Schieberabschnitt (122) eines integrierten Elements (151) mit einem vordefinierten und festen Neigungswinkel zu gleiten; wobei das Übertragungselement (120) und der Schieberabschnitt (122) so an dem entsprechenden ersten Arm (111) und dem zweiten Arm (112) angeordnet sind, dass das zweite konturierte Ende (121) des Übertragungselements (120) und der Schieberabschnitt (122) in einem vordefinierten Winkel zur Verlangsamung zwischen der Tür und der Vorderseite des Ofens zusammenkommen; wobei das Scharnier (110) ein Anti-Aufprallsystem (158) umfasst, das integral mit dem zweiten Arm (112) und zwischen dem ersten (111) und dem zweiten Arm (112) angeordnet ist; wobei der zweite Arm (112) mit einem gekrümmten Anhang (160) ausgestattet ist, wobei das integrierte Element (151), das mit dem zweiten Arm (112) verbunden ist, zwei entsprechende Durchgangslöcher (161) hat, wobei die Löcher (161) zum Einführen eines Translationsstifts (163) geeignet sind, wobei der Anhang (160) des zweiten Arms (112) für das Einführen des Translationsstifts (163) geeignet ist, zum Herstellen einer Interferenz zwischen dem zweiten Arm (112) und der Struktur (153) des Ofens, wobei das Anti-Aufprallsystem (158) Folgendes umfasst:
    - den Translationsstift (163) des integrierten Elements (151),
    - den Anhang (160) des zweiten Arms (112),
    - die zwei Löcher (161) des integrierten Elements (151), die zum Gleiten des Translationsstifts (163) geeignet sind,
    - einen Sitz (159) des integrierten Elements (151), wobei der Sitz (159) ausgebildet ist, um einen entsprechenden Abschnitt des zweiten Arms (12) aufzunehmen,
    - eine Sitzführung (154) für das geführte und verlangsamte Gleiten des konturierten Endes (121), wobei die Sitzführung (154) sich in dem integrierten Element (151) befindet.
  14. Das Scharnier (110) gemäß Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (116) des fluidbetätigten Dämpfers (118) am Aufnahmekörper (117) durch einfache Verblockung befestigt ist und mit einem hinteren Abschnitt (143) desselben in Kontakt mit zwei entsprechenden Auflagenasen (144) eingefügt ist, die an den Seitenwänden (139, 140) des Aufnahmekörpers (117) bestimmt sind, und in einem oberen Bereich durch einen die Extraktion verhindernden Widerlagerniet (169), in Kontakt mit dem Dämpfer (118), blockiert, wobei der die Extraktion verhindernde Niet (169) durch zwei entsprechende Durchgangsbohrungen (170) dringt, die jeweils in einer der Seitenwände (139, 140) des Aufnahmekörpers (117) angebracht sind.
  15. Das Scharnier (110) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche 13-14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufnahmekörper (117) des ersten Arms (111) durch ein Profil gebildet ist, das sich hauptsächlich in Längsrichtung erstreckt und einen im Wesentlichen U-förmigen Querschnitt hat, mit Öffnungen, Löchern und Kanten, die für die Montage des kinematischen Mechanismus (113), der elastischen Mittel (114) und der Mittel (115) zur Verlangsamung bestimmt sind; wobei die elastischen Mittel (114) in einer Schraubenzugfeder (137) bestehen, die zwischen einem unteren Niet (136), welcher von dem kinematischen Mechanismus (113) bewegt wird, und einem oberen Niet (138) angeordnet ist, welcher quer an den Seitenwänden (139, 140) des Aufnahmekörpers (117) befestigt ist; wobei das Übertragungselement (120) in einer flachen Stange besteht, die angeordnet ist, um zwischen zwei Paaren symmetrischer Führungsaussparungen, einem ersten Paar unterer Aussparungen (147) und einem zweiten Paar oberer Aussparungen (148), zu gleiten, die beide an den Seitenwänden (139, 140) des Aufnahmekörpers (117) bestimmt sind, wobei das integrierte Element (151) an dem zweiten Arm (112) über einen Niet (150) befestigt ist.
  16. Das Scharnier (110) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche 13-15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieberabschnitt (122) integral mit dem integrierten Element (151) ist, mit einem bevorzugten Neigungswinkel zur Vertikalen in der Nutzungskonfiguration.
  17. Das Scharnier (110) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche 13-16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite konturierte Ende (121) des Übertragungselements (120) und der Schieberabschnitt (122) so angeordnet sind, dass das zweite konturierte Ende (121) des Übertragungselements (120) mit dem Schieberabschnitt (122) in einem Winkel zur Verlangsamung zwischen der Tür und der Vorderseite des Ofens zusammenkommt, welcher zwischen 40° und 0° liegt und vorzugsweise 10° beträgt.
